We were referred to Zenith through a strong referral from a friend and whose neighbors had also used them. Despite that, I still got 5 estimates just to make sure. They came in on the lower end of pricing (though not the lowest), but their work included more in the initial estimate. I recommend uploading your estimates to AI and asking for a side-by-side comparison, and ask what questions you should ask about their estimate, you will learn a lot. Bryan was thorough in his estimate, did not over-measure, and was fair about removing pricing from the quote when something did not need to happen. We had 2 layers of shingle on top of a layer of shake which made a mess of our open attic garage, but they protected everything and cleaned it all up as though nothing happened. The city where I live requires permits which they got and then passed the inspection. The whole process took 8 days (including 2 weekend days) which was longer than other companies had estimated, but we were glad to sacrifice that time in order to not have any issues, which we didn't. I'm not one to typically post reviews, but Zenith Roofing went so far above and beyond, not only on the quality of the job, but in their customer service and ensuring the entire process was smooth and seamless, I literally had no choice but to find my Yelp password and write this review. My wife and I bought our home about six months ago and have absolutely marathoned a complete renovation, from foundation work to a new roof and everything in between. This was our first time undertaking such an endeavor and we learned a lot along the way; notably that contractors can be an absolute menace to your sanity. Not only having to stay on top of them to get work done in a timely manner, but almost micromanage the details so that work is done right. Hiring Zenith was the total opposite experience. They were timely, professional, hard working and so attentive to the needs of our home and our family that my wife and I just want everyone to have that same kind of experience. A great company to work with. As we were about to move in March 2025, a rain storm revealed that we needed to have a complete replacement of our roof's 'underlayment.' I got four quotes, and Bryan's was one of the most reasonable - and he was prepared to start the work almost immediately, a 'great' benefit since we wanted to get the work done (if possible) before we left toward the end of March. Bryan's team (especially Omar, the 'team lead') did outstanding work: they were extremely flexible in dealing with the rainy weather, even working on weekends when rain precluded working on some week days; Omar was extremely helpful and accommodating to our solar panel company in dealing with their removal of the panels before the roof work and reinstallation afterwards - ensuring that little time was lost in the process; and the Zenith team was very careful, thorough, and professional in their work, including in the removal of debris and cleaning up afterwards. Bryan was also a pleasure to work with and very accommodating whenever anything came up. We were 'extremely' pleased with their work, and would 'highly' recommend this company to anyone. read more

It's a shame this company hasn't been reviewed on Yelp yet. I'm happy to be the first. I was getting solar installed and my solar company recommended Zenith to repaper under my concrete tile roof. They gave me a very reasonable quote and were able to start work in just a few days. The guys were very professional, friendly and courteous. They also coordinated with my solar installer, so I didn't have to worry about any of the scheduling. They also noticed that the cap on my furnace vent had come off and fixed it for me at no extra charge! They arrived on time and they left on time and were happy to answer any questions I had. Top service. We started with a simple roof repair as there was a leak. Zenith was the only company to not ghost us after the initial inspection. The repair was minor, but there is a minimum fee, so not only did the Zenith worker fix the leak but tidied up on the roof at any spot that was to become a potential leak. After the first really hard rain storm we thought we had another leak, but it turned out to be leaf build up in a crevice of the roof - Bryan came out and cleared it for free. Suffice to say, when we decided on a new roof, Zenith was our only choice. We were not disappointed. We had rigid insulation on half our house and wanted to complete the process. Bryan is well versed in energy efficient roofing techniques, so he was an excellent choice. It's been a year since we had our house reroofed. Love our new roof! read more

I called Zenith Roofing yesterday to set up an appointment to give me an estimate on the roof leak. Brian of Zenith answered my call and agreed to come to my house today between 12:00 and 1:00 pm to give me an estimate. Well, this guy never showed up. I waited from 11:45 am to 1:15 pm at the house. It is unethical to conduct business this way. I never understood how Zenith Roofing could get a 5-star rating for displaying such unethical conduct. If you do not intend to come, just say so. Don't waste customer's time by not showing up. I am really disappointed. This tells us something about the way Zenith Roofing runs and conducts business. read more
