We had a leak in the last storm, and we suspected that the water was entering through a small crack between the stucco and the window frame. Jeremy responded promptly to my inquiry on Yelp with a reasonable upfront pricing based on my photos and description. He answered all my questions. He added a long-lasting and flexible sealant around the perimeter of the window, filling any gaps in the stucco. We were planning to wait two weeks to test the seal with a hose, but then Mother Nature decided to test it the next morning with some light rain, and it has held up so far. Our windows are like new now. Our only regret is not doing this for all our windows. We can open the window with one finger now. Window tracks suffer wear and tear with use. But the window itself is usually fine. It's a shame that more people don't do what Irvine Window Repair does and instead force homeowners to just replace the whole window. While it may seem expensive and for many windows it can add up to a lot, it's a fraction of the cost of replacing windows entirely and it's better for the environment too.
