I reached out to several glass businesses and Golden Glass had the best rates. I placed an order with them on a Friday (late morning/early afternoon) for a 3'x5' rectangular glass tabletop for a kitchen table and they told me that it would be ready for pickup on Wednesday. A majority of the conversation was done through Yelp & I called them to place my deposit. They called back a couple hours later on the same day and told me the glass was ready for pickup. We came around 4:15pm to pick up the glass before they closed at 5pm for the weekend and the whole process was so smooth! They brought out the glass for us and helped us put it into the car, and gave us the glass glue adhesives for the glass. We had an issue with the "shop polished edges" and messaged them Friday evening even though they were closed for the weekend, but they were quick to resolve the issue as soon as they opened their doors on Monday morning. I'd recommend Golden Glass for your glass needs. Communication and service was great, and their glass is great quality! read more

Golden Glass made glass table tops for my dining table and buffet table. They came out for measurements the same week I called and got the glass done in several days. They delivered the glass quickly after production. Pricing is great. They come out to measure for free and delivery is free. Tip the delivery guys! read more

We called and were told Golden Glass no longer offers residential services so we were out of luck.

Golden Glass provided glass for our wooden table covering. They were quick to respond, provided an excellent quote and price-point. 40 dollars less than the closest competitor. We were given a timeframe of the glass potentially taking one week, BUT were thrilled when we received a call the next day that the glass was ready for pick up. Almost all of our communication was done through Yelp, so it was very easy. I would definitely recommend them for your glass needs, we plan to use them again when we redo one of our glass shower systems. read more

Needed a shower door sweep for a Euro Tech custom shower door. In short Euro Tech quoted $300 and Golden Glass quoted $150. Being a Senior Citizen the choice was simple. They were prompt on time and were finished in about 30 minutes. I would recommend this company. read more

I reached out to Golden Glass through Yelp Projects for a custom glass order and had a great experience from start to finish. I needed two round pieces of clear tempered glass protective tops for our new dining table and lazy susan, we finished both with a flat polish edging and a quarter-inch thickness. Joe responded quickly with a quote and was super helpful throughout the process. After realizing the larger piece wouldn't fit in our car, I asked about delivery. There was an extra charge, but it was well worth it. The delivery team was extremely professional. They called ahead to confirm we were home and to give us a delivery window. When they arrived, they scoped out the path into our home, placed protective dots on the table, and cleaned both glass pieces before bringing them inside. They used glass suction tools to carefully move and position the glass, then cleaned them again once they were in place. Friendly, efficient, and clearly experienced. The entire process was seamless. A 50% deposit was required to start the order, and the turnaround time was about a week. I really appreciated how smooth and professional everything was, from the initial quote to final placement. Would definitely recommend Golden Glass if you're looking for high-quality custom glass and great service. read more

After two other glass companies gave up on my shower door project, Golden Glass got it done and nailed it! I was searching for someone to remove mirrors on a home I had just purchased. The mirrors were original to the house and some were floor to ceiling including some very high ceilings. I called around, used Yelp, and asked contractors. Some said good luck, others wanted to overcharge, and then some just didn't give me the confidence that everything would be OK. Golden Glass confidently accepted the job, quoted me a fair price, and gave me an accurate timeframe of how long it would take, approximately 4 hours. They arrived on time, laid out all the necessary equipment to be safe, put on their protective equipment and said feel free to go back to work and we'll call you when we start cleaning up. Less than 3 hours later I get the call that they're done. This went much better than I expected, dealing with these types of mirrors with these types of designs can be dangerous. I would highly recommend Golden Glass due to their abilities, fair pricing, and professionalism. read more

I went with Golden Glass after exchanging a few emails and visiting their store and talking to them in person. Shae was the one who ended up helping me out. He was able to answer my concerns, mainly about possible leakage points coming out of a frameless set up. I was initially gonna go with a semi-frameless set up but decided to go with frameless after talking with Shae. The installers were friendly and they made sure I was satisfied with the install before I left. Overall great company, great staff. I would recommend them if you're in need of a new shower glass door. read more

Reached out to several glass companies to come in and replace a broken window. The window was an awkward size in its original frame from the 50s and Golden Glass was one of the first companies to respond to my inquiry and had an extremely competitive quote for the work. I was able to schedule them to come the next week and they showed up on time and completed the job quickly! New window looks great :) Would highly recommend them and will plan to use them for any future jobs in our home! read more

We've been going to Golden Glass for over 25 years and every time I've gotten excellent customer service! This past Sunday I called to see what time they'd close to request if the could cut piece before Christmas. Shae very curteously informed me that they'd be closed after 1 pm for the rest of the week but to go ahead and give him the size of the pieces I need and he'd try and have them ready. We are super appreciative! Thank you for having terrific products & exceptional customer service. What a gift!! read more

Found Golden glass on Yelp and contacted them for an estimate on glass removal from my home. We have a 16 ft high wall covered in mirror panels that we wanted to take down. Shay came out over the weekend and said he could get the job done the following weekend! It was a tough job but the guys came out and got it done much quicker than I expected and cleaned up everything after they left. We were worried about small pieces of glass possibly around since we have small kids but these guys did their job efficiently and well ! Seriously deserve these 5 stars'! read more

RUN RUN RUN from this company! Didn't show up to appointments. Supposed to be a 3 day ETA to install new shower glass, took over 6 weeks and STILL no progress. Shey was rude every time, at one point blamed me for them not measuring correctly. Eventually he just stopped responding. I have proof of everything in Yelp communications. Seriously doubt this is even a real company at this point. Save yourself the headache. read more

Our large dog broke through a very old window (dog is fine!), and we were concerned about how to repair it considering our house is old and the windows are not standard. Golden Glass was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Not only did they repair the window that was broken, but they also replaced the glass in several more old windows in our home. They went above and beyond to make our windows look beautiful. Plus, the new tempered glass is much safer than what we had before. The whole process was very easy, everyone involved was very kind, and the project was reasonably priced. I'm extremely happy, and I highly recommend Golden Glass to anyone who needs windows repaired! read more

Just needed a simple 1/4 thick glass long enough to fit on our mantel. One phone call to Golden, with my order taken by Bob and within an hour ezpz, Bob's your uncle, I get a call to pick up my glass. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by a very nice lady, (did not catch her name) and was handed over to Bob or maybe it was Joe? In any case, a nice young man showed up with my glass and very kindly put it in the back of my van. Showroom looks great, very large variety of glass and shower doors and so on. 8 am appoint time came and passed. Called the company and got told one of their technician got sick and they had to assign me a new person, and this new person won't be available until this afternoon. I said well you should have let me know beforehand, and the response I got was "I am not even in the office yet"...OK one, I am not blaming you personally. You representing this company should have some kind of procedure or policy for customer care when your technicians suddenly become unavailable. Two, even if this is personal. All I did was showing up on time with money ready to pay you for your work. And personally I had to get up early and drive all the way down to the property because I don't live there. Personally you just sat at home and wasted my time. read more
