The repair was done promptly, and I was very impressed with the quality and attention to detail. Highly recommend Alcantara Roofing! Most importantly to me and my situation, he was up front about possible changes depending on how bad the damage was. So even though there was some unknown about how bad it could be, I knew a best case price vs worst case price prior to signing.

One gave me a very expensive estimate, one did not even send me an estimate. That roofing company wanted to reroof my whole house and was not interested in repairing the leaky area on the roof. A couple did not even called me back or emailed me back since they were busy or not interested in roof repairs. I called Ryan at Alcantara Roofing, he showed up within a couple of hours, inspected my roof and gave me a reasonable estimate that same night. I signed his estimated contract and gave him the job same day. He showed up exactly when he promised and did a great job fixing my leaky roof exactly when he promised. Ryan is a great professional and is very experienced in repairing roofs. He is also a nice person to chat with. We are so glad we found Ryan. Ryan will be the roofing company when I have to reroof my whole House later. You will be lucky to have Ryan come and fix your leaky roof or reroof your whole house.

We hired Kintter to help us w/roofing needs for an addition. Our contractor has worked w/them for…read moreyears and recommended them higly to us. We now know why - they are a top-notch, well run family business, and really know how to take care of a customer. Five stars easily. Their work included several areas: 1) Roofing the new addition; 2) Removing/replacing tiles in the areas where the new addtion roof would tie in to the existing roof; 3) Fixing numerous issues w/tile around our solar panels on our roof - issues courtesy of Tesla Solar personnel who clearly had zero training in the tile work required for messing w/people's roofs; and 4) Fixing some of our roof valleys that were getting congested w/leaves and pine needles from our trees. They provided a clear and complete estimate, and their pricing was just under the other roofing companies we talked to. Based on my brother's recommendation and their estimate we decided to move forward w/Knitter. Throughout the project they operated in a professional and friendly manner. They showed up on time, did excellent work, coordinated their work w/other activities on the project, and their crew was conscientous and personable. One of the challenging issues was that the tile we have is a particularly "rare" tile design and finding something that matched with it wasn't easy. Mike Knitter and Javier went out of their way to get us additional samples and options, and we ended up getting an excellent match that blended well w/our original tiles. They also helped us by placing the newer tiles in an areas of the roof that were less visible from the common areas of the back yard. We also had two solatubes installed. Knitter's team discovered issues w/the way in which the Solatubes had been integrated w/the roof tiles that could have caused problems, and adjusted the installation. Knitter also provided information and pictures of the errors and broken tiles that the Tesla Solar installers had left behind in their work, and corrected those issues as a part of their work. From start to finish just an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

We reached out to this company for a second opinion after receiving a very complicated and…read moreoverpriced quote elsewhere that didn't feel like it had our best interest in mind. I'm really glad we did. They were thorough, thoughtful, and extremely clear in explaining what was going on with our system. Our AC was turning on but barely pushing any air, (had gradually been this way for a year) and instead of jumping straight to an expensive fix, they walked us through multiple options. One of the solutions they recommended was applying a sealant to address potential leaks. They were upfront that it wasn't a guaranteed fix, but based on their assessment, it was the most likely issue. We appreciated the honesty and transparency. In the end, it worked, and our AC is running much better. Overall, they were knowledgeable, fair, and genuinely seemed to care about finding the right solution rather than just the most expensive one. Would definitely recommend.

He told me his pricing was contingent on doing the entire job and that he would get back to me on the numbers for the reduced job. I said fine. Brody was flexible with my limited availability, arrived on time, communicated clearly, and completed the entire job on my 1,300 sq ft home in just four hours. He and his apprentice Luke worked efficiently and quietly, protected the work areas, and left everything spotless. Brody also used a thermal imaging camera to confirm each wall cavity was properly filled, which gave me a lot of confidence in the workmanship. The results exceeded my expectations. The patched holes are barely noticeable--I was prepared for my walls to look like a cheese board, but they look great. Brody was honest, fairly priced, and delivered excellent service from start to finish. The insulation product itself impressed me as well. As a façade engineer, I understand the value of insulation, but I didn't expect to feel such a dramatic difference so quickly.
