He is the owner and, in our case, was the only worker on the job. Diego stood out at the very beginning, the quote process. He was the only person we spoke with who recommended the curved gutters that go best with a Spanish style home, which we have. No one else mentioned that or even brought it up. That was our whole point, to make our home even more Spanish style-looking. Diego knew what would work best, and he had all the tools available in his truck that he needed to assemble what we needed. Even with the more expensive curved gutter product, Diego's price was the lowest among all three that we looked at. And in all areas of the job, there was tremendous attention to detail. He spoke to us specifically about how our facia board needed to be painted. He removed the old gutters without any problem. At least one of the other companies wanted to charge extra for gutter removal. And as you can see from the photos, the finished product looks amazing. Diego is in the highest echelon of small business owners. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, hard-working, competent and honest. He even told us he would recommend a competitor who's a friend of his because the friend would have a product that Diego didn't have, if we wanted to go in that direction. Diego was wonderful to work with! He was very professional, reliable, honest, nice, and easy to work with. His work is both functional and beautiful. We got quotes from several gutter companies and he was the ONLY ONE who cared about the aesthetics and functionality, and took the extra time to explain in detail what his plan was. We asked for no downspouts facing outward on the exterior of the house and he did just that. Just went through the first rainstorm with the gutters and no leaks, gutters performed how they should. Diego of D.A Rain Gutters helped us out in time of urgent need. One of our gutters failed and we didn't realize it was filled with dirt and debris during the last rain storm that was torrential. And the gutter wasn't placed properly for good drainage. Our front door was close to the area and thought our home could be flooded. I called D. A. and Diego responded so kindly and understood we needed help NOW! He came out first thing the next morning and had the entire gutter system reinforced with brass screws and a fitting that goes inside the gutter. He was able to repair the gutter area that failed as well as shore up our entire homes' gutters. Thankfully, our gutters were still in good enough shape to enforce. They did a great job.
