Anna deserves a great review--she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful during my visit to the LJ Stone. She took the time to show me around the space clearly and professionally, pointing out key options and answering my questions without rushing me. I highly recommend LJ Stone. read more

Anna C. is the worst sales consultant. I visited the showroom and dealt with this incompetent person. If you don't know the answer to a question, then go find out. Don't guess or give a BS answer. I followed up with multiple calls and emails, but they went unanswered. The showroom was nice, and I really wanted to get a design quote, but the company doesn't return calls or website inquiries. read more

I went last week looking for information on cabinets and countertops to remodel my kitchen and Mariana helped me choose the perfect models and color for the style I was looking for. She worked with me on the price that best fit my budget. Couldn't be happier to have found LJ Stone and their amazing team. Great customer service! read more

I've been wanting to fix my kitchen for a while and every place I went either gave me a crazy price or their service was awful. I really liked this place because they had a showroom and the workers were really attentive and helpful. This young lady in the front "Mariana" helped me throughout the whole process. I am very indecisive but she was very helpful and didn't mind the questions I had. She was very hands on and one of my family members actually mentioned to me to ask for her help when I got there. The staff is lovely and I recommend this place if you want real attentive and fast service and a good quality material. read more

Excellent selections, love the showroom and outstanding customer service! Very creative designs, ask for Anna.

Found one of their quartz slabs online and instantly fell in love with it, they have a lot of prefab options but we wanted full slabs to avoid having too many seams. Working with them was super easy, just messaged them and showed up to the yard a couple days later to pick my stone. Liza was the best, she was very helpful from the jump and helped managed everything from start to finish. It's hard to find companies who are in this space who actually care, it was a refreshing experience and hope to be back to work with them in the future. read more

Picked our granite out! Love it! Assistant and workers in warehouse extremely helpful! So glad our contractor recommend them!

Yvonne was great to work with. She modeled out my kitchen, easy to make changes & she answered my questions quickly! I had a great experience. My home came out beautiful! read more

We needed to remodel our master bathroom even if it was only 7 years old. The builder put in not that good ones so we wanted to get better quality cabinets and countertops. After shopping around we found this place in Upland. Although the name doesn't suggest they have cabinets. They do have good selection of cabinets and great selection of countertops( Corian, Marble, Granite, Quartz and more.) The prices are very good and affordable. Cece was the one whom helped us and she was very patient. After you order it takes about a week too hey the cabinets. The countertops they have plenty in stock. I do recommend this place of you looking to get any cabinets and countertops. read more

Very disappointed. I bought cabinets, quartz countertop, and a farmhouse sink from LJ Stone. Total cost was approximately $8500. The farmhouse sink I was given came defective. As you can see in the pictures, the sink drain hole is uneven and does not allow the kitchen sink basket to sit properly. Since it does not sit properly there's a leak. I've had 3 different plumbers come out to try to stop the leak and no matter what they do (silicone, plumbers putty, etc.) it continues to leak and they all say the same thing, the sink is defective. I contacted Gary from LJ Stone and it seemed like he was going to help me out. He said he was going to contact the manufacturer to give me the information on the correct kitchen basket because he claimed that I probably had the wrong size (note, I had already tried 3 other kitchen baskets from Home Depot and they all sat uneven due to the uneven hole). I decided to give him a chance, who knows, maybe he had the correct kitchen basket for the sink. So far I've gone 2 weeks without any news, I call/text Gary and he claims they are getting back to him "today" (I wonder which today it is). For $8500 that I paid, they need to replace my sink! The company that installed the kitchen GTO Countertops has agreed to install the sink at no cost as long as LJ Stone replaces the sink. This is a very frustrating issue. Sucks to have a leak in your new kitchen when it's all supposed to be new! Do not go with LJ Stone! Horrible customer service. read more

They made a mistake and spent the entire time we were there blaming us for it, rather than trying to solve our issue. And, despite them making a mistake and costing us money, they refused to do anything other than sell us another product. I'm extremely disappointed with how we were treated. Also, when a manager reads this, please tell your employees to stop vaping while working with customers. I had smoke blown into my face several times, which is extremely unprofessional. read more

Little to no selection. What the have online they don't always have in person to show you.

Staff was extremely helpful and responsive and very professional. We are very pleased with the purchase of our countertops and sink!

Place looks sketchy, no customer service for walk in customer. Place only really deals with contractors

I would like to Thank everyone who works at LJSI. You made choosing our kitchen granite a pleasant purchase. A very special Thank you to Carlos. They are blocking or deleting this review... I wonder why!??? I have normally purchased material from here for my boss and normally Jennifer was the person that I would deal with since my boss was recommended to work with her. Unfortunately Jennifer doesn't work there anymore and it was always a great experience with her, she was such a nice girl and awesome to work with and she would go out of her way to call me for other materials that I was asking her for before I went to get them she would check for me and call me back all the time. This one last time I had to deal with Cici since Jennifer is t there anymore and it was the worst experience ever she was shorty with her answers she just had such a flat mood (if you know what I mean) she was just blah! After continually being a customer here now I am sure not to go back to this store. There are so many other stores on ninth street and I'm sure they would be happier to take my business. This so called CiCi or whatever her name it is just rude! Never coming here again. I spoke to my boss and told him Jennifer is no longer there. But thank fully my boss has her number and I'm sure wherever she goes we are sure to follow! read more
