We finally got a quote from a company that constantly sends flyers to our mailbox, but even with a "huge" discount for just a few windows, the price was close to the cost of a swimming pool. That pushed me to search online, and I found SoCal Window Pros, a highly rated local company. Jack, the owner, came out with sample windows and gave us an estimate. He was straightforward, no‑nonsense, and genuinely kind. The windows were impressive -- solid engineering, well‑made, great warranty, and locally manufactured. We also met his son Alex who is much involved in this family-owned business, and he was equally professional and personable. We ultimately decided to replace all of our windows as well as our sliding door, and we're very happy with the results. Our house looks refreshed and updated, and the old rubber seals that kept popping out are finally gone. The windows look beautiful and have made a noticeable difference in the overall appearance of our home. I literally let out a sigh of relief every time I see the windows. Gratefulness and gladness! There were a couple of windows that took a little longer than expected to arrive, and two were delivered in a different color than originally specified. In the end, I decided to go ahead with the installation, and fortunately, the color worked out beautifully in our home. The installers Carlos and Daniel were prompt and arrived at 7 a.m. and were done installing both sliders within four hours. Hopefully you can see in the picture they did such a great job and they were installed perfectly. There is no need for painting or touch up on the walls, stucco or trim. We are looking forward to the next few phases of getting new front doors, back doors and also windows. It's great that you can do them in phases and you don't get the pressure to do it all at once. My experience:…read more So i reached out via yelp to andres and was replied to pretty quick. He was able to visit the following day to get measurements / estimate price. He was nice and explained everything. Plus gave suggestions... I gave a downpayment of 10% for everything to proceed. They then ordered it. Rough estimate would be 3-4 weeks for the entire process. They have a physical store in norco which was being run by Andres' wife. After 3 weeks or so give or take... i got a message that they were ready to install. Well within the time frame.... They informed me when they were on the way. They probably took roughly 2.5 hours. Lucas, Andres' son was present. Nothing was rushed and i saw how they handled everything... They can reuse your old door handle... but in my case, i bought a new one... just because. The price: It's pretty fair. It isn't cheap but you get what you paid for. For the peace of mind... ill do it again. Since i got a door replacement, everything was included. From removing the old one , to clean up, trash, installing... and thankfully.... the door i got doesn't need any paint. So it's pretty good. Threshold was top notch. And it seems water / insects wont be able to pop in. Will i choose to work with them again? Probably yes... Once i opt for a screen door... maybe in a couple more months once it gets a little bit cooler.

He was prompt, polite, and considerate. We had a quick discussion as to my situation and quickly got to work at inspecting the focal room and windows I have. He gave very detailed explanation of what I'm looking at to help me understand and was honest about my options. Unfortunately, in my case, it was explained to me that because of the type of windows I already have if I were to get a specific type of window upgrade installed I'd be wasting my money with very little improvement in noise reduction. Instead he offered multiple suggestions I could look into that could help. I am extremely grateful that he was able to squeeze this appointment in for me and for his honest assessment. I decided to move forward with the entry door repair first and schedule the interior door install for later. When I called to book, they refused to come out unless I committed to both jobs at once. This was never disclosed when the quote was given -- nothing indicated the two line items were bundled or contingent on each other. Unprofessional, and a waste of my time after being quoted as two independent jobs. Not using them for either project, and wouldn't recommend if you want straightforward, flexible service. Update: The business responded claiming this was a "small repair" that was only offered as an add-on, contingent on booking the interior door install. For the record, the itemized quote priced the entry door repair on its own at $813.39 (new astragal + planing the door to open/close properly) -- a real, standalone job, not a minor add-on. Nothing in the estimate stated the two jobs were contingent on each other or that the repair required booking both.

They also made a handshake agreement to install security doors, which is why we gave them the contract. They did not install these doors and clamed "this wasn't in the contract". Once they collected money, they had no intention of completing the doors. (See text message below from the owner stating they would install the screen doors). He added it to "notes" but the contract. See owners response below, he claims they were not the right doors, how can they agree to install something they didn't measure? Did they never have intenion of installing the doors? Dishonest and unethical business practice, terrible customer service. Do not work with this company.

Summary: Iriwindale Window's lack of care destroyed the wood floors throughout our entire condo and…read moreled to months of mold remediation. We got new doors and windows from Irwindale Windows installed over a year ago. During the sales pitch we were sold a high quality product that would be carefully installed. Everything changed once the installation started. It became clear from the start that our $15,000 was a small job and a low priority to them. The owner Jackie told us the installation would only take three days, but when I talked to the men working they clearly did not think that was realistic. We soon overheard that they had a very big job starting immediately after ours, and the owner Jackie was rushing the workers to start this job on time. The workers were there all day, barely taking any breaks and clearly rushing around. The final day they were there until around 9pm at night, working outside in the dark to meet the deadline. We got 5 windows and 3 sliding doors installed. Everything was fine until the first time that it rained. Turns out, in their haste to rush through our job, the installers did absolutely nothing to seal the bottom of our sliding doors. As you can see in the pictures, it was literally wide open. No sill pan, no sealant, nothing. Because they had the doors propped up on shims, they could not seal the doors directly to the ground. But because they also did not use a sill pan, the bottom was wide open. So when it rained, the rain outside was literally just pouring into our subfloor. About 10 days after the rain we lifted up a rug and noticed that the floor was wet. We couldn't notice at first because it was beneath the wood, but eventually this water permeated the subfloor in most of our house, and started soaking up into a number of the walls. Because of mold growth, we eventually had to tear up ALL of our beautiful wood floors (honestly one of the main selling points when we bought the condo) and also cut out and replace many lower sections of our walls. Everything had to be treated for mold, sealed up in plastic, then have air purifiers and fans run. Then the actual construction to replace all of the flooring and walls. We were out of our condo for MONTHS. And over a year later Irwindale still refuses to take responsibility for what they did. We were forced to pay entirely out of pocket for the costs of remediation and file a lawsuit - a lawsuit where they are still refusing to take accountability and trying to avoid the massive damages they caused to our home. If you have a massive job with dozens of windows, maybe Irwindale will take their time and properly install them. But if you are just a regular customer who *only" buys $15,000 worth of windows, they couldn't care less about destroying your home or doing a quality installation.
