If I could, I'd give this company 10 stars! I cannot emphasize discomfort in allowing strangers in my home. So much so that it took me 5 years to get this glass done. I went into Ring neighborhood and asked for a shower glass referral and majority mentioned Golden Glass. I received an email quote from them but I just couldn't quite get there. A year later, they said they no longer do residential and referred me to College Glass who came and measured but it's been 3 weeks and they haven't reached back out to schedule an install lol. In the meantime, I looked through Yelp since I decided, I wasn't going to deal with a flakey company. I found Quality Glass! I liked the reviews which I don't always trust as some of them can be fake but the reviews sounded genuine. I called them and in less than a week, my glass was installed! I initially dealt with Christopher on the phone who was very professional super easy to work with and ask questions. The next day, Hector and the dad(not sure of name) came to measure. Wonderful demeanor, very approachable, great dynamic between the two. I then received a call that day to schedule the install. Install day, these two gentlemen came, did such a great job, and didn't leave a single mess. I am very particular and their install was very even and precise. I gave them a tip which wasn't significant and they were ultra grateful as if I gave them a hefty tip. I am very pleased and I officially have glass guys that I will be very happy to refer to everyone I know! read more

After trying a dozen glass businesses to replace a glass in one of my PELLA doors, I found Quality Glass. Neither the PELLA company nor all the other glass repair places would replace the glass until Quality Glass located at 632 Williamson Ave, Fullerton, CA. Both Hector and Hector Jr. were very pleasant to work with Luis, the installer, just finished and he did a beautiful job. He expertly removed the wood trim from the inside of the metal clad door, replaced the glass and then replaced and sealed the trim. He really knew what he was doing. Thank you Quality Glass. read more

Contacted Quality Glass OC for a sealed window pane repair to two exterior windows. I spoke with James. After a couple texts and email photos, James gave me an estimate which was lower than other companies. James provided a time and we set an appointment. Francisco and Ivan showed up a few days later and replaced the window panes in less than an hour. They were polite, respectful and professional. I will definitely keep this companies contact info handy in the event I need them again. read more

Prompt responsive service. Answers the phone without a receptionist taking a message for a call back.

Timely, competent, and respectful! In an age where it is hard to get businesses to even answer a phone, I was impressed with Quality Glass OC taking our call immediately, coming out same day to inspect the broken glass window on our sunroom door and give us an accurate quote. They came back the next day and fixed it and it looks beautiful. They even went above and beyond to help adjust the door that is over 50 years old and we didn't think could be improved. Most importantly the respect with which they treated my wife throughout the whole experience was invaluable. I am sure that we could have found a slightly lower bid if we shopped around longer, but I am so glad we didn't because within 2 days we had a beautiful fixed door and felt well taken care of and respected during the process. Thanks! read more

This company is friendly, helpful and quick. I called a couple of places and the prices here are definitely competitive.

After 14 months of dealing with window repair businesses that simply wanted to replace the entire sliding glass door I was referred to Quality Hlass OC. James helped me from the outset and he was very upfront and honest. He gave me a ballpark quote before he sent hos men out for the estimate and that was such a nice start. His final quote was in line with his final price. I was told it would take 5-10 business days just to get the glass. The job was completed after 7 days total. The workers were extremely pleasant, professional, courteous and clean. I will recommend Quality Glass OC without reservation read more

During a birthday party for my father, my son thought it would be a good idea to play baseball with rocks. One of those rocks ended up shattering the outer pane of an insulated sliding glass door. (-_-!) After reaching out to several glass repair places, Quality Glass OC seemed to be the only company that was willing to help with my situation. Just trying to get quotes was like pulling teeth from other vendors. Anyhow, their team was quick to respond to my questions and willing to work with my schedule for their onsite assessment and final repairs. It probably helps that it's a family business, and you can tell they want to provide the best product and service to their customers. The speed was also incredible. I requested a quote online over the weekend. They came out on Tuesday to assess the damage and provide a quote. By Friday, they were able to have the replacement insulated double pane glass panel built and installed. If any of my other windows break, I'm definitely coming to these guys first. read more

Had some moisture between the glass in my duel pane window. Contacted many glass specialists but they all wanted to replace the entire window without giving me an estimate. One had a minimum charge of $2500. My small job just wasn't worth their effort. One responded by recommending I call Christopher at Quality Glass. Set up a timely appointment, they measured the window and quoted me $380 plus $50 if I wanted tempered glass. Three days later they replaced my glass and everything worked out well. I appreciated their quality and timing. That earns a 5 star rating. I read all these yelp reviews and no one ever mentions actual cost. i.e. Company A said $5,000. Company B said $4,000 but I choose Company C at $2,500 and they worked out well. Let readers know which companies are overcharging! Many reviewers have love affairs with their company. The best ever, the people were the greatest I ever met etc. Really? read more

James came out the next day, gave ma an estimate and his price was fair and no add on . A week later the window came in. James called to set up an install time. His crew came out, installed the window. They were very professional and polite. They were in and out. Cleaned up the mess and made sure all the adhesives were off the window. I highly recommend Best Quality Glass. James was awesome and the work was not only top notch but incredibly fast. I wanted to change the glass in my bathroom window. I took a photo and sent it to him with the measurements for a quote. James got back to me right away and sent me images of several options to choose from. His quote was very reasonable and more importantly, I was really impressed by his customer service. I scheduled my service for two days later (although a same day appointment was available). He arrived on time and was professional and friendly. The window pane was switched out in under one hour and he left the room clean as a whistle. Super impressed and like I said, I highly recommend!!! read more

Wow, so glad I saw the reviews for Quality Glass CC, James is great! He came over quickly, got the replacement glass for our dual glazed casement windows that had moisture in them because of a window cleaner who INSISTED there'd be "no breach of the seals when cleans them" - BIG MISTAKE - there was, and we had to have 4 windows fixed as a result, but we are so happy to have had James and his crew (Edgar & Rosendo) do the work. We have our big beautiful clear windows back within a week. Great customer service, happy to recommend his company! Thank you, James and staff! read more

Hector and Chris have been a extremely helpful and are very knowledgeable when it comes to glass repair and custom glass options.

Quality Glass OC did such a nice job on my glass desktop. I did not hesitate to call them for a custom beveled mirror for my remodeled bathroom. I called and they came out the next day to measure (on a Friday). I was told the glass would be ready by Monday. Sure enough they called me Monday morning and it was installed by noon. The price was fair, excellent customer service, delivered on time and installers wore masks and cleaned up after themselves. I'm extremely happy with their product and service. What attracted me to this company is that all the positive reviews were saying how fast they deliver. Well it is completely true. Hector came to measure Thursday afternoon. I changed a little the design on Friday. And Monday afternoon Hector called that it was ready to be installed. The 2 techs were very fast, courteous and installed the glass in just a little more than an hour. Now the 24 hours wait for the silicone to dry seems so long. I highly recommend this company because they know what they're doing and they deliver what you desire for a reasonable price. read more

We had a shower enclosure installed 7 months ago, the enclosure looks great, however, the flange on the bottom of the door is split so the water can escape under the shower door. I have been in contact with Hector and I have been unsuccessful with receiving an appointment for them to repair the problem. I will update my review if I have success and they repair the door. As of now, they have not shown good customer service. I would not even mind a repair fee, but just ignoring my request is annoying and not professional. read more

They were fast to make and deliver the glass for my piano bar top. They didn't reach out to me to let me know it was ready, I had to call. When it was delivered the glass was pretty much limo tint when I asked for it to be "smoked" or grey. When they came to do measurements I asked if he had a picture to show what color the glass would look like and he just said no, but it will cover the flaws on the wood, so I just trusted it would be what I wanted. The glass was also not measured well, with there being a gap on both sides. They were friendly but I really am not fully satisfied. read more
