I used Yelp's quote request tool to reach several repair providers about a broken glass panel in my Milgard fiberglass french door. I described the door specifically and asked for someone experienced with Milgard. This company replied first and told me they work directly with Milgard and handle their repairs all the time, so I had them come out to measure and quote. The technician who came out did not seem familiar with how the door was built. Instead of getting the glass dimensions from the manufacturer or measuring the opening, he tried to pry off the interior trim to take his measurement. He started at the top left corner, in plain sight at eye level, and chipped the door, exposing the white fiberglass underneath. Then he did the same in the other three corners and again partway down the right side. Five spots in all, and he kept going after the first chip had already shown what the prying does. What makes it worse is where the damage landed. The chips are on the door itself, the fiberglass, which cannot simply be swapped out. The trim he was prying against is removable and replaceable, and it came through fine. He damaged the one part that is hard to replace and left the replaceable part intact. On top of that, he could not actually get the trim off, and proposed cutting it off and gluing it back on. The plan to cover the chips became repainting the door, and since it is a french door both panels would need painting to match. They asked me to source the correct Milgard paint myself. Their verbal price was also higher than what the job ultimately cost me, and the formal written quote they promised more than once never arrived. The company I ended up hiring removed the same trim in about 30 seconds, testing first in one discreet spot, with no damage to the door or the trim. That is the difference between a shop that knows this product and one that does not. I have patched the chips myself with epoxy putty and Milgard touch-up paint, but it is only a stopgap. The real irony is that the door now needs a full repaint to look whole again, not because the glass repair called for it, but purely because of the damage done during a visit to measure and quote. The damage was serious enough that I considered small claims court. One star (less if I could). read more

This was one of the only companies who even took a look at retrofitting two casement windows with a motorized open/close mechanism. They came, took 10 minutes to review job for estimate. One week later I had am estimate. It wasn't cheap but they said they could do it. I was skeptical because there was so little discussion about the whole job. They came today to install, and it is fabulous. I am thrilled with their work and with the product/installation. They don't over sell or spend time with nonsense. They get the job done. Very nice folks to boot and good communication. Highly recommend. read more

Ask for Moshe! He was perfect from start to finish. Kind, honest, and excellent at installing the new screen door. Highly recommend this company. read more

From start to finish, the experience with Repair Champions was a pleasant one. I had what seemed to be a particularly pain-in-the-ass problem (see pics) of an interior casement window being the only point in which I could install an A/C unit. Repair Champions was able to get a plan built around an A/C unit I bought, take out the old window, install and seal the A/C until and built a custom-fit plexiglass replacement. Hamid and Ismael were the guys doing the work. They were quick, efficient, polite, and thorough. If I have further repair needs (doors/windows, etc.,) I will call them first. read more

Moshe from Repair Champions did an excellent job with our new sliding screen door. He came out to take measurements, clearly explained all the details and options, and helped us choose the right product. On installation day, he carefully adjusted the door so it opened and closed smoothly, then went above and beyond by lubricating the nearby sliding doors and windows to make them easier to use. We're very happy we chose Repair Champions for our screen door needs and would highly recommend them to others read more

Had Moshe come out to replace the screen on my sliding door. Got it done in less than 30 min on site! he explained that they also replace window. Since I have been needing to replace a dual pane window for over 5 years since the gas has leaked out and the whole window looks foggy I naturally hired Moshe to do that as well. Window now looks brand new. Highly recommended, they are reasonably priced, have a quick turnaround and great customer service. Thanks again! read more

Unfortunate situation while gardener was mowing the lawn causing a pebble to be picked up and shattering the glass. Of course no fault on the gardener. Had to quickly call around to find a company to repair the glass immediately as I was have house appraised in couple of days. Called around and no one could help me. Finally got a hold of Repair Champions and they were able to help me by offering a temporary solution versus telling me nothing could be done for a week or two. Pedro helped with removing broken glass and prepped it to avoid any safety hazards. Within three business days, Repair Champion had my new glass ready for installation. I'd definitely call them again for any emergency repairs. read more

I love how quick and on time your technician got on site and did service. Resolved the issue, great job! Why I gave 3 stars is because the tech just went ahead and did the work right away without consent whether we want to move forward with the service or not. Per my wife, the tech just went ahead and did what he had to do after she explained on what's going on. When I got home from work, things were already done And that left me with no choice but to pay the full service and repair done. Yea my wife was there and could have said something, but she was taking care of the babies and I feel like it was an advantage for the tech to make the sale by just doing it without consent. Overall, things got resolved. So thank you. read more

What a great experience. Professional, on time made my day. I would highly recommend and I would use again in a minute.

Repair champions did a great job for my broken window repair recently. The scheduling process was simple and quick. Moshe was scheduled the next day for a site check and estimate and the new window installation was scheduled 2 days according to my availability. Moshe and Elijah arriced as scheduled and were professional, thorough, friendly and respectful of my home. The whole procmess was seamless and painless. I would not hesitate to recommend Repair Champions to others and they will be my first call if I have similar needs - and I would gladly request Moshe! Thank you! read more

Mr Mosche arrived on time as scheduled. He was very professional and did everything to ensure I was happy with their service. He even re-screened some screens because they did not sit correctly on the windows. To his credit the frames are at least 17 years old and can get some wear and tear over the years. Pleased with the work and glad they were able to fit the repair in their schedule quickly. Prices were very reasonable. Special thanks to Mr. Mosche! Thank you read more

We received prompt service at a very fair price. We're very pleased with our repair. We had someone else out over the weekend and they wanted to charge us over three times the amount - we knew that didn't sound right. We are very pleased with the repair champions. read more

Contacted this company to replace 1 interior hallway door. They wanted to charge $1400!!! How in the world they got to that price, I'll never know. But if they're overcharging $1000 for a door replacement, who knows what else they're overcharging for. Another company did it for $400 which included the price of the new door at $180. Not a good look. read more

They did amazing work with the window repair. They purchased the window to exactly match what I have. Quick response and super helpful

I highly recommend Repair Champions. We had an issue with locking some of our small bedroom awning windows and had one that needed an operator replacement. Moshe pointed out that we weren't using the locks correctly! After that, and treating one with some silicone spray, they worked perfectly. He also took time to explain how to maintain the windows. He let us know quickly that he doesn't do the kind of work we needed, which was good to know.

Disappointing experience. Left work early to meet technician at 6 pm. Technician to his credit arrived within the 6-7 pm window. However, he seemed upset that my house did not have the street number visible and this seemed to set the tone with his mood. He was quite pushy in suggesting I remove the security bars from the windows. I explained I would need to think about it because it seems to be a quaint feature for this style of house. He seemed disinterested in the size of the job stating his company usually replaces windows. He said an estimate would be sent the following morning. I had politely expressed an interest in a quick turn around (hopefully end of the week; inspection was on a Mon). Estimate was never sent. Waste of my time. read more

I found Repair Champions online and they were extremely easy to book for an appointment and very quick to get my windows repaired! 5 stars all around. Texted on Monday and Repair Champions were the most responsive of the Yelp companies. This was for a sliding glass door that was tough to close. They quoted me to change the rollers on my sliding glass door. The quote included everything and was reasonable. Scheduled for 2 days later and repair was done on time. Repair Champions came through with a great repair and the door is like new. Pricing was in line with others and was exactly as quoted. Thank you! read more

Repair Champions has exceptional customer service with thorough communication in place. Referred by another glass company, they were quite impressive. From the first contact with a very knowledgeable and helpful individual on the phone, appointments are easily scheduled and texted directly. The repair person calls 30 minutes before arriving. Moshe, our repair man was efficient, friendly and experienced. He measured accurately and returned to install the retrofit window. Upon completion another text is received to ensure our satisfaction. I met a member of the Repair Champions team, Moshé, by chance while on a walk in my neighborhood because he was wearing a company shirt. I sent a text Monday morning and he was able to come to my home the following day. The appointment was just for a quote, however, he offered to stay and do the job right then. He was at my home for about 3.5 hours and replaced the screens on 8 windows, 2 sliding doors and a front door screen. He was polite, kind, and did excellent work.
