They told us when the availability will be which was Sunday, but I asked if the service can be done today and sure enough they gave us a rough time estimate from 2-4pm. Gentleman who was the technician, I believe his name is John, sent some follow up texts/calls. He also gave us a quick quote on the phone of what the possible complaint was about. He showed up around 1pm almost 2pm. Way before his given time frame which was amazing! Thankfully, this service was fair and also had a duct hose replacement already! Seriously the service was done probably within 30minutes. He even double checked to make sure our dryer was running smooth and no air was being released with the new duct replacement. He even explained how payment works and I love that they had many options, from cash, check, and Zelle. Since their credit card service wasn't working. His service was fair, and respectful. Our last service tried to overcharge us double the amount that Airways was charging. So grateful for Airways service, communication, and efficiency! Would def. On top of that he was planning to charge $90 for cleaning the 5 foot hose that took 15 secs and not requested. I could get a brand new hose pipe for much less!
