His crew Garrett and David were very professional during both the install of the windows and doors. (They were done on different days because I ordered the doors after the windows were completed.) They knocked out all 9 windows in about half a day and took care of all the debris and old windows. My home was clean when they left. I can't recommend Glendora Window enough. I needed to replace the glass on our coffee table. I had communicated with Anthony multiple times via Yelp and he was extremely responsive and communicative. I shared the measurements, we agreed on a price and I drove 30+ minutes, bringing my coffee table with me (as requested) to have it measured. After another man looked at the table mentioning they needed to make a template, Anthony shares that it will now be 25% more than we had agreed ('it's a different process, etc'). I felt taken advantage of and it was dishonest - of COURSE they had to make a template, why else would I bring the table in. As I reflect, whether intentional or not, he had ample opportunities to advise me that there might be an additional charge, and he never did. It was just not professional. He also offered me $20 for my gas (which he didn't follow through on) and wouldn't give me the template (a traced copy, using a marker on a piece of butcher paper) until I reminded him of the $20. He did apologize to me afterwards and agree that he did not disclose that there would any additional costs. It's unfortunate - I really hope a lesson is learned here. He seems like a nice guy, but just didn't handle the situation well. read more

Glendora Windows replaced all the windows in my home in April '25 and since then my electric bill has declined by 25%. I have not had to cut on my air conditioner unless the temperature is in the upper 80s. I am very satisfied with the windows. They look great, the installers were very efficient and it was great working with Anthony. The only drawback was working with the window manufacturer. One of my windows was cracked and it took a few months to get the glass replaced. read more

Double paned glass in a sliding glass door that was installed by another company in the 90s got stains in between the glass, so the glass always looked dirty. The doors were a wide oak trim. I had it redone at ace hardware 90$ and it was trashed within 2 weeks. When I came in they designed a pet and toddler proof re- design ON THE SAME FRAME!!! Put in pet screen and a guard!!!! One of the rollers on my patio door was so old that it was rusted so badly that the wheels weren't even rolling anymore. Essentially every time I wanted to slide that door open, I was pushing the door open instead of it sliding. Very annoying. I sent some yelp messages around to places just asking if they sold a replacement metal roller, and they all said they only do service and large projects, not parts - except for Glendora Window & Screen. Anthony responded to my yelp request, and asked that I take pictures of my roller, which I did, and he promptly replied the next day that they did have that roller in stock. I wasn't very optimistic, since my door is very old, so I figured they had something that looked like it was a match but probably wouldn't fit my door. But when I went in, Anthony greeted me, and as soon as I mentioned the roller, he knew exactly which part I was talking about, and he presented it to me - it was an exact match! I got home, installed it, and my door is like new - in fact, it'll probably take a little getting used to not having to shove the door open anymore. The cherry on top was that Anthony sent me a yelp message soon after our transaction thanking me for my business and to let him know if the piece doesn't fit. Who does that anymore?
