This review is for the communication. I called and requested the quote for shower door and I was extremely impressed by their communication. Eddie was on top of the queries and replied promptly and made all the options available proactively. I ended up using some other company for this time but he will surely remain someone who I would reach out! I could sense that he knows his stuff. read more

Have nothing but praise and thanks for the great and quick job that was done when my tempered glass shower door exploded in the middle of the night! Eddie was there the next day to help us clean up and got a new door ordered and installed a couple days later which was also over a holiday weekend - super duper quick The installation was professional quick an they did an excellent job - I would definitely recommend and use again read more

These guys were awesome. Very responsive and communicated great. I'm a DIY'r However I trust the experts when it comes to specialty items like shower glass. I installed the drywall and shower/tile... everything I did wasn't perfect, but Eddie (owner) was able to come in and get exact measurements to make my work look good! I went with the Starphire glass in 1/2" and I'm glad I did. It looks beautiful! For reference - one panel is 30"x90" and the other is 60x90" 10/10 would recommend. For the service, product, and communication it was a great value. read more

Everyone we had contact with at Go Frameless was knowledgeable and professional. Eddie and Robert were our office contacts. They were clear and timely in their communications, asking great questions and providing good information. The two demolition/installers- Jimmy and Julius- were punctual, efficient, and neat. They happily answered our questions, listened to our concerns, and readily completed the job as we wanted it done. This was a mirror project, not a shower installation, but I am going to have them give me an estimate on a shower enclosure project as well. The cost was reasonable and the work perfect! read more

This is our second bathroom shower glass with Go Frameless Enclosures. Both times, the response time was great, their quoted price was competitive compared to others, and the end result was gorgeous. We did 3/8" starphire glass with satin brass hardware that matches the rest of bathroom hardware. The project did end up take a bit longer than originally anticipated, but Eddie provided efficient updates along the way, which I really appreciate. read more

We had a great experience going frameless with Go Frameless Enclosures! The entire process took two weeks and communication was clear and effective. Shout out to Robert for making the pricing and options super clear up front (we didn't even bother calling around for more quotes), to Jimmi for being such a pro during the measurement and explaining all the details / key things to consider, and to Eddie for the flawless installation and fun conversation. Everyone was super nice and professional and we would definitely hands down no questions asked work again with Go Frameless Enclosures. 10/10 experience. Thank you guys!!! read more

This is the second time we've used Go Frameless for our shower doors. They have very reasonable pricing and do nice work and have conscientious installers. I also found them to be honest. But, the reason for my 4 star review is due to communication/follow-up. In my experience, the communication/follow-up was a bit of a challenge. But, all in all, if you don't mind being the one having to do the follow up, I would recommend Go Frameless for your enclosure/glass needs. I would use Go Frameless again in the future. read more

Robert and his team were very helpful and responsive with my shower glass purchase and installation. I chose to go with this company because of the customer service and professionalism. Robert and I exchanged many emails and texts regarding my search for a frameless shower glass enclosure and he answered any questions I had about pricing, finishes, installation times and recommendations on type of glass and hinges. He was so helpful and responsive. His installation team, Jimmy and his assistant were also very professional and respectful of my time and home. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to my friends looking to redo their shower enclosure. read more

Go Frameless Enclosures was hired to replace the glass in a corner shower in one of my rental units. This entailed replacement of two side panels and a center door. The shower had an existing silver metal frame. They charged $1,800. When they attempted delivery the first time, they dropped the glass for the door and could only initially replace the side panels. They were to come back with the door the next week. I inspected the side panels which looked fine. The glass entirely fit within the existing frame. I had to go out of town, so I foolishly paid them in full assuming the door would be properly manufactured as well. To my horror, when I returned and inspected the door, they did not install glass all the way to the top of the frame. The glass was about 2" shy of meeting the top of the shower door frame. They stuck a black spacer between the top of the glass and the frame which I can only assume was to stabilize the glass. Looks hideous. I was told that was the way the shower doors were now made. Since they had already cashed my check, unlesss I want to take them to small claims court, I am stuck with this poor excuse for a replacement shower glass door. In my opinion, their work is of very poor quality. read more

I absolutely love my glass shower walls. It's unbelievably beautiful. Go frameless was punctual when coming to take measurements and when they came to install. The door hinge on my 20 year old shower enclosure had finally corroded off, and I needed a new shower enclosure fast. Other vendors I found on Yelp either didn't do shower enclosures on fiberglass (which mine is), or were several hundred dollars more than Go Frameless Enclosures. Also, Go Frameless Enclosures is based close to where I live, so that was an added bonus. Jimmi and Gabe came out on a Friday to do the work and were courteous and professional. They did quality work in only a few hours. Eddie (owner of Go Frameless Enclosures) came out on the following Monday to do a final replacement of some brackets. Now we not only have a functional shower enclosure, but a beautiful one as well. I highly recommend the workmanship and customer service of Go Frameless Enclosures. read more

They installed glass for two showers and an office for us as part of a major home renovation and we are so happy with their work. My experience with home improvement vendors hasn't been that great. Even when they were referred by people I'd assumed knew the best. A lot of them were hard to reach, did not communicate well, and just really hard to work with. Eddie at Go Frameless Enclosures was like a breath of fresh air. He was very prompt in responding, was excellent in explaining what options I had for my needs, and offered the service at a great price. Out of several vendors I'd talked to or seen, he was the only one I felt comfortable with entrusting to install my bathroom door. And he did everything as promised. The whole process couldn't have been better. Highly recommend. read more

After getting bids of well over $10,000 to redo our shower in the master bedroom, my Wife and I decided we could do it ourselves. Well, it was more work than we thought it would be, but we still got it done. We did end up paying for a professional to do the tile though. Then it was time to find somebody to do the glass doors. We looked at the big companies around us and decided to try a smaller local company. After researching, I contacted 4 companies, but only got two of them to quote the job. Eddie of Go Frameless Enclosures was the first to reply, so I decided to give him a try. Out of all the decisions made during this process, this was the best one we made. Eddie came out quickly to quote the job, and once we okayed the bid, he got the glass doors installed very quickly. Eddie's communication was topnotch, and we know exactly what was happening and when. The price did not change and, in fact, he saved us money by offering options that saved us money while keeping the high quality we wanted. If you want quality glass enclosures done, this is your guy. I am now even having him quote mirroring some closet doors for us. read more

I used the Yelp quote for the first time requesting for mirror cutting services. It's a great feature that Yelp has. I am totally usong that again Putting customers first: The owner, Eddie replied saying he does not cut mirrors however he has the mirror i needed available. We communicated through Yelp messaging. Eddie replies very quickly. His communication was very clear and straight to the point. When I agreed to order the mirror through him, I asked him if he delivers? I told him that I am a couple miles away. Without hesitation, he said Yes and did not charge for delivery since I was so close. I asked him several times about delivery fees and he insisted on not charging. Eddie delivered the mirror on the scheduled day and even earlier than the the proposed time! (yay) Mirror Quality: The mirror is great quality! No stretching and no weird tint. It's a very clean and clear mirror. The mirror's edge was also very clean and clear. What do I mean by that? I have seen mirrors where the edges would give a stretched look. The mirror we ordered was 60x30 and quarter inch thick. Conclusion: I think I found go to for mirrors thanks to Eddie's great customer services and the mirror quality. read more

This review is long overdue. We had our house remodel last year. We gutted the bathrooms and redesign the whole layout. I look around and review several frameless glass companies. My general contractor also provided a frameless glass company who quoted a very competitive price. When I spoke with Franando and Eddie at Go Frameless Enclosures, they were very knowledgeable and provided exactly the details and recommendations that I want to hear from a trustful company. Just finished our master bath and needed a Frameless Shower Door. Called 3 companies off YELP on a Saturday and Eddie responded with information I needed. Over the phone we discussed my plans and used his images on YELP to review what I seeking for my shower. He was able to give general information which included general pricing given the measurements would dictate the finale price. He came to the house, made the measurements and gave the specific quote for the Skyline 3/8 inch. We picked finishing options and all went smooth for the initial consultation. He did tell me that ordering would be about 1 week due to Covid delays. I was appreciative getting a heads up on what to expect. A week later Eddie came back and installed the shower door perfectly! Eddie and his team were always on time, very professional and clean. With COVID still lingering, he was very safe and mindful in respecting our home. Our old shower doors spontaneously shattered one night so I was looking for replacement. I contacted 3 vendors from yelp. I found frameless enclosures very friendly and hard working. I got better and taller door for a reasonable price. They also gave me very good deal on additional shelves. Doors come with standard spotless coating. They look great as compared to older doors. Two bathrooms shower doors and 3 shelves each were installed within half day. Team was in time and courteous. I recommend them for good price and service. read more
