It was uneven and didn't let the window close. There were so many reasons NOT to want this job! It was not only glass replacement. It was getting the window down two Stories (and back up again once finished) without causing damage to Either the window or the person bringing the window down. I have unusually heavy double-pane vinyl windows installed in 2008. About a year ago, one window became crooked and difficult to open and close. I needed someone to repair window screens for our rental house in La Puente and Yelp sent a request to OC Window zRestoration. As they are located in South OC and didn't include LA County in the service area, i don't know why Yelp generated estimate requests to companies not servicing the area. Although OC Window doesn't go to La Puente, they offered a telephone consultation and gave me a professional advice to take the window screens to Ace Hardware. I didn't know that Ace would replace window screens at the store and it was the most inexpensive wat to repair them, OC Window didn't make any money from referring me to Ace but they did it for me. If I need to replace the windows, probably around 45 of them, at my house in OC, I will definitely contact them for the project. read more

I needed four single hung windows repaired in my rental townhome in Laguna Niguel. Some were nearly impossible to open, one had a side rail hanging out, they were not usable.
