Technician showed up and was friendly and professional. Was quick and friendly, will probably use again.

Requested for a service for our duct hose repair/cleaning. Response time was fairly quick! Got a call and text message probably within less than 10mins. They told us when the availability will be which was Sunday, but I asked if the service can be done today and sure enough they gave us a rough time estimate from 2-4pm. Gentleman who was the technician, I believe his name is John, sent some follow up texts/calls. He also gave us a quick quote on the phone of what the possible complaint was about. He showed up around 1pm almost 2pm. Way before his given time frame which was amazing! Thankfully, this service was fair and also had a duct hose replacement already! Seriously the service was done probably within 30minutes. He even double checked to make sure our dryer was running smooth and no air was being released with the new duct replacement. He even explained how payment works and I love that they had many options, from cash, check, and Zelle. Since their credit card service wasn't working. His service was fair, and respectful. Our last service tried to overcharge us double the amount that Airways was charging. So grateful for Airways service, communication, and efficiency! Would def. Recommend them for dryer duct services. read more

Elijah/Sam was amazing. He went above and beyond. Would definitely call him again for any HVAC needs.

Solid work cleaning the dryer duct. Response was quick. Workers/technicians were professional, quick, explained the process, and cleaned up when they were done. Things to note: They will quote you ~$69 flat fee, but that's not the price. This seems to be an issue since 2022. They've had multiple negative reviews for this because it feels like a bait/switch. Average cost for dryer duct cleaning is between $150-200; I wouldn't expect lower than that. We agreed to $170 once they were here. You will not get a $69 final cost; expect to negotiate. If you're not comfortable with this, you may want to look elsewhere. Assuming there are no future issues, I would use them again for dryer duct cleaning. read more

Such an amazing job. I can't say that enough. The technician was very informative and did a thorough and quick job. The service I requested was chimney cleaning but in a time of need, the technician was able to help out with my dryer vent cleaning as well. Can't give a simple estimate to clean a dryer vent... Watch out for price gouging. Terrible communication skills.

The company replied to my inquiry within minutes, was courteous over the phone, and had a technician at my doorstep the very next morning. The crew showed up on time, explained the process clearly, and finished the dryer-duct cleaning in under an hour while keeping the work area spotless. From first contact to completion, the whole job was wrapped up in a single day--fast, professional, and hassle-free. read more

Me and my wife remodeled our house and right after we smelled all the dust that was on our ductwork system from the construction when we tuned on the heater, we decided to clean all the air duct on our HVAC system, we called Airways Duct Cleaning ( got they number from 2 neighbors that was really happy with the service Airways did for them before) Leo and his crew came and gave a a really good deal, was really professional and explained to us everything he did, they showed us a picture before and after and also cleaned for us the dryer vent (that was a blockage we didn't know about until Leo showed us how much lints we had OMG) It's took them 3-4 hours, and they left not before they was making sure all that area was clean. We highly recommend to use this company, very professio ,reliable & knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again read more

***Update: The owner commented within minutes of this review that I didn't have a heart because I left an honest review of what happened to me. This is not how a respectable business should act. I'm literally shocked and I wish anyone the best of luck if they use this business. Kind of shady on the phone, wouldn't give me a quote over the phone for a basic dryer vent cleaning. They had multiple phone numbers and when I called each, it was the same person who didn't say the business name or his name. I made a scheduled appappointment, they showed up and told me they needed a special tool and would come back, then they never came back or even called me. They even stopped responding to my messages. When the person was here I asked for a business card and they gave me a business name that doesn't actually exist, no card, and just a phone number that didn't even work. And they only wanted cash as payment. read more

Buyer beware. They reached out right away when I requested a quote. We scheduled a time for them to visit and see the ducts. That day came and they didn't show up. Instead they called and wanted me to agree to a quote. I asked for their license number. They provided me with the number. I looked it up and the license is SUSPENDED. Wish they didn't waste my time. read more

We had a great experience with Airway Chimney Service. Leo spoke with me and explained what I may need and set up a time to meet with me the same day. Leo and his crew did a thorough inspection and fixed all the issues I had with my chimney. We purchased this home earlier this way and we weren't sure what state it was in and sure enough, it needed a major cleaning as well as some cracks that needed to be mortared. We recommend using this company. read more

showed up as promised - did an excellent job - very nice and friendly representative.

This place is such a scam. Guy showed up in an unmarked car, street clothes.. no indication of the company he worked for. Quoted us way more than I was told the day before for a dryer duct cleaning. We really needed it done, so we agreed. After the work was done, he insisted that they only take Zelle for payment, or a credit card with a 7% service fee! Never provided us a work receipt or anything for our records. After arguing with us about the payment, he said he could accept a check. But then the company we made it out to was a different name. And he said he was allergic to cats when he arrived, which should have been addressed at the appointment set up, we had to herd our cats into a room, and he was annoyed waiting for us to do that. After we paid him, he left a huge mess in the laundry room and we had to dispose of all his trash. Very unprofessional and I don't know how they have so many positive reviews. read more

Ben fixed my LG top loading washing machine. It's old & the balance rods were worn out. It was hard to finish a load without it stopping because it couldn't balance. He looked at it, ordered the parts & was back the next day to install. That was a few weeks back, and it's running like a charm again! I would definitely call him again! read more

The guys showed up on time and were very professional. We had all our ducts, vents and return cleaned as well as our dryer vent. They worked quickly, cleanly and thoroughly. Very stoked about the dryer vent, it was very clogged and our dryer wasn't drying quickly and was a fire hazard. I imagine I'll be spending less time and money on laundry now. read more

BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT CONTACT THEM. I do not know how they have a yelp page. They have found a way to redirect calls when people are searching for ac duct cleaning. They send out a random person who is pretending to be a repair guy. Then they claim you need a service and pretend to do work. There is no verification this business exists. the tech did not have a card. he was in an unmarked car and didn't know anything about ducts. When you call the number on the website some weird lady answers and hangs up the phone. PLEASE DONT CONTACT. I am going to report them to authorities. read more

We bought a brand new LG laundry unit thinking our older unit stopped drying. However, even with the brand new unit we still had our loads of laundry take several hours to dry and automatic shut down with our lint trap clean! Leo and his team were professional, timely and educational about our dryer issue. Cleaned and updated our vent on our roof. Happy to report our dryer is now working as it should and our electric bill will now be significantly reduced. Thank you! read more

I called because I needed my air ducts cleaned asap, I just bought a home and its a little on the older side. With a newborn the last thing I wanted was for them to breath dirty air. Leo was very helpful and responsive. He came out the next day to give the estimate based on the house/vents. once I saw the amazing price, I knew it was best to get the service done immediately. He was so nice he was even willing to perform the service that same day due to my complicated schedule. His crew was so respectful and clean & most importantly fast. Arrived on time, crew dressed to identify company, clean, excellent job, explained everything, reasonable price.

I had a really bad experience with these guys. The guy (Leo if i remember correctly)was really rude and short tempered. They nickle and dime for everything. I was charged around $600 for 5-6 vents and dry vent in a 1100sq.ft condo. It was way too much, but I paid him to get done with them. I would not recommend them to anyone. All in all. Really bad experience. read more

Called them for dryer vent cleaning for falsely advertised $69 service. They wouldn't tell me the actual price up front. For the 11 feet, they covered for first 5 feet in $69 and then $15 per foot!! Its the same pipe on which the brush is connected!!! I needed cleaning done at that point due to my busy schedule so took the bait. For 15 mins cleaning, it cost a whopping $159. On top of that he was planning to charge $90 for cleaning the 5 foot hose that took 15 secs and not requested. I could get a brand new hose pipe for much less! Possibly the worst value for money that I've spent in a long time. read more

We had a lot of drywall work done in our house and our ducting was full of drywall dust. I scheduled an AC tune up without thinking, then quickly realized I should have the airducts cleaned BEFORE the AC or heat was turned on during the tune up. Leo was kind enough to accommodate my immediate need for air duct cleaning and came out the next day. He and his crew were professional and respectful of our home. He provided me with a great price after reviewing the work that needed to be done, so there were no surprises (we had him clean our dryer vent, also). They were fast, efficient, and left no mess behind. Leo even helped us with our grocery delivery when it arrived! All around, great company, great service, and great experience. I made sure to get some business cards from him so I can give them out to all my family and friends that are looking for any of the services they provide.
