Wow! I didn't think companies or people like Rob still existed in 2025/26. My house has no rain gutters and rain is starting to seep into the foundation so I thought I would get a quote for rain gutters. Rob came out and in the nicest way possible told me the trim around my house was not suitable for installing gutters. Instead of that being the end of it, he walked around the house with me and noticed a pipe coming out around 40 feet away from my house. He wondered if this wasn't originally used to shunt water away from the foundation. So to test his theory, he put a measuring tape into the pipe - sure enough the pipe went back 37 feet to the foundation of the house. The original drain for the water had been buried. He told me all I needed to do was find the other end of the pipe and rebuild the drain so that the water would flow down the pipe away from the foundation. So that's what I did..... it sure got a test this weekend! And how lovely it was to see water pouring out of the pipe away from my foundation. No gutters but anyone willing to go that far out of his way for zero dollars has my vote!!! read more

The crew that came to do the work a couple weeks later were great as well. They showed up early and just got to work. Ken came out quick to do an estimate, helped with downspout placement and made suggestions for matching color. Estimate came quickly the same day. Price was reasonable and got on the schedule for install the same week. Crew showed up slightly early and finished slightly early, cleaned up after themselves, made sure to confirm what was needed to be done before and after confirmed it looked good. Based on the prices quoted, Hydro Flow was not the least expensive, but I really wanted to work with them based on reviews and the confidence I got from our initial discussion. After a few emails they were able to accommodate and added an additional request at no charge and was able to start to work immediately. The total job took about two days and the owner accommodated to come back a 3rd day after a request I made. After all was done, we were pretty happy with the look of the final product.
