Brian and his company came through with wonderful customer service. They did exactly what they said they would do and the price was affordable. We asked for Brian to get rid of the rats, and ensure they have no way to enter the attic. He filled the holes along the roof, set traps and caught the remaining few, and filled the attic with new blown-in insulation. This isn't something we thought we'd need to do but it has definitely made a difference in our electric bill and the rooms are now equally cooled. We got a quote from another company but when they said they had a 'cancellation' on the next Thursday, we were immediately turned off. The other company also left a colored booklet for us to look at. This other company had too much money and didn't need my business. Brian is a smaller business and it shows. Excellent customer service from start to finish! Communication was spot on. We couldn't be happier! Thank you Brian and Attic Professinal! read more

Bryan and his crew delivered as promised. Attic insulation removal with sealing and new blown in cellulose insulation

Good service and timing. There was minor damage to a ceiling mounted recessed light that popped out due yo yhe insulation foam pressure, but nothing a little touch up couldn't fix. read more

Bryan's team did an amazing job with removing, sanitizing, rodent proofing and insulating our attic. His team is very friendly and I felt very comfortable with them. Bryan is very knowledgeable and very detailed oriented. He answered all questions we had. My husband and I are very happy with their work. We had a couple of quotes and his price was fair. We chose his company because he was honest and knows what he is doing. They deserve more than 5 stars and we will be recommending them to our friends and family. read more

Fast, easy, cheap, flexible with schedule (i.e. worked with another contractor doing unrelated attic work and everything went smoothly).

On time, professional, and outstanding service. From the initial estimate with the owner Bryan to the team that installed the insulation, every aspect of the interaction with Attic Professionals was top notch. This was the final element needed on our 35 year old house after we replaced the A/C, furnace, ducts, roof, windows, and doors to make this home energy efficient and comfortable all year long. We understand why Bryan and his team only have 5 star reviews. They deserve every star. Not only was the work impeccable, but at a very reasonable cost. Well worth it and we have already begun to recommend Attic Professionals whenever possible. Great job! read more

Bryan and his team were courteous, professional, efficient, and accommodating at every step of the process--from the initial inspection to the installation and clean up. We are very satisfied with the attic fan install, air sealing, and blown insulation top-up, and we'll be recommending Attic Professional to both friends and family. read more

These guys really knocked it out of the park. I was very picky about using the best materials and how the installation process was performed. Luckily for them, I had installed a hatch and my roof has clearance to stand up. They normally did not work with the radiant barrier I wanted, but were lenient on getting the bubble barrier that I requested. They allowed me to approve each step of the process from the clean state, to rodent proofing and the final inspection. Quality of work is top notch, these guys are knowledgeable and worked HARD. The price is well worth the energy savings and cleaner air to breathe. See the pictures, they speak for themselves. read more

Without a doubt the best service provider I've ever used. Honest, reasonably priced, professional, detail oriented, and very service minded. We had them replace the insulation in our attic, seal our 50+ year old ducts, and replace a whole house fan duct. The price was competitive (not the cheapest) and Bryan (the owner, and also the one who did the site walk and estimate ) was by far the most detailed and clear about the service he was going to provide. He was here for almost the entire job and made sure everything was right at the end of the job so everything was as promised. At the end of the job he lowered the price voluntarily because one of the items in the scope of work took less time than he initially estimated. He also did a few extras that were not included in the initial scope at no extra charge. Everything was clean at the end of the job. If you need attic work done, look no further. read more

Bryan was excellent and very professional the price was fair, on time and great communication I'll be using them again read more

Bryan responded immediately and came in after his work to give me an estimate for my Mom's attic. He was courteous and although I knew there was a mess with rodents' droppings etc, up there, he was careful how to describe it. I did tell him I have 3 more venders to check it out and give me quotes. His quote ended up being more expensive but ultimately decided to go with Bryan as his outlined scope and service were more complete. He and his team covered the walking path to the attic, first. Then, the actual work started. He cleared everything from old insulation, droppings to empty suitcase! He and the team, rodent proofed the attic and set multiple traps (for unseen rodents). The final phase that day, was clean up and sanitation of the walking path. It feels sooooo good to know that the attic is clean and my mom safe! He will be checking the attic several times, a few days apart, to manage the traps. I highly recommend this company. You would be impressed. read more

Bryan took extensive photos before and after his work. so I could readily see what needed to be done and then what got done. he explained everything thoroughly and he took meticulous care to make sure no mess was left behind. read more

First went with a lower quote from another company but when they didn't call back I went with these guys. Four employees showed up and knocked out the attic insulation and did a fantastic job. Above and beyond too. Highly suggest giving these guys a call for your quote. read more

Highly recommend Bryan and his team for attic insulation for the house. We had a few attic professionals come over to provide quotes and not only was his quote the most affordable, his personality really reeled us in. He was very communicative, transparent and honest about the whole process with what we needed and didn't need, and we appreciated that he wasn't trying to upsell us anything. I recently moved to east county and its definitely about a 5 degree difference over here from where i used to live. To add onto that, moving into a 2 story home, i didnt realize how much hotter it would be when youre upstairs due to heat rising. I could literally feel the temperature difference as I walked upstairs. With energy bills skyrocketing, i wanted to research more long term solutions, so that was the main reason for insulation. Bryan and his team came over the same week and they were in and out in a few hours, they even sealed some areas that were not sealed properly to reduce some of the heat leakage he was telling us about. He provided before and after pics and our attic looked great! After we got our attic insulated, the biggest difference I've noticed was that there was no temperature change as I walked upstairs. Im honestly amazed that just the insulation helped that issue. Highly rec Attic Professionals! read more

Amazing. In a day and age where contractors just see dollar signs everywhere, Bryan made us feel like people. He took the time and was so reasonable. I called quite a few others and everyone was trying to price gouge. Bryan was kind, timely, professional and personable. He didn't try to milk us for every penny. I will be using Attic Professional for every service they offer and recommend to anyone looking for something in their line of work. Simply wonderful. read more

Upfront pricing! It's so hard to get upfront pricing these days. Bryan was extremely responsive and helpful. We have a 50s home the had 0 insulation left, Bryan and crew did blow in insulation for the walls, attic insulation, new ductwork, added ducts to the bathrooms, and an attic fan. The house went from extremely inefficient, to perfectly comfortable. It feels like we have a new home. It's nice to wake up and the temperature is perfect, to come home and the temperature is perfect. Also I got bids from over 10 companies, most of them wouldn't give me a rough price with my detailed description unless they sent over some sales person. There were a bunch that were very slow to respond with a take it or leave it approach, and finally the ones that did give me a price were outrageously high. Bryan was the opposite of all of that, super responsive, transparent pricing, and no upsells of things I did not need. You don't need to spend weeks looking around like i did. I did the research for you, these guys are the best. read more

Bryan came out and gave my house a thorough inspection. He went onto my roof and into my attic and explained why a re-insulation job didn't make sense for my property. He also found a potential entry point for rodents and quickly sealed it up for no charge, which is awesome! Bryan was extremely honest and didn't try to sell me on any work that wasn't needed. It's refreshing to find a company like this nowadays. Thank you! read more

Posted in Yelp projects what we were looking for. Bryan was great, professional and responded right away. Did an inspection and was honest with what he found. Would highly recommend this company! read more

Bryan and his co-workers are amazing. They were slightly early to the 8am start time (no problem for us), and were pretty much finished by lunchtime. They set up a path to the attic opening in the hallway with plastic sheeting held in place with sturdy platformed poles. When they finished putting in the new insulation, pulled down the sheeting and cleaned up, the house was spotless, couldn't even tell they had been there. They repaired and wrapped all of the ductwork and inspected electrical lines for rat damage, and Bryan sent photographs plus the appropriate IRS form for us to claim our tax refund. They even came back the following week to double-wrap one of the ducts! Every one of the workers was personable and highly professional. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. read more

I recently had the pleasure, and I do mean the pleasure of hiring Attic Professional. First, I met with Bryan, who was so good at explaining everything to me in detail. Then his crew came in to do the job and they were the best I have ever worked with. Friendly, professional and immaculate work. I highly recommend this company. Fair and reasonable price, with an exceptional staff! read more

Excellent service! I needed installation installed in the section of my attic that did not have any. Bryan came out to my house to quote. He was very efficient and professional and his quote was the best in the market. I especially appreciated how you didn't try to upsell me on extra things I didn't need. Scheduling was very flexible, which helped when some things came up for me prevented me from being available during the initial appointment. The team arrived on time, set up containment barriers around the entrance to my attic, protected all of my floors with construction paper and protected all of the corners that the hose had to go around. They were efficient and took plenty of pictures to show me when they were done. Overall excellent job! read more

Bryan and his crew provided outstanding and professional service with the attic cleaned up and new insulation put in. These guys came in and put down drop cloth and put up a plastic barrier to keep the old and new insulation intact. Great job and well done. In and out ... I don't ever have to worry about my Attic anymore. read more

Bryan and his crew provided us with very professional and thorough service. Our mid-1960s house was in desperate need of new attic insulation. Bryan discussed with me the various types of insulation. We elected to go with batt insulation. His crew cordoned off the hallway and fully protected our walls, carpets, and corners. They completely removed the old stuff, sealed voids and openings to prevent infiltration of attic air into the house, then installed fresh R38 batt insulation throughout. The whole Job was completed in one-and-a-half days. Bryan is a fully licensed, bonded and insured C-2 insulation contractor who knows the business. I'd urge anyone considering new insulation to make sure the contractor you select has a C-2 license. There are many companies out there (some on Yelp with 5-star ratings) who are unlicensed, uninsured, and unbonded. I know - I got a quote from one of them who lied to me about holding a C-2 license. Just a little due diligence will spare you the risk and the perhaps negative consequences from choosing one of them. With Attic Professional, you'll be dealing with a fully licensed insulation professional. I'm confident you'll receive the same courteous, quality service I received. I highly recommend them to anyone needing insulation. read more

Bryan and his team were wonderful. Clean, quick and respectful of our home. We had insulation done in our attic. We just couldn't seem to get the chill out of the house. 4 days later it is an amazing difference. Bryan said it will be 50% better and it is. Best part he gave me a estimate over email. When he came in to see what we needed it didn't change by much. Well worth it! I highly recommend this company. read more

Bryan was professional, accommodating and efficient. We got multiple estimates and Attic Professionals offered the best value. He and his team were super friendly and got the job done in a timely fashion. He provided before and after photos and made himself available for questions and follow up. Bryan did a complete attic cleanout for me prior to a full house remodel. My attic in my 40-year-old house has always creeped me out, especially with old rodent droppings everywhere. Bryan and his crew came in with their super impressive huge equipment and cleaned out the entire mess! They worked tirelessly all day and kept going late into the night until it was done. I was so appreciative of the extra time and effort they put into this job! I couldn't have hired a better company for the job. I'll be bringing them back to blow in my new insulation soon. read more

Bryan and his team were great! We contacted Attic Professional for a quote to replace our attic insulation; Bryan came out and did an inspection and provided his recommendations - he was very thorough while explained to us what he thought would be the best route for the issues we were having. He even took the time to go through the pictures he took in the attic to show exactly what he was referencing in regards to our remediation plan. We decided to go with Attic Professional because Bryan was honest, low-pressure, and to the point (which I very much appreciate!) A few weeks later, Bryan and his crew came out for the install - removal of our old (almost non-existent) insulation, installation of the new blow-in insulation, and they also installed a damper for our front room to our mitigate "cold spot". Bryan and his team showed up on time, were polite, respectful of our house, communicative, organized and very, very neat! I would definitely recommend Attic Professional - Bryan is very responsive, thorough and embodies great customer service and workmanship! read more

I had Bryan and his crew remove the old attic blown-in insulation (it's been there since 1976 as far as I know), clean the attic and blow in new insulation on 12/12/23. These guys are friendly and totally competent. They ensured that the rest of my house remained clean during the process, did it quickly and for a reasonable cost. And they put in deeper insualtion than before wich raises the "R" value. I expect the temperature in my house to be considerably more stable, both summer and winter. So far, I've noticed an improvement in the short time since the install. I completely recommend Attic Professional. Hard to beat excellent work. read more

A 5-star feedback is long overdue. Bryan and his team mate worked very hard to ensure that my house attic was done right earlier this year. This summer is better with new layers of insulation; I rarely need to turn on AC. My house stays cool longer than prior summers. Bryan also upholds values in customer satisfaction. When the attic fan that his team mate installed did not work well because of the fan noise, he immediately removed the fan and refunded my money. He was very willing to do good work and making sure that his customer is happy. read more

Attic Professionals went above and beyond to help us with adding insulation and sealing up our attic, and we couldn't be happier. Bryan (the owner) was honest, professional, and great at communicating from start to finish. The pricing was on point, insulation installation went smoothly, and the team was super flexible and helpful with changing around the install as needed to protect our little one from any fine particles. They also took care of a broken wood beam in the attic for us and added air seals around the entire attic as well as weatherproofing for the attic entrance, which worked great to seal it up. We can feel the difference already - our house has gotten noticeably warmer and the heating bill has come down. Bryan also came out multiple times free of charge to help us plan out potentially adding an attic ladder. We ultimately decided against it (because we did not have a good place to put it), but he never once pressured us or made us feel bad for not getting it. Overall we loved our experience and will definitely choose to use Attic Professionals for anything we need in the future. read more

It was time to get new insulation and I also needed to air seal the attic against smoke coming through from the adjacent neighbor. Bryan gave me a great price and kept answering the questions I peppered him with over a two week period. Even one of his competitors told me he was a good choice for what I needed. Finally decided to go with him and I'm happy with the outcome. Condo feels cooler on this hot day than it has all summer and the air sealing seems to be keeping the smoke out. read more
