During a birthday party for my father, my son thought it would be a good idea to play baseball with rocks. One of those rocks ended up shattering the outer pane of an insulated sliding glass door. Had some moisture between the glass in my duel pane window. Contacted many glass specialists but they all wanted to replace the entire window without giving me an estimate. One had a minimum charge of $2500. My small job just wasn't worth their effort. One responded by recommending I call Christopher at Quality Glass. Set up a timely appointment, they measured the window and quoted me $380 plus $50 if I wanted tempered glass. Three days later they replaced my glass and everything worked out well. I appreciated their quality and timing. That earns a 5 star rating. I read all these yelp reviews and no one ever mentions actual cost. i.e. Company A said $5,000. Company B said $4,000 but I choose Company C at $2,500 and they worked out well. Let readers know which companies are overcharging! Many reviewers have love affairs with their company. He came over quickly, got the replacement glass for our dual glazed casement windows that had moisture in them because of a window cleaner who INSISTED there'd be "no breach of the seals when cleans them" - BIG MISTAKE - there was, and we had to have 4 windows fixed as a result, but we are so happy to have had James and his crew (Edgar & Rosendo) do the work. We had a shower enclosure installed 7 months ago, the enclosure looks great, however, the flange on the bottom of the door is split so the water can escape under the shower door. I have been in contact with Hector and I have been unsuccessful with receiving an appointment for them to repair the problem. I will update my review if I have success and they repair the door. They were fast to make and deliver the glass for my piano bar top. They didn't reach out to me to let me know it was ready, I had to call. When it was delivered the glass was pretty much limo tint when I asked for it to be "smoked" or grey. When they came to do measurements I asked if he had a picture to show what color the glass would look like and he just said no, but it will cover the flaws on the wood, so I just trusted it would be what I wanted.
