Our service included a clean-out, rodent/pest proofing, sanitization, air sealing, and new insulation. The improvement to indoor climate control was immediate! The temperature across the the upstairs bedrooms is even now and the AC doesn't run constantly. The crew was on-time, courteous, professional, and fast. During…read morethe 23 years we have lived here it became an area filled with everything that we brought from our prior house and a dumping ground for anything else. It also became to home to rats, rodents, urine, feces and chewed up belongings. It became obvious that this was a real hazard. Trying to find a company that could perform all the services that would be needed was difficult until I contacted Advanced Insulation System. There are not enough superlatives to describe this company. Everyone I have had contact with is professional, personable and hard working. First they had to empty the contents of the basement, which was an enormous job. I will show photos. Once emptied, the hazardous things, rats, rodents, feces, urine, chewed up belongings were removed. All the areas were sanitized and sealed against any intrusion by creatures. Heavy insulation plastics were used on the foundation and floors and insulation was blown in to seal the entire basement. They assigned workers to assist me in sorting out the contents of the basement. The things that I wanted to keep were sorted and placed in the basement, charity items were separated and they loaded up anything that was not salvageable in their big truck and took it to the dump. It seemed overwhelming until the fellows, who are very organized, helped me make decisions about what to keep, give to charity and throw away. This took many days and the crew were spectacular. They left everything clean and organized. I really appreciate the dedication and expertise they showed in dealing with this unhealthy and messy condition. The employees all represent the company in a positive light and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I feel that their pricing was fair and everything was done to perfection.

Elliot was out here within a couple of days, did a thorough inspection, explained everything, and gave us a very, very fair quote on a package that included an attic fan, removal of existing insulation, sanitization, sealing of all gaps, air duct rerouting, and duct cleaning. The crew came out the next morning and you couldn't have asked for anyone more considerate and helpful. They even turned the duct vacuum machine back on so I could take a video for my family (it was super-cool--seriously). They did a TON of work and left the place as clean as when they walked in. I got a follow-up call from Elliot about an hour later, and I feel absolutely comfortable that they will take care of any issues if we discover any after the fact. 10/10 would recommend all day long.

The Attic Professional team is quite remarkable. From the time we called for an estimate, to the last finishing touches, they did a superb job for us. Bryan responded quickly to our phone inquiry, and came to our home to evaluate the attic. He took photos of the attic to show us what needed to be done, and thoroughly explained the options. After speaking with Bryan, there was no need to look for any other contractors. As other reviewers have stated, he is knowledgeable, confident, and a delight to work with. We chose the rolled batting, so the job took 2 days. Each day, the team of 3 arrived promptly and went right to work. It is obvious that Bryan, Kevin, and Dante have been a team for quite a while, because the work went smoothly and efficiently. They kept the house and the property clean, and when they finished, you would not even know that any work had been done: everything was spotless. I've owned homes for almost 50 years and needed many kinds of contractors. This was best experience I've had. I needed rodent proofing and replacement of sloppy, incomplete DIY insulation. Bryan patiently discussed options and offered what I wanted and needed at a more than fair price. His crew was careful and very clean. My attic hatch is close to a window and far from an entry door. Instead of the typical, brusque "we need to use your window," I got a very polite, "would it be OK if we put the chute (for debris) through the window? It'll be faster and help us keep things cleaner." Everything was done with a natural smile. I knew it wasn't fake from hearing how the guys talked to each other, not just me. Mice gone. Attic Professional was FANTASTIC to work with! From the initial quote experience all the way through the finished project, Bryan was communicative and explained the work, the process and the damage mitigation techniques they would employ to keep the property protected. Bryan arrived at the time stated with a "double crew." After introductions, they jumped right in removing old attic insulation and debris, rodent proofing the attic, sealing air gaps, sanitizing the cleaned attic and then added about 12" inches of batt insulation. The crew also explained what they were doing, were respectful of the property and did even repaired a stove hood duct so it vented properly. All in, I was extremely happy working with Attic Professional and would highly recommend them. I hired Attic Professional after consulting with about 4 other attic retrofit companies. I recently purchased a single story 1300 sq/ft home and during the initial home inspection it was noted that there was inadequate insulation coverage over half the attic. My goal was to get the areas that were missing insulation properly covered as well as address any other issues that may be up there. The workers were on time and they were very quick to start and finish. They cleaned up after themselves and were done within 5 hours. Bad part was they missed cleaning an area of the attic, didn't clean off the top of the heating system unit that they said they would do and there were areas that could of used more insulation. I tried to call the site inspector Avi , no response. I called the main office and was told he was on vacation and to call him the next week. After two weeks, I finally received a call back from Avi. Avi asked me to climb up into the attic and take pictures to send to him. I told him that I was not going to climb in the attic and that I was surprised he did not come after the work was complete to ensure it was properly cleaned. He said he would call me back and set up a time for him to inspect. It's now October 2025 and still no site or response from Avi. My advice is that before the workers leave, if you are able to climb and check the attic, do it, because you will never see them again!

He was supposed to be experienced but I found him reading the directions for the wrong fans. Their mark up on the fans was over 300% and the guarantee of after service was exposed as a lie when Leo simply yelled that he wasn't there and couldn't help and I didn't need the app anyway. The humidity hardly decreased, the mold continues to worsen and no one returns calls. To sum up, after $18,500 I still have mold. Definitely advise you to find another company.

This was a very expensive quote and we decided to move forward in stages to help break up the costs. He agreed and quoted to install French drains around the interior perimeter and a sump pump in our crawl space. On the surface the work looked good. However, after a rain I went into the crawl space to evaluate the drainage. The quote was for perforated pipes to be installed over 12" deep, not one drain was more that 4". I found 3 walls that were left without drainage, I also found a drain that was slopped away from the pump, I took pictures with a bubble level, causing water to stand in another corner of the crawl space. I continued to try and contact Leo but I wouldn't get a response from him. After a couple months I was able to schedule his team to come back to repair the work. I went back into the crawl space to see the repairs and found another issue of a solid pipe being used, which does absolutely nothing for ground water. I have removed that, contacted the company and no one has responded. I would be careful when hiring this company and do your follow up after their work.
