Disappointing experience. Left work early to meet technician at 6 pm. Technician to his credit arrived within the 6-7 pm window. However, he seemed upset that my house did not have the street number visible and this seemed to set the tone with his mood. He was quite pushy in suggesting I remove the security bars from the windows. I explained I would need to think about it because it seems to be a quaint feature for this style of house. He seemed disinterested in the size of the job stating his company usually replaces windows. He said an estimate would be sent the following morning. The door has been really hard to open since we bought our house last year but got a lot worse in the last week or so and needed to get fixed ASAP. I bought a new handle that would be easier to grip than the old one and our technician measured the handle for me so that I would buy the right size.
