We had great service starting in the parking lot! We had brought our own samples to be able to plan for our bathrooms. A man walked out towards us and offered to carry the larger wooden flooring sample. We got inside and Laura was amazing! She met us at the door and welcomed us, chatted, then let us look to our hearts content. We brought the kids and she included them in the process! We came in looking for tile for our two bathrooms. There are about 10 displays of small showers with various tile combos and also SO many options up on the walls and hanging! There's a large table that you can lay out your combos on and Laura gave us just the right amount of advice/affirmation on our choices! We are so excited to see our bathroom come together. They have a ton of variety so while you could spend a little less at a bigger chain, you wouldn't get the options or display or service! read more
