We've been patient with the process and had to call the main office multiple times and the manager wouldn't call us back. First it was the compressor then it was the coolant then it was a computer part that neede to be shipped. We never received the computer part and the tech said the part will come in a couple days then said he has no idea when the part would ship. Sounded like a lie from the beginning. The manager called back finally after weeks of asking for him and said he would personally come to the house and repair it himself. Never heard back from him and our fridge gets cold but the freezer still doesnt work and they never fixed our ice maker. We been buying bags of ice for weeks now and I just pulled a melted ice cream out of my freezer once again! We paid over 1500 and our fridge isnt fully repaired, will be taking legal action.

So we just wanted a basic repair so that our clothes would dry and linens would dry properly. It has been so frustrating how inconsistent the dryer has been. We have tried YouTube tutorials, and asking my uncle to take a look at it as well. It seems to get better, and the clothes would dry properly, but then the towels wouldn't. Finally we decided to call someone and were very pleased with the reasonable quote. They worked with our conflicting work schedules and came by, and dryer was fixed by the end of the day. Someone from O's appliances reached out to me, advised I needed a new refrigerator since the parts nd labor would be just as much. I purchased a refrigerator from them and been having issues since. He stated we can report him and do whatever we want he did not care and he was not coming so to stop calling him.
