Requested for a service for our duct hose repair/cleaning. Response time was fairly quick! Got a call and text message probably within less than 10mins. They told us when the availability will be which was Sunday, but I asked if the service can be done today and sure enough they gave us a rough time estimate from 2-4pm. Gentleman who was the technician, I believe his name is John, sent some follow up texts/calls. He also gave us a quick quote on the phone of what the possible complaint was about. He showed up around 1pm almost 2pm. Way before his given time frame which was amazing! Thankfully, this service was fair and also had a duct hose replacement already! Seriously the service was done probably within 30minutes. He even double checked to make sure our dryer was running smooth and no air was being released with the new duct replacement. He even explained how payment works and I love that they had many options, from cash, check, and Zelle. Since their credit card service wasn't working. His service was fair, and respectful. Our last service tried to overcharge us double the amount that Airways was charging. So grateful for Airways service, communication, and efficiency! Would def. This place is such a scam. Guy showed up in an unmarked car, street clothes.. no indication of the company he worked for. Quoted us way more than I was told the day before for a dryer duct cleaning. We really needed it done, so we agreed. After the work was done, he insisted that they only take Zelle for payment, or a credit card with a 7% service fee! Never provided us a work receipt or anything for our records. After arguing with us about the payment, he said he could accept a check. But then the company we made it out to was a different name. And he said he was allergic to cats when he arrived, which should have been addressed at the appointment set up, we had to herd our cats into a room, and he was annoyed waiting for us to do that. After we paid him, he left a huge mess in the laundry room and we had to dispose of all his trash. Very unprofessional and I don't know how they have so many positive reviews. read more

This is a simple bate and switch! quoted one price and all of a sudden the tech said there is a major issue with the Dryer vent that needed to be unclogged from the roof.
