Ran the dryer for 1 minute said it's getting hot, checked the dryer vent and said good air flow which I already knew since I told him that wasn't the problem. Not much diagnosing if you ask me. I advised that it got hot then the heat stops and doesn't dry. Told me to run it on time dry to bypass the sensors. He said if this doesn't work then your computer is going to out and it's time for a new one. I texted him just to double check nothing could be done and said nope. The problem is your computer. Well I had a gut felling. Called some one else and they DIAGNOSED the dryer and the dryers gas coils were bad. Now my dryer is working like new. Wish I could get my money back but leason learned. Be careful *** please show me that I called you...... not one call from me. Never did you offer to come again. Stop being a liar. When I purchased the refrigerator it came with a 6 month warranty so I called to schedule a repair. I called Guillermo several times and he told me he would honor the warranty. After trying to schedule a time to repair the refrigerator he never called me back or returned my calls. I called the shop and he said he would call me and schedule a repair. After numerous attempts they never called me back. This company is selling items and promising a warranty which is fraudulent. They have done this numerous times with other customers as seen in other reviews. It's not only bad business but it's a crime. I'm going to follow up with another complaint to the city. Dishonest business practices won't get you far. Just look at the yelp and google reviews.
