We couldn't be happier with the tile and shower door work they just completed in our home. From start to finish, the level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism was outstanding. This was very custom, high-end work, and they executed it flawlessly. Every tile layout was intentional, perfectly aligned, and beautifully finished. The shower doors are clean, precise, and feel like something you'd see in a luxury hotel or a designer showcase home. Nothing felt rushed or "standard"--they took the time to do it right. What really stood out was their ability to problem-solve and deliver on design vision. They clearly understand upscale finishes and how to execute them properly, which is rare. Communication was clear, timelines were respected, and the job site was always kept clean and organized. read more

We installed a Jacuzzi Acrylic Panels shower in March 2024 and were referred to Direct Shower Door for a custom enclosure. Choosing Direct Shower Door was absolutely the right decision. Their professionalism, product quality, and customer service were excellent from start to finish. Dialo and Donna were extremely helpful and guided us through the process by emailing photos of different glass and hardware options so we could select the exact style we wanted. Larry came out in April 2024 to take precise measurements for our custom Euroglide frameless glass shower door enclosure with a roller system and one stationary panel in brushed nickel hardware. We also chose the EnduroShield protective coating with a 10-year warranty. Installation was completed in May 2024. Nearly two years later, the shower door still looks as beautiful as the day it was installed. Following their recommendation to clean the glass with vinegar, it continues to look crystal clear. The installers, Emanuel and Micah, were professional, efficient, and very detail-oriented. The craftsmanship and quality of the glass and hardware are outstanding. If you are looking for high-quality custom frameless shower doors, I highly recommend Direct Shower Door. They deliver excellent workmanship, beautiful results, and truly stand behind their work. read more

This company was a pleasure to deal with. They went over and beyond to do a great job. After years of having the same shower door we decided to go locally and it ended up being a great experience. Management was easy to contact and filled us in on what was needed and why. Ours was a custom door, by the way, which did not phase them Thanks for the experience. read more

Direct Shower Door - replacement shower door - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - Upland, California

I'd forgotten how good it felt to hire a great company until now! It's evident that Direct Shower Door, as a whole, values honesty, integrity, quality, but most of all, the customer. The entire proceess was free of any surprises and they always kept me informed of my projects status. The staff that I worked with were professional and at the same time friendly. I'm waiting on the arrival of my second order consisting of splash panels for my dual shower and I'm really excited. I'm contemplating on whether or not I'm going to add a third project, which is to replace a wood restroom door with a glass door. I highly recommend Direct Shower Door. read more

One of the best companies I've had the pleasure to work with. We had them fabricate sliding shower doors for us three years ago. The trim work was getting pretty grody so I removed one of the shower doors to replace the lower trim only to find that the previous installer that worked for them had chipped the glass Donna offered to make us a whole new door at their expense even though all I was looking for was a new bottom door trim. They stood behind their previous work without excuses and made our bathroom clean and beautiful again. I want to thank Donna and Company. You guys are awesome. read more

My wife and I had three different company quotes on frameless shower enclosures. Talking with Debbie on the Direct Shower service line was easy. Debbie answered all our questions and provided my quote very quickly. I even had her add another option and she did so quickly. When we decided to use Direct Shower, they called back quickly and scheduled us for measurements. The order was ready in the two week time as promised. We had just had our shower fiberglass reglazed and so the installation was quick and easy. Zack did a great job with the install and provided information to treat the glass surface. The price for the frameless shower was very fair and the materials used are high quality. Direct Shower customer service is top notch. We are very happy with the overall purchase. The frameless enclosure is exactly what we wanted for our shower. I would highly recommend Direct Shower. read more

I recommend this company 110% from the initial phone call to them, requesting a quote, to the gentleman that came and gave a quote, to the finished product installed. I had a master shower with a single piece of glass that did not cover the whole shower and water would go all over the floor. (new home) They came up with a design to open outward or inward to complete the space and make it look like it should have been there all the time. It matched everything beautifully including the trim read more

I thought this would be a good business judging by the reviews but someone named Donna offered the worst service, starting off by answering in such a rude tone. As if she didn't care to help me on top of being very vague with quotes to have some doors installed. The worst part is her calling me a slur after I asked her what her problem was! Quality, smooth streamlined processes, great attention to detail, customer service is top notch, reliable schedule. We came to the showroom and were greeted by Debbie who showed us all of our options for glass shower doors. Discussed pros and cons, added all hardware we wanted, and the company rep was at out house to take measurements two days after. The installation was planned two weeks out max, which would fall during the snowstorm in the mountains. I let the company rep know about the upcoming snowstorm and asked if they would consider installing the shower doors before the roads would become impassable. Got a call from Debbie, followed by a manager in production that they could accommodate us before the snowstorm. The day was foggy, but the installation crew was at the property on time as scheduled, taking 2 hrs to complete their job. Then a couple days later the manager drove up the mountain on a short notice during pouring down rain just to make sure everything was per their standard. Amazing customer service! Direct Shower Door definitely beat their competitor pricing in every category we looked at, got there without delays, were extremely responsive in every phone or email contact, and we got great results. Highly recommended. read more

Perfect shower doors, excellent company, consistent and dedicated follow up. These guys are amazing. Every step of our interactions was friendly, professional, prompt, and as promised. Installation was great, and they've stayed very responsive and helpful with follow up questions after the install. We had two minor issues, and they fixed both promptly and free of charge. We're very happy with our new shower doors. They're beautiful, the rollers glide like a dream, and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend this company! read more

Our 30-year old master bathroom shower was old, rusted, and flat out ugly. When it was time for an update, we knew to call OC Frameless/Direct Shower Door as they did a phenomenal job on my parent's shower doors. Sean Stone was a tremendous help from the start with a quick quote (VERY reasonable!) From there, the walk-through was a breeze where the tech went over the process, our shower door and handle options, and scheduling practices. Within 2 weeks, we were notified our glass doors were ready for installation and a few days later, and done swiftly within 3 hours, our shower was made new! HIGHLY recommend these local experts in revitalizing your bathroom shower doors! read more

We had our beautiful frameless shower installed in January. It was a great experience from the initial phone consultation to the installation. I want to say that I'm also very pleased with the follow up service this company provides. The door seal on my shower was ripping, so they sent someone out to replace this warrantied part for free. There's no waiting on hold or being transferred to a bunch of different representatives. It really feels like working with a company that values your business! I'm pleased with our shower and even more so with their service. Thank you! read more

CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST!!! A lot of companies promise great service but very few deliver. The Good: - They literally put customers first. Driving from Upland to our home takes around 1 hour 30 minutes each way. Sean, Reuben, and Aaron made SEVERAL round trips until our wine cellar was perfect. They offered to take the door back because it was literally off by a couple centimeters. They don't stop until the customer is fully satisfied. Direct Shower Door deserves every bit of the 5 stars. It's very rare to find companies like these. I highly recommend them. Thank you for your excellent service. The Bad: - Absolutely nothing. read more
