We arranged for Cal Duct to clean our dryer vent which had not been cleaned in 15 years. Ali came right on time and ascertained that our stackable dryer and washer are in a cupboard, so he could not roll the dryer out. However, he did go on the roof and cleaned the dryer vent from there and also cleaned behind the dryer and inside the lint trap area. He took care and laid a cloth beneath the dryer so as not to get our floor dirty. Throughout he was friendly, polite, and answered our questions. While I thought they did a good job cleaning our fire place after 26 years and our dryer duct, I did find quite a bit of lint in our walk way below the dryer duct. When we have had this done by others, there is never any remnants. However my biggest issue is that the employee parked in our driveway and left a VERY large oil spot there and I have texted and emailed and gotten no response.
