Recently, our master shower's glass door snapped off its hinges, a result of the shower being as old as our condo, a decade and a half old. In addition to the door, the shower's chrome borders were grimey and, to be frank, disgusting, due to the difficulty in cleaning the small nooks and crannies; and the shower glass was near-permanently stained with hard water. After several attempts to repair or replace myself, we decided it was time to call the professionals, and while we were at it, replace the shower glass entirely. Allglass was responsive and professional at the outset, and provided a reasonable quote with options. The employee who came out to measure our shower was efficient and professional and explained some of the options, and Kellie was great as our representative, providing us with the itemized quote and a model of the shower. The turnaround time overall was quicker than expected (and quoted), and the installers completed the installation excellently. They were respectful of our space, and were done in just a few hours. And the results were fantastic, replacing our old glass and chrome with a borderless beautiful shower! The most difficult part was waiting the 24 hours for the silicone to set so that we could use the shower itself. Long story short, ultimately All Glass did deliver on the mirror that we ordered from them for our bathroom but we would not recommend them. Whew! Getting our order for a bathroom mirror fulfilled from All Glass Bath was a pretty long, problematic and frustrating process that they didn't handle well; the initial measurements they took for our bathroom mirror were wrong. Their team cut the hole for our faucet handle in the wrong place so that upon installation there was a gap between hardware and mirror, and one could see through to the drywall behind. If they noticed this problem, they didn't mention anything. Once we installed the hardware and saw this issue we contacted them. They suggested we have a special ring fabricated to cover the hole. We agreed to consider that solution but wanted to see the ring before approving that as a fix. The All Glass rep Eric said he'd get that order placed and get back to us within a few days. Days passed and we heard nothing. Eventually we started to email and call to get a status update. It was really hard to track down what was going on. It would take multiple phone calls and emails to get Kellie from the office to respond and when she did she was pretty unhelpful with substantive updates, citing how busy she was or how it was Eric that had the info we were looking for. Then after dismissing their poor service, she would want to chit chat about random things. It was so strange! Ultimately we learned from another installer that Eric actually forgot to place the initial order for the ring with the manufacturer, hence the long delay. After weeks of waiting, we told All Glass that we wanted to throw in the towel on waiting for this special ring that would cover the mistake they'd made. Instead we just wanted them to come out, remeasure, and cut a new mirror correctly. They did come out to remeasure and reinstall (though were hours late and actually tried to cancel but I said no, they had to show up as planned). Guess what - the holes in the second mirror were in the wrong place AGAIN! Finally on the third attempt they more or less got the holes in the right place. It honestly isn't perfect; the rep who came to do the final install was reluctant to install it because it was a little off. But it was close enough and we just wanted the whole thing to be done that we signed off on it. So strange! read more

When they came to estimate, they were very informative about the process and what hardware they would use to match our existing hardware. They did a great job on the installation.
