The Attic Professional team is quite remarkable. From the time we called for an estimate, to the last finishing touches, they did a superb job for us. I've owned homes for almost 50 years and needed many kinds of contractors. This was best experience I've had. I needed rodent proofing and replacement of sloppy, incomplete DIY insulation. Bryan patiently discussed options and offered what I wanted and needed at a more than fair price. His crew was careful and very clean. My attic hatch is close to a window and far from an entry door. Instead of the typical, brusque "we need to use your window," I got a very polite, "would it be OK if we put the chute (for debris) through the window? It'll be faster and help us keep things cleaner." Everything was done with a natural smile. I knew it wasn't fake from hearing how the guys talked to each other, not just me. Mice gone. From the initial quote experience all the way through the finished project, Bryan was communicative and explained the work, the process and the damage mitigation techniques they would employ to keep the property protected. Bryan arrived at the time stated with a "double crew." After introductions, they jumped right in removing old attic insulation and debris, rodent proofing the attic, sealing air gaps, sanitizing the cleaned attic and then added about 12" inches of batt insulation. The crew also explained what they were doing, were respectful of the property and did even repaired a stove hood duct so it vented properly. All in, I was extremely happy working with Attic Professional and would highly recommend them. I recently purchased a single story 1300 sq/ft home and during the initial home inspection it was noted that there was inadequate insulation coverage over half the attic.
