I cannot say enough great things about Amir and the installation staff at XO. We just finished up a complete replacement of 23 windows and 2 sliders in our home and the replacement process only took 2 days! When first meeting with Amir, he and his colleague provided a warm, welcoming atmosphere that was focused on not just selling us a product, but teaching us about the product and the differences between the offerings (there were not many!). We went through the entire house and they fielded all our questions about repairs, timelines, and anything else we could muster up. They then showed us samples of the windows (Milgard and Simonton) and offered general guidance on pricing differences between the two. Amir was incredibly polite and attentive to our needs and followed up at intervals that allowed us time to think and feel out our project. the prices that were offered were cheaper than industry average (based on our 5 quotes we received) and the products were comparable. Once we decided to go with XO, the installation team came out and took measurements of all our windows and the windows arrived within 5 weeks of our order. Once we agreed on a time for the complete install, the installation team showed up at the time that was agreed on, laid down the appropriate materials to ensure a clean and tidy project, and got to work promptly. The entire installation took 2 days and once it was complete, we went through the entire walk through, where the installers fielded some of my questions and fixed some of the issues I identified, with no question or fuss at all. I am happily posting a review of XO Window Systems. We had 4 windows installed and the job was done quickly and with extreme attention to detail. Amir's presentation was so professional. He had an array of photos showing the quality of the workmanship. He educated me on the contract and only required 10% for a down payment. We previously had some Milgard windows installed by Cunningham Windows and had some questions about the quality of the installation. I asked to that someone from the company come out and evaluate the job, especially the caulking. Nobody returned my call. Eventually, after contacting the manufacturers rep, someone came out and said I just needed to paint the caulk line. These are retrofit and I didn't t expect to see such a large caulk line. I decided to get my next windows from XO window systems and I am so happy I did. Not only was Amir the consummate professional, he said his installers would paint the stucco that the other company messed up. Value. XO Window Systems replaced 13 windows, including a bay window, for less than another contractor charged my mom to replace two sliding glass doors a few years ago. They say at best you get two of these three from contractors: price, quality, and schedule -- we got all three. Amir is a great salesperson -- explaining the process and laying out our options. The crew was professional, fast, and did good work. One thing I would do differently is have a house-cleaner come immediately after they finish. The crew cleans up but they aren't professional cleaners and the process does leave dust and grit behind. We'll also need to touch up some paint so be ready for that as well. Again -- they install windows and do it very well -- even paying for a cleaner or painter separately they still are a great value.
