It was $60 for them to come out and look at our appliance, the tech wasn't able to figure out why it was causing the alert. When I explained what was happening based on my youtubing - I asked him to try what I had found out. He cleared the filter and cleaned out the sensor and it fixed the issue. Total cost was $120, which was a little steep of maybe a 30 minute fix that I told them how to do but I was just happy it was done and they were super kind. My husband was out of town and I'm pregnant so it was important to have the dishwasher fixed immediately. He gave some great tips to prevent it from happening again.

Ran the dryer for 1 minute said it's getting hot, checked the dryer vent and said good air flow which I already knew since I told him that wasn't the problem. Not much diagnosing if you ask me. I advised that it got hot then the heat stops and doesn't dry. Told me to run it on time dry to bypass the sensors. He said if this doesn't work then your computer is going to out and it's time for a new one. I texted him just to double check nothing could be done and said nope. The problem is your computer. Well I had a gut felling. Called some one else and they DIAGNOSED the dryer and the dryers gas coils were bad. Now my dryer is working like new. Wish I could get my money back but leason learned. Be careful *** please show me that I called you...... not one call from me. Never did you offer to come again. Stop being a liar.
