I was extremely disappointed we didn't actually cook anything. Everyone was very nice but my expectations for a $100 + cooking class per person were not met considering we didn't cook anything. I was handed a packet with all the recipes for the food we were "making". The first recipe was the crab rangoon except all we did was stuff the wonton wrappers and actually put it together. Same with the bao buns. At no point were the porcupine meatballs even a thing. They were made prior, mentioned, and put on our plates. Everything was made in advance. So I paid to fill wonton wrappers and get printed out recipes I could find online. Also, we weren't even going to get to stuff the bao buns. They were going to have a group of people do each thing - 1 to stuff the buns and the other crab Rangoon except I said I wanted to do the buns too so everyone got to do a couple. Honestly the food was bland except for the bao buns. I won't be using their recipes. Truely disappointed and feel like I was swindled out of money. They should be more forthcoming about what this "cooking class" entails. It's not actually cooking.

She is very hands-on and was a pleasure to communicate with throughout the project.  I especially want to highlight Jai, Joseph, and EV Granites. They all far exceeded my expectations. Jai, the project coordinator, was fantastic. She answered every question promptly, quickly arranged for a replacement part that was damaged during shipping, and stayed on top of every surprise that came up during demolition. She always provided clear options and kept the project moving smoothly. Joseph installed the cabinets at an impressive pace while maintaining exceptional quality. His attention to detail was outstanding. He even reinstalled a few cabinets (which meant redoing the work) to ensure everything was perfectly level. The final result speaks for itself. EV Granites did an amazing job with the countertop. They measured everything with precision, created perfect templates, and made excellent use of every inch of the granite slabs. They were friendly, answered all my questions, and worked efficiently to get the project completed quickly. The entire project was wrapped up in just a couple of weeks, which completely surprised me. I had been worried because similar projects often take months. When Heidi and Jai first shared the timeline, I was skeptical (as contractors often overpromise), but Pure Cabinets did the opposite. We did our research on colors and when we arrived there were so many of choices! We narrowed it down and found someone who could help us. The staff made sure we purchased everything needed along with the LVP. We were purchasing enough for more than 2,000 square feet so it took us 3 trips to pick it all up. It was great that we were given that option. Since we saw that we'd do a few more projects in the future we decided to open a card and get the promotional discount for doing so. We let the staff member know we were both educators and she was super helpful. We felt the value we paid for what we purchased was spot on. While we were waiting for our items to be brought around back to the loading zone we looked around for our future home projects. The loading staff was awesome. They made sure to load everything for us quickly and made sure they stacked it safely into our SUV each trip we took to pick up all of our items.
