I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Everyone I dealt with was great especially Sean and Donna. I ordered the wrong size initially and it was ready to be installed when I changed my mind and wanted a larger splash panel. I was expecting to pay double for my mistake but Sean and Donna took care of my mistake with a minimal price adjustment. The biggest surprise was when they showed up to install it way ahead of schedule!

From start to end Shaun and the entire crew at OC Direct/Frameless Shower door were better than expected. From very competitive pricing to professional and clean workmanship and installation. They gave me a quote within30 minutes of my call, sent a guy to measure 3 days later and installed it 10 days after that. The pricing was extremely competitive and I was just hoping the quality of the installation was going to be acceptable. Well it seems I worried for nothing. Their installation man, Eber was highly skilled, professional and polite. The final job looks amazing and better than I anticipated. There was nothing I can say was less than perfect. They get my highest recommendation and I am not that easy to please.

My wife and I have a rule about always getting multiple quotes for work and I am so happy I called OC Direct Shower door to compare quotes! They provided what looked like identical shower doors to go over our tub/showers as a competitor and did it for a much better value. I had to install in two bathrooms so the savings went twice as far. The steps on moving forward were clear and everyone we interacted with were fantastic. From the first call, to measurements, to installation, it was clear everyone knew what they were doing and had been installing for some time. I purchased a rental house with no shower door. I researched full service companies and DYI doors. This company was very communicative and very organized in their flow from inquiry, estimating, measuring, manufacturing to installing. I was so pleased with the contractors, process, and final install that I purchased another shower door for my residence. Again, the process was seamless. So I ordered another shower door on the guest tub. It is expected to be installed next week. What? No supply issue or labor issue delaying my job. I don't know how they do it, but this company is not like other construction / contractors. I just wish other contractors would use their business model. Great service! Great product! Great value! In 35 years working with dozens of contractors and vendors, I have only twice had my expectations exceeded. OC Direct Shower Door was the second. First exceptional pricing. Not always my final decision, but it was a huge factor. Follow up was exceptional. The gentleman who came out to measure was friendly and professional. And finally, the installation team. Not all installers are created equal. They too were exceptional. Provided a window 8am-10am. They arrived 8am sharp. In and out in 90 minutes. Clean friendly and did an outstanding job. Great Value! Great Service! They were 50% cheaper than Home Depot, easier to work with, and very fast. The quality of the did not look as high-end as I had hoped for, but does not look bad at all. I'd use them again, but next time, I'd go to their showroom to see their selection. All in all, great choice. read more

I have a rental property in Orange County. Not knowing much about showers, I decided to shop around to get prices and information. When I called OC Shower Door they were extremely knowledgeable and were able to quote me an exact price right over the phone. The job turned out perfect and was exactly what they quoted me. If you are looking for a showroom to see the product in person, it might be good to know that while you can see different enclosures, handles and glass samples, there is not a salesperson at the showroom to give you pricing, but other than that, this company was perfect for me. read more

When we told him we were not certain about the style of doors for some of the items he urged us to sign the contract to take advantage of the discount and assured us we would be able to update via a change order. Nothing would be ordered until the choices were made and the change order was executed. We have done many remodeling projects over the years and change orders are standard so we had no reason to doubt his assurances. Since then he has overpromised and failed to deliver. Every time we texted or emailed to ask about the change order status he reiterated that it was with the office, everyone was aware, nothing would be ordered and the change order would be sent - tonight, tomorrow, next day...you get the picture. After weeks of waiting for the change order so we could move on the project, we tried to escalate a number of times because based on the reviews we expected better customer service. However, we were told we needed to resolve all the miscommunications and failed follow through with the salesman that had failed to follow through. Imagine our surprise when we got a text that some of the doors were ready for installation. The salesman was shocked as he had told us nothing would be ordered until the change order was signed. In an effort to salvage the project and because we wanted to believe the salesman, we allowed for partial installation. The installation was riddled with additional issues. Wrong hardware, wrong trim, no wood molding around the door. The salesman was apologetic and did not understand why there was a disconnect. After another few weeks of messages, emails and requests to escalate, we finally got confirmation that the salesperson and the director of revenue would come to our home at 2pm on 6/22. They arrived late 30 minutes late (even though my husband had made it clear he was meeting them during his lunch hour) and the director of revenue was defensive and put all blame on the misrepresentations made by their salesman on us. During the meeting the salesman told him that the remaining doors had not been ordered. After that meeting the company STILL had the salesman follow up to ask how we wanted to proceed. He was embarrassed at that point because he was telling us the company would be able to address our concerns and they hung him out to dry. Even though it wasn't our fault, in an effort to put this nightmare behind us and NEVER deal with them again, after a few exchanges with the director of revenue, we agreed to a resolution provided they completed the project by today. No response for over a week until this afternoon when they basically said 'thanks for agreeing to letting us do what we haven't done but keep bending over backwards so we can do it in our terms'. @owner of the company you should step in sooner and not wait for the online reviews to try justifying the experience. For all those that posted 1 star reviews in the last year we should talk about options. Based on your experiences I can tell is not the individual players. It's the company.

Our installer, Danny Alonzo, was fantastic from start to finish. He has excellent communication skills and gave us a clear, realistic expectation of the time to completion. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional the entire time -- I honestly wish every contractor or vendor we use could be as good as Danny! We picked a custom color and the door came out exactly the shade we chose. It's solid, heavy, and makes a huge difference compared to our old door. We had bought and pre-painted our own interior moulding, and Danny installed it perfectly with no issues at all. I'm terrible at making clean silicone joints around moulding, but he did an amazing, professional job on them. He even went above and beyond when he noticed some stucco damage around the front door. The technician (I'm sorry, I missed his name) was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, and 100% prepared with the appropriate parts and tools. He installed new, stainless-steel rollers in place of the old, broken plastic ones and replaced rusted, broken screws on the frame. He also aligned the door, cleaned the track, and showed me the proper lubricant to keep things moving. He was also great with our two dear dogs, and they liked him just fine. I had several estimates as well as having the same glass installed in previous homes of mine and Eurotech was by far the cheapest, fastest and friendliest out of all of them! 1 week wait to get the glass made is a much better time frame than most and the price was about half for the same thing. Install completed on both in two hours, easy, no mess, very very satisfied and would use them again!

Needed two shower/Tub enclosures, Master shower frameless, and Sliding master mirror closet doors, and a fixed mirror for a vanity. The master shower installation went great! I figured THAT would be the real test of quality for Eurotech. Next, tub/shower enclosure-disaster. They drill into a water line behind the wall, a normal depth behind the wallboard. How?? They use a three inch drill bit for a 1" anchor. I call my salesman, he says " we are not responsible for anything behind the wall. You signed the waiver in the contract. I ask "why a three inch drill bit", he says -"we do hundreds of these with no problem, and we use a three inch screw in the wall." Now- I KNOW that isn't true. They deny any responsibility so I have to get it fixed for 1k. They come back to reinstall with a different team, and they were like-"we don't use three inch screws". Knew it. So they install, no problem. Next they find the flat vanity mirror is flawed (after they installed it). Off it comes they order another one. My closet mirror doors go in.....one of them is flawed. I'm like, does anyone check the quality of the product before it goes on the truck? This happens TWO MORE TIMES before they install a good one. Barely apologetic-way longer than the promised time frame for finish-poor quality control. During all this, I needed another flat vanity mirror, and asked them to install one for free for goodwill and what they have put me through. They gave me 50% off a $350. dollar product. Unbelievable. So here is the review. Oh BTW-the person who showed empathy and was apologetic on behalf of the company -the scheduler......Thank you.

It was strange incident since no one was touching it, it just exploded and shattered. Luckily no one was injured by the shattered glasses. I called and Greg told me it happened sometimes, and Google Search also indicated sometimes that can happen. Turns out there's no warranty on the glass door itself. I wonder how can a product like that has no warranty! Anyway, it's not Greg's fault, Greg did the installation great, but I'm just unhappy an expensive glass door self-explode after just 2 years. So I give it 5-star for installation and 1-star for the glass door. It averages out to 3-star.

I was scared of a frameless shower door of this size, but there are no leaks or weeping at all from around the glass at all! The new double-paned window glass replaced outdated 'frosted glass' from earlier this century, and now allows a lot more light into the bathroom from the outside world, while still allowing for substantial privacy.
