I wanted to provide an update to my original review. After sharing my experience on social media,…read morethe owner reached out to me personally, and I truly appreciate the time and attention he has given to resolving our long-standing issue. Since then, communication has been excellent, and the company has replaced our staircase window once again. We are grateful for their responsiveness and willingness to continue working toward a solution. At this point, we are hopeful that the problem has finally been resolved. Because the leak only occurs during heavy rain, we'll need to wait for the next storm to know for sure. If the window performs as it should, I will be more than happy to update my review again to reflect a successful resolution. Thank you to the owner and the team for listening to our concerns and for making the effort to restore our confidence. We are optimistic that this will finally put this six-year issue behind us.

This review is long overdue. Our windows were replaced in May by this company SoCal Window Pros. I…read morefound out about them through online search. Our home is 29 years old, and the windows had been showing wear and tear for a long time. We finally got a quote from a company that constantly sends flyers to our mailbox, but even with a "huge" discount for just a few windows, the price was close to the cost of a swimming pool. That pushed me to search online, and I found SoCal Window Pros, a highly rated local company. Jack, the owner, came out with sample windows and gave us an estimate. He was straightforward, no‑nonsense, and genuinely kind. The windows were impressive -- solid engineering, well‑made, great warranty, and locally manufactured. We also met his son Alex who is much involved in this family-owned business, and he was equally professional and personable. We ultimately decided to replace all of our windows as well as our sliding door, and we're very happy with the results. Our house looks refreshed and updated, and the old rubber seals that kept popping out are finally gone. The windows look beautiful and have made a noticeable difference in the overall appearance of our home. I literally let out a sigh of relief every time I see the windows. Gratefulness and gladness! There were a couple of windows that took a little longer than expected to arrive, and two were delivered in a different color than originally specified. In the end, I decided to go ahead with the installation, and fortunately, the color worked out beautifully in our home. Jack and Alex checked on the installation throughout the process, and their crew was helpful and efficient. Despite a couple of minor hiccups, communication was good, and we felt that Jack and Alex were attentive and committed to making sure the project went well. Overall, we're very happy with our experience and with our new windows. We would definitely recommend SoCal Window Pros to anyone considering replacing their windows. It was a blessing to have found a local company with quality products and people who genuinely care about their work and their customers.

I received quotes from three different window companies before deciding, and I'm really glad I went…read morewith this one. One of the other companies was very pushy about fiberglass windows even after I explained my budget and that I may eventually use this property as a rental in a few years. The approach felt more like selling a specific product than helping me choose what actually made sense for my situation. With another company, the consultation was done over a Zoom meeting. I actually initially thought I would go with them because I really liked the rep I was speaking with and their pricing seemed reasonable. However, I didn't get to see the windows in person, so when I later met with Shawn from Window World and experienced the full in-home demo with actual samples, that made a big difference in helping me feel confident in my decision. From the start, Shawn Smith was friendly, personable, and most importantly--he listened. He gave me options instead of pushing a single product, and was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions in a way that made the decision process much easier. The ordering process was also very smooth and fast from manufacture through installation scheduling. The only delay on my end was HOA approval, since I live in a condo. The installation coordinator, Yolla, was absolutely amazing--honestly one of the sweetest people I've ever worked with during a home project. She kept everything organized and communicated clearly throughout the process. The installers, Pablo and his partner, were efficient, professional, and friendly. There was an issue with the sliding glass door upon delivery--scratches were noticed before installation. I really appreciated that Yolla proactively called me ahead of time rather than bringing it out and discovering it on-site. She immediately arranged a rush replacement order, which I felt was handled very professionally. Overall, everything turned out great. The windows look fantastic, the screens are practically invisible, and I had five windows plus a small sliding glass door installed. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for a smooth, well-managed window installation experience with a team that communicates well and treats the customer with care.
