Fireplace service. We have a gas fireplace in the family room. It was not igniting about half the time. Service was requested & they asked for some photos. Good idea. They scheduled us for a date within 10 days. Quote was $225-$250 for service call. Others were not available for 3-4 weeks in our area of Temecula/Menifee. Same price for service call. The service lasted about 1 1/2 hours. Some parts were replaced. HUGE COMMENDATION - after replacing some worn out parts, they offered a battery pack backup for ignition in case of power outage. I can't believe i didnt leave a review till now. George came out over a year ago and re-did a janky old firepit they we never really used much except to make smores once or twice a year. He replaced the rusting parts, new rocks and now we hang out by the firepit and watch the sunset or rise every day at this new focal meeting point outside for our family. Our propane indoor fireplace stopped lighting after 10 years. It has a remote starter. Took me several days to find All About Fire, no one does these repairs. They were booked for a month before they could come out since they are one of the few repair businesses for this product. When they did come, on time and had our problem diagnosed in an hour. They needed to order parts with the holiday season parcel post backups it took another three weeks to get back to us with the parts. After several hours of work, fireplace is working just fine again. WOW... The work was amazing. First I didn't even know there was such service out there. I found this service in a coupon book I get monthly in the mail, after a few researchers I decided to go with "All About Fire" and I'm so happy I did. They showed up on time and they were not intimidated by my filthy dirty never clean in its life span grill that I have. After they finished they explain in detail what they did, the minor repair they assembled for me and they even changed the burns that were rotten and damaged. For the money you pay, All About Fire has terrible customer service! You can find another company that can clean your bbq for a better price that has a lot more respect for their customers. All About Fire came to clean my bbq, I paid them for the service, and that was that. A few weeks later, I called back with a question about my grill. However it took multiple phone calls, texts, and emails to the company over the course of a three week period until we finally heard back from George, and that was because I had my husband call from his phone. George finally picked up my husband's phone call after my husband's third attempt to contact them and after I complained to Bull BBQ, as Bull had initially provided us with All About Fire's business card. When George picked up the phone, he did not apologize, nor feel the least bit sorry for not getting back to us. My husband continuously asked George why he did not respond to any of my messages but George just dodged the question. He was unable to justify or provide a valid reason why he did not respond to my communication attempts. read more
