Cesar is a miracle worker. We are remodeling our kitchen and intended to move our existing island which created a problem. The old island was set directly on slab, with the ceramic tile installed around it. The new island was a different shape, shifted 8 inches from the original location and due to a miscommunication needed to be installed on top of the tile. Did I mention there was also a pony wall? This left a patchwork puzzle in tile. We had very limited spare tiles left with no option to buy more, and they are 2' by 4' large format. Every, single, piece counted. Large format tiles are harder to install, not to mention we had to remove some pieces and re-lay in others. My husband was really adamant about following the existing grout lines as much as possible which added to the difficulty. Not only did they do a great job of in-laying the new tile, they somehow managed to remove 2 existing tiles WITHOUT BREAKING them. I wasn't there at the time but I am pretty sure they used magic and possibly fairy dust. That left us with spare tiles if we ever need them. You cannot tell where the old tiles were and where the new tiles are. Cesar not only responded to this difficult job where others would not- he did an excellent job. "Creative" and very good are both true. Would not hesitate to recommend and we are very picky when it comes to home improvement contractors. read more

What can't I say, CTS promptly came out to access our home and gave us a fair quote, along with a timeline of completion. I have hardwood floors on a raised foundation leading to a den on slab foundation. CTS, first leveled our den floor, which provided a level surface and created a seamless transition to both rooms. I had these gentlemen repair a super shoddy shower tile job that had been giving me a headache since the end of last year. See what happened was we had a plumber redo the copper piping in the shower and then had some other guy come in and finish the tile. Well it turned out that the tile guy layed out the thin set so far out that when it came time to attach the tile and they set, the shower valves wouldn't fit their respective locations because the whole valve assembly was too deep. The clown tile guy had built it out like 2 inches too far! He assured us that there were extensions. Imagine that BS! And we had payed 2800 in labour plus the cost of materials and it came out to 3500+ total. Well needless to say I did not want him in my house again at all not even to repair it since no extensions existed I soon found out. Caesar at Creative Tile came out within a week and neatly and cleanly repaired the trash job for a reasonable price. I got my shower finished and it looks great and I am satisfied. Hire them if you want professional results the first time around. Do not use your friends cousins friend that does it on the side, sometimes. Serious. I usually don't write reviews, but I just want to post a note of gratitude to Cesar and his dad for all of the help during our bathroom remodel. We had leaks from old cast iron pipes underneath the slab, and ended up having to halt the remodel to have a plumbing company replace them. Cesar was very understanding and accommodating with the schedule. After the plumbing issues were fixed, his team worked long hours to get us back on track. He fixed various issues, including water-damaged wood from a compromised shower base, and a significant crack in the slab that caused an uneven floor. Cesar just completed a partial bathroom remodel for me. He removed and replaced existing tile work around the tub, built a new tiled bath skirt, and installed a new shower and toilet. He did a fantastic job! The bath skirt was very tricky to install because he had to build a decking around the bath tub from the 1960's with all its curves and quirks but it came out great! I also asked him to do a mitered edge niche and to mitre the edges of the tub skirt with a new schluter edge trim that he's never used before and he did a great job! Not only was his work quality excellent, he also conducted himself in a very professional manner. He was very responsive to my questions before, during and after the project and made sure to fix any issues that came up on the job in a professional manner. I am SO happy with our new bathroom! Here's some before and after pictures. After speaking with several different people to do our shower, we ended up choosing Cesar and his dad because they gave us a reasonable quote and were nice to work with on the estimate. Cesar is extremely professional and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Throughout the process, he was really helpful with suggestions on things we weren't familiar with. And their attention to detail is amazing. We had a decorative border and, like you can see in the pictures, they cut the tile so that the pattern doesn't break. So amazing! This also wasn't an easy project. We barely had a floor left under our previous shower. Pipes were leaking, the drain wasn't connected to the right pipe, there was no insulation in the walls, etc. It was a mess but Cesar communicated with us really well whenever there was a problem. Even with the unexpected work they had to do, they still finished in the time we were originally told. We're so happy with the work they did and plan to use them again in the future.
