From getting a referral to Robert Magana and his cousin, Luis for a bathroom remodel, to the install of the shower door, my bathroom remodel could not have gone any better. The measurement and install of the rain-glass door and new double-paned window glass (to match of course) gave the perfect finishing touch to a beautiful new bathroom installation by Robert Magana and his cousin, Luis. The team from North County Glass was professional and great from start-to-finish, and I would recommend them again and again to have any of your glass needs taken care of. I was scared of a frameless shower door of this size, but there are no leaks or weeping at all from around the glass at all! The new double-paned window glass replaced outdated 'frosted glass' from earlier this century, and now allows a lot more light into the bathroom from the outside world, while still allowing for substantial privacy. I would use all of the people who worked on this project again for my next renovation without hesitation! You will not be sorry! The value for your money is there, and the quality is top-notch! read more

Wow - we are beyond thrilled with our new shower glass door from North County Glass. We were referred to you by a family member who previously used you for their shower glass doors and we loved the quality and look. From the first call for information, to scheduling the official measuring, installation and completion - the process was seamless. I never once worried and North County Glass delivered! Thank you! We will be using you for the next two bathroom remodels we have coming up. read more

Ramiro completely took care of me, told me what to do beforehand and we got it done and it looks way better than the old plexiglass and aluminum frame. I went to Home Depot, bought all the grout cleaner and tile cleaner and went to town before. You can barely tell any of the previous holes. They did such a great job installing it. I would highly recommend them. They also put the treatment on the glass before hand so that water spots are not as bad. Yes, you will still be using a squeegee if you like it to look clean! We are changing out our fence from iron bars to the most beautiful tempered glass and we worked with North County Glass. They were able to sell us glass that was cut to our specifications; this includes customized size based on our measurements as well as depth. And the process was so easy. Our contractor handled the negotiations but the price seems extremely reasonable. My interaction came when it was time to pay. I called them up, left a voicemail and they called me back same day. Then I paid 50% of the total cost for them to get started and they delivered literally 3 business days later. The guys dropped off the glass today and they very carefully brought it to the backyard where it will eventually live. We really couldn't be happier with the overall process and experience here. If I have glass needs in the future, North County Glass will be where I come. read more

We had both our guest and master bathrooms remodeled this year and North County Glass came highly recommended from our contractor. We visited the showroom for some ideas and were immediately greeted and treated like valued customers. We chose the frameless doors for each bathroom and the look is beyond compare. We were actually quite surprised at the value and cost - we thought it would be too much to have such beautiful doors but it was within our budget and so worth it. They came out to measure, double checked on what we wanted for our master bath tub/shower combo, and offered the best customer service making sure we were happy before our final decision. Both installations were done in an efficient manner, being careful with all the remodeling that had just taken place. Everyone who has seen our new bathrooms rave about how gorgeous the doors are! We would HIGHLY recommend North County Glass to anyone who's looking for shower door replacements. Great service, friendly staff, and a product that will be beautiful and appreciated for years to come. read more

I've been shopping around for a good company to install two fixed glass pieces to my bathrooms. I came across North County Glass and was immediately impressed by how honest Ramiro was. He gave me honest recommendations on what he liked but also looked at my bathroom and suggested the best piece for them. They took measurements within two days and had the glass installed within a week. As far as pricing, they discounted pricing since I purchased multiple pieces (24" X 60") frosted and (8" X 72") clear glass. They also did a great job installing the glass pieces when they drilled into my glass tile. They didn't break or crack the tile. I highly recommend. read more

Needed to re-tile my tub/shower combo and decided to install glass doors instead of a shower curtain as I had been doing for 30 years. I asked Ramiro for a recommendation of a tile contractor. He gave me Robert's name. The tile job is terrific. Then came time for the doors. I chose frameless double doors. I could not be happier. First for the wonderful recommendation for the tile work and second for the perfect door. I would highly recommend this company with no hesitation. They are professional, knowledgeable, and well-priced. 2 thumbs up! read more

Dale was very friendly and funny! Answered all our questions and explained the process. Came out to measure when it was convenient for us. Let us know his team would come out and what they would do. The guys were very nice and the work was quick. However, one area of the silicone seal at the bottom of the shower glass door was not sealed completely so water would run out from the shower. Contacted Dale again and he sent his guys to fix it. read more

Bought a house in July and in September noticed that the shower door was off and one of the anchors was coming out of the wall. The previous owner told me that the shower was installed just this past January (complete bathroom remodel) by North County Glass. Also noticed that there was a small leak on one of the seals. Contacted the company and informed them of the issues. Took them 3 weeks to come out and still charged the $85 for about 5 minutes of actual work to fix THEIR mistakes. I understand if it had been multiple years but this was only 8 months. Maybe stand by your work like your website suggests and fix simple issues that arise in an extremely short amount of time. Their website reads "We have been in business fifty years, and have always stood behind the shower doors we install. If you ever have a concern, give us a call. We will promptly take care of it." What it doesn't say is that it will cost you $85... read more

Great service, great products. They had a good turn around time and were very helpful. I was very satisfied with my order.

I needed replacement glass for a failed double pane window. A representative, Romero, came out within a day, measured for a replacement, and quoted a one to two week turn around time. The replacement glass came in and was replaced meticulously exactly one week later by Ricky and his crew. I highly recommend North County Glass and will absolutely call them for any future needs. read more

After North County Glass did a great job with my shower door in the master bathroom I had them come out and fix a broken window. As usual, Dale responded to my inquiry in about 5 minutes (during evening hours) and set up a free estimate rapidly. He came out himself and gave me an estimate. We then scheduled a technician to come out and replace the window within a few days. Once here the job was done in less than 30 minutes and the new window looks great. This shop has very cool show room that gives you a great visualization of what your shower can be transformed into. They have a lot of options for hardware which is very important to me because I wasn't sure what color hardware I wanted when I first came in. The store is very clean and organized. The guys in the shop, Dale and Bob, were super helpful and polite. They answered all my questions and were very patient even when I was being a bit indecisive with my selection. They really made this experience run smoothly. My shower was installed within a couple days! Ramiro and Billy installed the glass shower one morning and they were so nice. Dale replied quickly to a Yelp quote request I submitted. He provided me information and asked some questions to help me in my decision-making process. He made an appointment to come out to the house to measure and offer options that would work for my bathrooms. He was able to provide me with a quote on the spot and I accepted by text a few hours later. No deposit was requested. He texted me a few days later to set up the installation date and time. On the day of the appointment he texted me in the morning to let me know the names of the employees coming to my house to do the install. They showed up on time and worked for a few hours. They were very neat and clean while working and left my bathrooms with no trace of a mess from the work they had completed. I paid when the Installation was complete. North County Glass is the best glass company around. They are true professionals and I would recommend them to everyone! Their customer service is outstanding! Almost 4 years ago, our shower door exploded all by itself. We had countless appointments with other companies who had come to our house to take measurements and would never even bother to call back to let us know that the door was not something that could easily be replaced. North County Glass came out the next day, when they said they would, took measurements and said they would call back and let us know what could be done. We thought, "Here we go again!" No more than an hour later, we got a call back! They said they had a solution! They let me know it would take about a week for the door to come in and would give us a call when it arrived to schedule the installation. True to their word, they called and scheduled the install. On the scheduled installation day, they arrived on time as promised. I cannot express my gratitude enough to this company. My bathroom has been restored and I am so pleased!
