Very professional work! Randall responded quickly with a fair quote and completed the job the very same week. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. It was clear he knows his trade, and his honesty and hard work really stood out. He was also willing to work within our budget without compromising on quality. I highly recommend Randall to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work. read more

I cannot praise Randall enough. He was extremely honest, kind, and professional. A contractor recommended extensive work that is not required for my drainage goals. Randall pointed this out and gave me excellent advice on how to move forward. He could have made money from our meeting, but instead chose to be honest. A rare quality today! I will be recommending him to anyone who needs gutter work. read more

Randall was honest, professional and did a great job on our gutters. He was very knowledgeable about his trade and it shows in his work. We are very happy with the results. Highly recommend his work. 5 stars!! read more

Limiting to just five stars doesn't do Randall justice!! We recently had a new roof installed and, as is often the case, fixing one thing brings other issues to light. In our case, that "new" issue was a small hole in one of our gutters that was causing issues below. I reached out to Randall based on all of the great reviews I read on Yelp, and once we spoke it was clear he was as amazing as everyone had said. He was able to come out the next day and right away spot and fix the issue. Speaking with him for a while showed just how genuine and knowledgeable Randall is. His experience shines through, and the way he treats people is why his business is so successful. If anyone ever needs anything gutter related, I assure you that Randall is the man for the job!! read more

First of all, I never knew a rain gutter could be an aesthetically appealing addition to my home! Randall and his son did our rain gutters in two days and I am so happy with the results. Randall is extremely knowledgeable about the placement/installation on our complicated roofline. Day one the gutters went up, took a half day. Next day installed corners and all the detail work, which took a full day because they are meticulous. Added bonus of supporting a small family business. We could not be happier! read more

I highly recommend Century Raingutters. Randall and his son re-installed a botched rain gutter job done by a non-professional disguised as a licensed contractor. They were in and out in 2.5 hours, even with some very odd corners and long lengths of gutter. Fantastic, clean job !!!! read more

We requested a quote from Century Raingutters and not only did they come out same day to measure specs and give us an estimate, but they came out the very next morning to install! We went with the black gutters and they look beautiful against our trim, they practically blend in with the building. We would recommend Randall and his crew to anyone looking to install gutters! read more

I agree with Yelp review our Pam F. Randall and his son did a superb job installing new rain gutters on my older home. During the bid process Randall was very pleasant and offered me different color choices. I chose a color that wasn't in stock, but being patient paid off. Randall contacted me a couple of times to let me know where we were in the acquisition process for the rain gutter that I chose. Randall came over before the installation process, removed the old gutters and hauled them away. Finally, the day of installation, Randall and his son took their time to create a seamless, no pun intended, exact fit of the rain gutters. He also installed a diverter at one place prevent runoff onto my patio. First rain came and went. What a relief to see the rain pouring into the spout, instead of leaking at corner seams! From expertise to price his company is a recommend. read more

Randle was professional, courteous, and a great communicator. He responded quickly, followed up promptly, and clearly takes pride in his work. Although we ultimately went in a different direction, I have no doubt he would have done a great job. We had a great experience with Century Raingutters. Needed gutters installed along the back of our house, ahead of the winter rains. Randall suggested utilizing rain barrels which we decided to go with. Their quote was competitive, they did awesome work, and the install was done in just a couple of hours. I am so pleased with their work I am positive we will call them for future projects. read more

I called and Randall came out the next day to check out my gutters that I thought needed both add-ones and repairs. Instead of taking advantage of my lack of knowledge, Randall walked me through an economical and effective solution that I could handle myself that utilizes my existing setup. Randall was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and punctual through the whole process. It's very difficult to find folks with integrity and great customer service, but Randall fits the bill. I can't recommend him enough! read more

I had a pretty negative experience with another company, so it was very refreshing to work with Randall. He was super responsive, friendly, and forthright. He is good at what he does, and takes pride in his work. He will be the first person I call when it comes to adding gutters to the rest of the house. read more

Review is not for the gutters (we used someone else for reasons unrelated to Randall), but for Randall himself. He was super responsive - replied to an inquiry email within 24 hours, was out measuring for a quote a few hours after that. I appreciate the quick turn and the eagerness to get a job done. read more

We needed a small job done quickly - and most contractors were either too busy or needed a bigger job to agree to come out. Randall came the next day and did great quality work. High recommend! read more

Great response and professional service. I would hire them again to take care of any rain gutter issues.

Randall did an outstanding job in every sense. He has a very high level of expertise and with 30 years or so of experience is a terrific resource. He was responsive, had a great selection of gutter colors, came when he said and installed the gutters with his son in one morning. His prices are very reasonable, he was helpful in making decisions about downspout locations etc. and is a great communicator. We used him a few years ago to replace a smaller run of gutter and it has been terrific - looks good, no problems at all. Highly recommend! read more

Randall seemed like a good guy at first, but ended up being a bad person overall. Reputation means a lot and he's lost it with me. Very bad customer service and will not recommend him for any needs going forward. Wish I would've gone with another company. He was supposed to put in gutters for two sides of my house, but only finished one side. He then charged me for the entire money amount quoted and said he didn't agree to do both sides, but only one. He then sent me a letter accusing me of agreeing to his terms, which is incorrect. An absolute con artist move and unprofessional as well. Buyer beware. Edit: Randall - if you're going to tell a story, tell the whole story and not just bits and pieces that fit your narrative best. My review is based off my own interactions with you, which Yelp reviews should be. You were very unprofessional with your letter as we had already agreed to let bygones he bygones and to complete the rest of the work at $250 due to the misunderstanding we had. But then you came back to ask for more $ even after we had agreed to the price; this time written and agreed on. The entire time you blamed me for not telling you about the gutter when in reality I had. You said you wanted to make me (the customer) happy, but then your actions took on every shape and form to make me feel otherwise. Talk is cheap! If you wanted to make it right, your actions would have been different. Like I told you on the phone, the letter you sent really irked me and was the only reason I put up this review. This is not to mention that one of the gutters you had put up for me is already leaking so there's that too. Just an overall bad experience with you and again, wanted to review based off my personal experience. It's not a personal attack on you honestly, because I'm sure you're a good person with family/friends, etc. I apologize for that. But as far as my experience with your company, it's been really bad and I let you know that already. read more

If I could give Randall 10 stars I would! He is the best! I had rain gutters installed in 2016 and Randall gave me a 5 year warranty. I recently had a new roof installed and was told that I should call whoever installed the gutters because there was a small amount of wood rot in the fascia board at the 90 degree right angle junction of the roof and the gutters might be at fault. I contacted Randall He immediately came over to the house and fixed the problem that apparently had developed because of heat and expansion of the original caulking, or because of settling of the house over time So the problem had nothing to do with how the gutter was installed. Randall, thank you so much! I deeply appreciate your quick response If you need rain gutters, Randall is your man! read more

I highly recommend Century Raingutters. Randall Blackwell, the owner, was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and was able to replace the old vinyl gutters and downspouts on my carport and rear awning, which were falling apart, with brand new white aluminum gutters and downspouts very quickly. I was very pleased with his work and that he was willing to do a small job like this when so many contractors these days only want to work on large jobs, so I asked him for a quote to replace the gutter and downspout on the back of my garage and add a gutter and downspout to the front of my garage (since I didn't have any in front). He did this additional work (2 gutters and 2 downspouts) for just $500. Very pleased with the work. Thank you, Century Raingutters! read more

RANDALL BLACKWELL: SUPER STAR! The day after I called for a quote on a job, Randall responded and set up an appointment the next day. He courteously called to let me know he was on his way. I called Century after reading so many excellent and current posts. Randall more than lived up to his reviews. Although it was a small job, he stopped by the same day to measure, and provided a quote the next day. He was even able to fit the job in between other commitments the same week! There were many colors to choose from, and the downspout is a very near match for the siding color, so it blends well. His measurements were precise, and installation was quick and neat. I'm very happy with the end result. As a bonus, Randall is a veteran, and like many others, I am always pleased when I can support the businesses of those who served. read more

I always ask friends for personal recommendations for local businesses. I like supporting the small guys making a living on their own. A friend recommended Randall and Century Raingutters. I had gotten one other estimate besides Century, but Century came in with the most cost effective bid. More importantly, Randall presented as a knowledgeable, trustworthy, nice guy. My gut, which is never wrong, told me Century was the right choice. My gut was right. It was a quick, professional installation. The gutters look amazing. Randall also went above and beyond by setting up our rain barrels to work seamlessly with the gutters. I am over-the-moon pleased with Randall and Century Raingutters.
