Jen was remarkable with my questions, concerns, suggestions, budget - you name it - she listened and would offer professional comfort (is there such a thing in carpet cleaning if so this company offers it). Their prices seemed on par with others (and I got alot of quotes) but it was Jen's level of knowledge and understanding that stood out. She quoted me a price but said the tech would assess the situation (while there) and modify the price if he didn't think certain carpet areas needed heavy treatment. The tech Angel was truly a hard working magician. We were both skeptical of the carpet condition but at one point (during phone call) we both said LET'S GO FOR IT. Like we were buddies throwing our last chip on the poker table for one last play. I held my breath for a few hours (while he worked). And oh my freaking goodness... The CARPETS WERE 93%+ BETTER. Owner said it was a subcontractor originally. It is still their responsible. I even called the number off their website and it directed me to the 646 number. That's the number that kept hanging up me. This IS THE COMPANY. Don't listen to his lies. Even if the work was done by a subcontractor, the owner said he would figure it out and now just keeps hanging up on me. DO NOT HIRE THEM, they are CROOKS. I called them and they sent someone out right away. I already had a bad feeling when they showed up because I felt like they were trying to rip us off. But I was in a bind and needed the work done asap. They did the work, asked to be paid by Zelle or cash and left. I tried working my dryer and it still didn't work. I had an appliance guy come out and he said my dryer vents were still clogged. He did all the tests and showed me. I called them back and they said they would come back and check it out. After that I never heard from them. I called and called and he kept making excuses and lies. Finally he said call the company and they will send another technician. I talked to the owner on a Wednesday, Friday, Sunday.. everytime he kept telling me to call him back because he was trying to figure it out. I called back twice today and they just keep hanging up on me as soon as I begin to speak, calmly. I just wanted the job fixed, I even asked for a partial refund if they couldn't come back out so I can call another company. Their website states they have no excellent service. Hanging up on your customers doesn't seem like excellent service. Temporarily I had to get a portable vent for my dryer and my dryer works perfect so obviously they didn't do the job right. (Picture attached) These guys are crooks. I would like to see how they respond to this because I have documented all the calls and conversations. I will be reporting them and making sure I get the word out of my experience with them. Who runs a business like this?
