When I bought the vanity, it supposedly had all the shelves included, as shown during the purchase. However, when the delivery service finally dropped it off, they managed to send me the wrong shelves in the wrong color. Impressive, right? Naturally, I tried calling to rectify this--not once, not twice--but several times over several days, leaving messages in vain (pun intended). I even left a message with an actual person (so I know my message was heard), and yet... nothing. Radio silence. Honestly, is it that hard to pick up the phone or return a call? Now, don't get me wrong--the vanity itself looked great at first glance, but the customer service? Utterly abysmal. It's like the moment you hand over your money, every shred of professionalism and support goes straight down the drain. Oh, and don't even bother trying to get through the voicemail system--it's always full. Don't worry, though, if it isn't full, the call will kindly hang up on you anyway. Efficient and impersonal. A winning combination for anyone wanting to test their patience. So here I am now, out of pocket for shelves that were originally supposed to be included with my purchase. And surprise, surprise--no one is responding anymore. Not a peep. It's almost like they disappeared into a void as soon as they cashed my payment. Let's make this clear: my receipt does NOT say the vanity was sold "as-is," so this experience is just straight-up unprofessional. Lesson learned: If you decide to purchase from here, either bring a magnifying glass and triple-check every item, or consider spending your hard-earned money elsewhere. Oh, and don't expect any semblance of customer service after the sale--you've got more chance of winning the lottery than reaching someone helpful. What a disappointing and frustrating experience. The other cabinet places I went to didn't seem like they had the time to talk to me or care about my actual layout but Cici made a free 3D rendering for my and brought up every issue to my attention. Everything was thought out ahead of time which I really appreciate instead of finding out during installation that a drawer wouldn't be able to open because of my dishwasher handle or something. The team made everything work even when I was difficult with a specific sink I wanted they altered the design to make it work. Highly recommend them. Poor Quality, Incomplete Installation & Lack of Communication…read moreVery disappointed with the quality of the cabinets and, especially, the installation. Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting kitchen renovation has turned into a frustrating experience. The workmanship and attention to detail were far below what I would expect from a professional cabinet company. The photos speak for themselves: Cabinet doors/handles were installed unevenly, with visible differences in alignment. Cabinet interiors were left with unfinished/incomplete work, including missing shelf-pin holes needed to properly adjust the shelves. There are visible holes, damage, and rough areas inside the cabinets that should not be present in a new installation. The backsplash/stone was installed without properly accommodating the existing electrical outlets, leaving the outlets without the necessary openings to install the cover plates. Several aspects of the installation appear unfinished and require additional work to make the kitchen properly functional and presentable. The installer had extreme difficulty communicating in English, which made it very difficult to explain concerns, discuss the installation, or have issues corrected as they were identified. What is particularly frustrating is that when I brought these issues to the company's attention, instead of simply taking responsibility for completing the installation properly, I was told that some of these issues were supposedly someone else's responsibility or would require additional payment. I paid for a professional cabinet installation. I should not have to accept visibly poor workmanship, incomplete installation, or pay additional money to have basic aspects of the installation completed correctly. The pictures included with this review are not minor cosmetic complaints--they show the actual condition and quality of the work I received. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company carefully inspect every cabinet, door, shelf, handle, outlet opening, and finished surface before making final payment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Very disappointed with the workmanship, communication, and the company's handling of the issues.

One was easier to see but was very dirty from being outside so couldn't be inspected for damages. The other was sandwiched in between multiple other slabs so you could only see the top 5 inches or so of a 5'x 4' slab. But they wouldn't move it out to see unless you guaranteed to buy one of them (which you couldn't see) with a $100 deposit. So to see the slab, it will cost you $100. If there is damage or the colors don't match your tile (which I had in hand to match), you're out $100? For checking? I've been to numerous stone places throughout the inland empire and in OC and have never come across this policy. Interesting indeed.
