I am really impressed with this company. They did an impeccable job from start to finish. From the person that came out to give us a bid, to the scheduler to the install team and to the project manager, every one of them was outstanding. I admit that I'm a picky person, and they had such a good attitude toward me, and worked really hard to make me happy and they succeeded! Also, they have excellent craftsmanship and were so attentive to every little detail and had an impressive work ethic. It was a fantastic experience through and through. I will definitely use them again in the future if needed, and I highly recommend them! read more

We love our new door! Amir and Reem were awesome to work with -- super responsive and really accommodating. We asked if there was any way to move our install date up, and they were able to get us an earlier date, which we really appreciated. The crew that came to install the door were great too! They were friendly, professional, and super efficient. The whole install went way quicker than I expected. Overall, super happy we went with XO Windows. read more

The installation crew, including Andy and Ariel, was also very professional, friendly, and helpful. The owner, Amir, is also very responsive and made the entire process even easier. I truly appreciate the level of service I received from XO Windows and am very happy that I decided to go with them. I've already recommended XO Windows to my neighbors, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for quality windows and sliding doors with excellent customer service. I had a great experience working with XO Window Systems. From the beginning, Amir was incredibly helpful and transparent. He took the time to walk me through my options, explain the pros and cons, and help me find a solution that fit my budget. At no point did I feel pressured or like I was being upsold. The whole process was very professional, from the initial quote and measurements to the installation itself. What really stood out was how responsive Amir was. Whenever I had questions, he got back to me quickly and made sure I understood what I was getting. It felt like he genuinely wanted what was best for me and my family, not just to make a sale. I got quotes from several window companies before making a decision, and XO Window Systems was the clear winner. Not only were they competitively priced, but the level of service and attention I received made it feel like an exceptional value. Excellent from Beginning to End! After having several window installers come by to give their estimates, it was immediately apparent that XO Window Systems was the clear choice. Aside from offering very competitive pricing, Lainey, was very knowledgeable, prepared and pleasant to deal with. She brought window samples and excellent literature that truly helped me understand the different options and benefits of each - allowing me to feel confident about choosing the right retrofit windows. They quickly and accurately supplied a detailed estimate and offered to help with my HOA approval. I found them to be very organized and responsive at all times. Amir was always available to answer any questions - even after hours. Once the order was placed and the installation was scheduled; everything ran like clockwork. Sometimes the best surprise is no surprise at all. On install day, Vincent and his helper were on time and were very courteous. They took care to protect my carpeting and furniture. They were clearly very experienced with the installation process and paid attention to the details. They cleaned up afterwards and of course took my old windows with them for disposal. Overall, I couldn't imagine a better experience. I found the team at XO Window systems to be first rate in every way and would not hesitate to call them in the future for any additional window replacements. read more

We recently had XO Window Systems install Milgard black windows throughout our home and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the very first conversation to the final installation, the communication was outstanding -- we were always kept in the loop, questions were answered promptly, and there were zero surprises along the way. The windows themselves look absolutely stunning. The black frames give our home a clean, modern look that completely transformed the curb appeal. The quality of the Milgard product combined with XO's professional installation is a combination you can't go wrong with. Recently had XO Windows reinstall 11 vinyl windows... a project that was 10 years overdue! They were one of 5 quotes I'd sought from various local window companies. They were in the middle of the bids. From the account manager, Lainey, the measurement techs to the installers, the entire project went seamlessly and professionally. Can't thank them enough for providing a pleasurable customer service experience and restoring dual paned windows to my home that I can actually see through! Amir and XO Window Systems are the !!! When we replaced our windows we got three quotes and Amir stood out for his knowledge, expertise and honesty. On a few windows that had already been replaced by the previous owner, Amir pointed out that the issue when it was super rainy and windy was the flashing and window gutter -- an exterior problem not a window problem. (The other companies said the windows in question needed to be replaced.) We replaced 35 original windows from the timing to the quality of the installation -- everything was flawless -- plus we saved on not replacing the four previously replaced windows by following Amir's recommendations. read more

We recently had a sliding glass door installed, and I can't say enough great things about Amir & XO Window Systems. Our experience working with XO Window Systems was fantastic! We had gotten a quote from Amir a year and a half ago, and had to postpone moving forward, due to personal reasons. Amir kept in contact with us, and over a year later, he honored the original quote he had given us! His crew were respectful, prompt and made every effort to communicate clearly with us on everything, answering any questions we had, while also allowing us to ask any questions that came up. Installation was clean, with no cosmetic damage. They took the time to show us how the casement windows worked and provided additional info before leaving. Truly legitimate company on both the management and installation sides. We recently moved into older house that was not very well taken care of and have been working on renovating it step by step. It came time to replace 3 windows (one of which was quite large, 2-3x the size of a normal window) and 2 patio doors. This was a larger project and of course I did my due diligence in talking to multiple companies before making a decision. Almost at the last second I stumbled across XO Window Systems at the recommendation of a window screening company that helped with the windows that did not need to be replaced (WeScreen, another fantastic company). Grateful to Viviana at WeScreen for her recommendation, because we have absolutely no regrets with choosing XO Windows. Scheduling the initial assessment was painless and Amir was efficient and professional. I've grown up working on houses and at the end of the day what I am looking for is quality of character. With house renovations it is unrealistic to expect that everything will go as planned, and what makes or breaks an experience is how things are handled when issues inevitably arise. After spending some time walking through the project with Amir I was more than comfortable with having him and his team move forward with the project. Amir's pricing was also a bit lower than the other company I was considering, so that helped solidify the decision. The installation day itself was relatively uneventful, which is how we like it. The guys that came out were polite, efficient, and pleasant around the wife and baby. They also notably got along well and had good teamwork as they grinded out the demo and installations (9a-6p). They went above and beyond in helping with some small peripheral issues and were conscientious about keeping the surrounding areas clean. The foreman Salvador was sharp and had excellent awareness of the project as it developed. Massive thank you to Sal, Rigo, Ray, Eric, and Jesse. Will definitely be giving Amir a call in the future. read more

I recently hired XO Window Systems to replace my back window and sliding glass door in our family room, and I had a great experience from start to finish. I took the time to compare quotes from several companies, and XO offered the most competitive pricing while still using the same quality products. What really stood out was their transparency, other competitors in the area tried to increase costs with higher labor fees, delivery charges, and dump fees, but XO kept everything straightforward and reasonable. Their team provided an honest assessment, did great installation work, and paid attention to detail throughout the process. They also made sure to clean up afterwards, which I really appreciated. On top of that, they offer a strong warranty and clearly stand behind their work, which gave me extra confidence in choosing them. XO Window Systems - What a difference the replacement of my homes original (1959) windows and patio door has made! - Windows Installation Near Me - Santa Ana, California

XO Window Systems helped me on my window replacement project. I was looking for noise reduction windows and ended up contacting eight companies. I started working with XO window, and Amir visited me soon. Before I met the team, based on his response in details, I was almost sure they were going to help me well. I was provided with details from STC rating to the color choice. Amir told me very details about the finish beforehand, and it was installed that way. He focused on giving me information about what I have at the end. The lead time was good. I recommend XO window for smaller residential projects, too. read more

My friend recently had their windows replaced by XO Window and strongly recommended them to me when they heard I was looking to do the same. I had previously consulted with three other local window companies. However, Amir, the head of XO Window, was incredibly detailed and thorough when explaining their product features to me.I initially wanted to upgrade my glass to a more premium, highly insulated model. But after hearing my thoughts, Amir honestly advised me that it wasn't necessary to spend the extra money for my area, as the standard version would be more than enough. In the end, XO Window completely outperformed the other three companies in both price and service. I am so glad I made the right choice! Once the new windows were installed, I compared them to the ones we replaced 14 years ago. The old glass felt noticeably hot to the touch, while the standard insulated glass recommended by Amir stayed right at room temperature. It is incredible that even their standard glass offers such high thermal insulation; it truly is more than enough. I plan to replace the rest of our 14-year-old windows with them in the future. Huge thanks to XO Window! read more

We were referred to XO Window Systems by my parents. Our consultation with Amir was wonderful, he was very informative and thorough in answering all our questions. We proceeded with XO and our windows were installed about 6 weeks after the initial meeting. The crew was awesome, they did a wonderful job at the prep work, covering and protecting our things, and installing the windows. We were surprised as to how quickly and efficiently they worked over the course of 4 days. We had a total of 26 windows installed including 2 that were raised requiring a build out. The new texture on the stucco and drywall matches perfectly and looks seamless. Additionally we had french doors taken out and changed into a sliding glass door. Everyday the crew cleaned up the spaces they worked in which was much appreciated. We definitely recommend XO Window Systems! read more

I've been recommending Amir to my RE clients, as well as using him for my own home for over 5 years. He is thorough in explaining the various custom window options, takes the time to measure each window, and provides a detailed, itemized quote(s) depending if you are looking at a couple of different price-point options. Recently, my last client installed all new Milgard windows in a 4600 sf home, and was very happy with the excellent quality and ease of installation. These new windows transformed the house to looking new again! Amir's company also installs great quality sliding doors. Knowing an honest, personable, responsible, professional vendor (and his team) who care and stand by their product and work, is so important and tough to find these days. I just replaced my original home windows with XO Window Systems. I'm so glad I came across their business through money mailer especially after having an upsetting consult with another company. I was able to schedule a consultation with Amir quickly, and he was extremely professional, informative, and communicated everything effectively. He even helped me navigate the HOA approval process. Their pricing is fair and the windows are great quality. Eric and Salvador handled the installation. I am happily posting a review of XO Window Systems. We had 4 windows installed and the job was done quickly and with extreme attention to detail. Amir's presentation was so professional. He had an array of photos showing the quality of the workmanship. He educated me on the contract and only required 10% for a down payment. We previously had some Milgard windows installed by Cunningham Windows and had some questions about the quality of the installation. I asked to that someone from the company come out and evaluate the job, especially the caulking. Nobody returned my call. Eventually, after contacting the manufacturers rep, someone came out and said I just needed to paint the caulk line. These are retrofit and I didn't t expect to see such a large caulk line. I decided to get my next windows from XO window systems and I am so happy I did. Not only was Amir the consummate professional, he said his installers would paint the stucco that the other company messed up. The 4 windows that XO installed didn't have the huge caulk line, and looked good inside and out. We are going to have more windows installed and I will definitely have XO do the job. read more

Howdy! So we went and got quotes for a full house window install and we decided to go with XO window. They worked efficiently and were done installing all the windows in one day. The next day they came and finished the interior trim ( which I highly recommend you going with) and they knocked that out of the ballpark. I cannot say enough great things about Amir and the installation staff at XO. We just finished up a complete replacement of 23 windows and 2 sliders in our home and the replacement process only took 2 days! When first meeting with Amir, he and his colleague provided a warm, welcoming atmosphere that was focused on not just selling us a product, but teaching us about the product and the differences between the offerings (there were not many!). We went through the entire house and they fielded all our questions about repairs, timelines, and anything else we could muster up. They then showed us samples of the windows (Milgard and Simonton) and offered general guidance on pricing differences between the two. Amir was incredibly polite and attentive to our needs and followed up at intervals that allowed us time to think and feel out our project. the prices that were offered were cheaper than industry average (based on our 5 quotes we received) and the products were comparable. Once we decided to go with XO, the installation team came out and took measurements of all our windows and the windows arrived within 5 weeks of our order. Once we agreed on a time for the complete install, the installation team showed up at the time that was agreed on, laid down the appropriate materials to ensure a clean and tidy project, and got to work promptly. The entire installation took 2 days and once it was complete, we went through the entire walk through, where the installers fielded some of my questions and fixed some of the issues I identified, with no question or fuss at all. Amir then followed up with my after the installation was complete and has been incredibly helpful in ensuring our satisfaction with the product and the process.
