Everything went perfect with Blizzard. Randy called me right away which was unique as we all text nowadays don't we? I'm so glad he did. Patient, creative, knowledgeable and absolute experts him as well as Jeff who installed the final project. It's absolutely perfect. Top notch quality. Don't hesitate if you need a door, call Blizzard now. For reference this is my 2nd door in 1 year, called 6 companies, with Blizzard you talk to the owners and others at the company. 100%!trust.

Blizzard Frameless did a great job 20 years ago and I'm so happy they are still in business when I needed a new shower enclosure due to a bathroom remodel. Randy came out and asked questions to understand what I was looking for. It is a rather different setup involving a door at an angle to the wall and adjoining glass panel. I wanted a minimum number of wall attachment plates to make cleaning easier. I didn't want a big handle to distract from the design and wanted something that would complement the other hardware in the room. Randy had the solution. Randy spent at least an hour doing complex measurements and suggested beveling one edge of the door for a complete finished look. I didn't want a plastic strip with a rubber edge at the bottom since that can be hard to clean and can get moldy. So, he recommended adding a small, curved metal threshold attached to the tile below the door to help contain water since the bathroom floor extends into the shower without a step. The parts were ready eight days later as promised. The two installers were on time, very nice and installed the fixed panel and the door with care and precision. The caulking was neatly applied. I'm so happy with the results and reasonable price.

We first used Blizzard in 2013 when they fitted a shower door in a complicated corner of our bathroom. The quality of the installation and their attention to detail was so good that we have used them twice since, after moving house. We won't go elsewhere for shower doors now ! Their pricing is competitive and we like the Enduroshield treatment they offer - repels water and makes it much easier to clean in our hard water area. But above all, their quality of work is outstanding and the installation crew is great.

We recently had a shower and bathtub shower redone. Randy and Jeff were very accommodating. The house was currently being renovated, and I wanted the shower doors installed before we moved back in. It came out great. Exactly what I wanted. I estimated that I could have saved about a grand if I purchased lesser quality big-box store shower doors and installed them myself. However, I wasn't comfortable drilling through porcelain tiles. Thanks a lot, good job.

Beautiful and quality shower doors. The glass is thick and does not wobble when opening and closing. The service is excellent as well.

I made an appointment, and they completely stood me up. Later, they claimed they tried to call me or left a voicemail to change the appointment, which is not true. They never called or left any message. I have documentation as evidence, but I chose not to continue the conversation because Max kept defending himself and arguing instead of trying to resolve the issue. They also had my mailing address incorrect. I spoke with Max the day before my appointment to correct it, yet there were still multiple errors. Overall, the business seems very unorganized. The receptionist told me Max was in the office, so I was surprised when Max later claimed my appointment was with a different representative. This inconsistency felt very unprofessional and questionable. I took time out of my day for this appointment, and it is extremely rude and unprofessional that they never showed up. I do not recommend doing business with this company. There are many other businesses that provide much better customer service.

(This review includes a response to the business owner's reply)…read more I had a deeply disappointing experience with Paul's Windows, and I want to share it so that other homeowners know what to expect before working with this company. I reached out for a small bedroom window replacement and had one key requirement: that the new window, once installed, provide a minimum clear opening height of 13 inches. The sales associate, Art, confirmed via text that the manufacturer (Crystal Pacific) said it would: 13.1875", in fact. That was fine by me. But when I asked for that specification to be confirmed in the contract, in writing, Art refused. Let me be clear: I wasn't asking for a personal warranty on the product. I simply wanted confirmation that the installed window, as ordered and managed by Paul's Windows, would meet the functional requirement I had clearly communicated. Art repeatedly deflected, referring to "what the manufacturer said," but was unwilling to take responsibility for the result. When I asked for accountability, he became dismissive and eventually walked away from the job. I contacted Paul directly, hoping for a more professional response. Instead, I received a generic brush-off and a claim that the window wouldn't meet the specs, which contradicts what their own sales associate had already confirmed. Worse, Paul didn't acknowledge or engage with any of the valid concerns I raised around basic customer service, transparency, or professional responsibility. Ultimately, I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I was hiring a company to manage a job and deliver a specific result. If something went wrong, say, the manufacturer provided a window that didn't meet the spec, it would be on the contractor to resolve it, not on me to go chase down the supplier. That's what any responsible company would do. But Paul's Windows made it clear they don't see it that way. If you're okay with vague communication, contractors who won't stand behind their own work, and potentially being left to deal with problems on your own, maybe this company is fine. But if you want clarity, professionalism, and accountability in writing, then look elsewhere. § Paul's response below is a classic damage control move -- polite on the surface, but full of deflection and quiet rewriting of events. To clarify: the window in question would have met the required 13" clear opening. That wasn't in dispute. Art, their sales associate, confirmed that in writing and was fully prepared to proceed with the job -- until I asked for a simple written accountability. That's the moment everything fell apart. Paul's follow-up misrepresents the timeline and sidesteps the core issue -- not whether the window would fit, but whether the company was willing to stand behind the result they were being paid to deliver.

After signing the contract the windows were ordered and arrived in about 3 weeks. The installation team worked quickly and Art was there to see it complete. Retrofitted the windows to fit in my existing frames to avoid having to work on the wall. Added the grids to match the style of the old windows since I have a condo and HOA would probably have an issue if not everyone's windows matched since it's a shared building.
