I called Frankie, the owner of Romeo's Heating and A/C because my thermostat quit working. He set up a time, and actually arrived a few minutes early. It was something simple, that I was actually embarrassed I didn't catch myself. There was no attempt to sell me up on anything or tell me it needed an expensive repair. He charged me a minimal service charge for coming out. Even though he wasn't making much on this call, he didn't rush it and answered questions I had about the system before leaving. I been meaning to write this review for some time. I called him to come out on an emergency for my Airbnb in the middle of the summer. My air was not working. He came early the next morning and had it fixed within 30 mins (maybe less). I know he knew I was super desperate and could have charged me anything for sure but he didn't. UPDATE: Almost three years after they installed my AC unit I found it not working. I called them up and they offered to come out and take a look. Found out that my dog pulled one of the wires and they fixed it without any incident. They did this without charging me anything and assured me that they just want to take care of their customers. We had are home warranty company come out and tell us that we needed a new system after we were told it just needed to be cleaned. So after they left I called Romeo's heating and air to get a second opinion and Frankie came out and diagnosed the problem as a faulty gas valve in the furnace. I had Frankie out to check out my ac unit when it stopped working. He suggested I replace the whole unit and furnace since they were the homes originals from 1990. This was my first time looking into ac units so I got some other quotes, the closest one was costco and they were a couple thousand more and the Costco unit was smaller and less power. The install was a breeze. I think it took a while but I hardly knew he was even there. Since then I have had Frankie out to a couple other properties and Frankie has always been able to do a quick tune up and clean for a very reasonable price.
