If you need custom glass shower doors, this is the company to go with. I called them for an estimate they came. The next day showed me hardware and all the information I needed and they have the lowest estimate that I've gotten with three other companies. Everything was ready a week later and they came and installed the installer, Henrey was punctual and efficient. If I need another bathroom door, I'm going with this company. The door looks great.

Found this company through Yelp and so glad I did...very impressed by the quality and customer service. They were responsive from the beginning always emailing me back in a timely manner. The quality and thickness of the shower glass door was even better than I expected. When I had an issue with the grids on the shower door they were quick to come back and fix it. This company has been amazing! From Nancy who helps with the coordination of scheduling, to the manager who measures, to the guys who installed, they were all super awesome to work with and I'd highly recommend them for any mirror or glass needs! Cristhian, Luis & Josh were my installers and were super friendly and worked fast to get the job done as soon as possible so I could get back to running my business. A friend referred me to Shower Door Masters as I'd been struggling to see details on major retailers websites. Shower Door Masters offered two nice plastic guard options - important to me as my father slip and fall on our old stainless rail and get a painful 3" cut. I called Nancy on the way to visit the showroom but was concerned that I'd miss their closing time as my gps set me to get there only a minute before close. She and Isaias were fantastic, they let me run in and see the door I thought I wanted. It was exactly as I expected. She scheduled the drop by for measurements for the next day and emailed me the quote. I think I made my first call on a Monday evening and my shower doors were installed the following Monday. Super speedy. Skyler, Jerry and Henry did a fantastic job on the install. They were very professional and offered me a choice of three water guards. Everyone was easy to work with and everything went smoothly. I got 78" high frameless chrome clear doors, I think the old frosted doors were a standard 72".

This company is definitely above the rest and deserve their 5 star rating. From measuring the door where the gentleman came on time, equipped with a book to pick out the door handles I wanted, to Gerry and Henry who came to install first thing in the morning as I requested due to my work schedule, to Nancy who kept up great communication and coordinated the whole job, everyone was a CLASS ACT. And the doors as you can see by my photos are gorgeous. Plus they had the lowest quote for clear glass by over $200. Overall a perfect experience.

We needed shower doors replaced and a mirror wall in the master bedroom. Their estimating team came in and a few weeks later they were installing. Their installer noticed two minor flaws, so they had those parts recreated. When done that Lady was thrilled. The mirrored wall had to be replaced because the heat from the Palisades Fire caused the old adhesive to soften, losing its bind, allowing the mirrors to pull away from the wall (breaking, cracking and causing the mirror to discolor(mirror rot). Both areas look great. Fast and reasonable. read more

My review is a bit overdue, but wanted to give a shoutout to Ish for 10/10 service. My bathroom was poorly designed by my architect so I needed a creative shower door design. Although it did take two shower door orders (the first glass design did not work so I had to eat that cost), the company was understanding and only charged me "at cost" for the second order. Ultimately, I'm happy with the shower door result and really appreciate the timely communication throughout this process. read more

Could not recommend against this company more. I had someone come out to measure for a project and was told I'd receive a quote within two days. It's now been over two weeks with nothing. I've called, texted, and left multiple voicemails, only to be given the runaround. Save yourself the frustration and find someone more responsive. read more

Shower Door Masters is a company that I endorse for having your old glass framed walk in shower door and wall replaced with a frameless glass one. After I read the reviews and visited their showroom, I knew that moving forward with an in home estimate was the right next step. After the quote came in I found that the professionalism was consistent and scheduled the installation. Henry and Ceasar just finished removing the old and installed the new. These guys were great! I had a leaking shower door, and they came quickly and got all the seals fixed. Super friendly, reasonable pricing. Then when my door was still leaking (because it is designed poorly, not their fault), they came back and fixed it again at no charge! Shows they really care, I was impressed! I ordered a door from them about a year ago and the Contractor on my side made the doors delayed. I called them back to get the doors. They sent me the doors for the same price as a year ago which is awesome and the whole team from the Person I ordered it from to the owner we're all amazing. I had no intention of replacing the shower enclosure in our master bathroom. The shower door, however, unexpectedly exploded one night! I searched Yelp and posted on our community's Facebook page for recommendations. I had three estimates. After reading Shower Door Masters' five-star ratings, I got in touch with them. Ismael came out to give me an estimate, I felt confident about the project. He spent time explaining my options and was very friendly. Compared to what the builder had done, the enclosure is of far higher quality. My husband became ill and had to be hospitalized during the process. Nancy, in the office, was really sensitive to my schedule and very helpful. There wasn't any pressure from Shower Door Masters to rush to complete the installation. Rob measured and explained my options, Chris remeasured, Nancy interceded with emails pricing and our contract and scheduling and Rick and Louise did the actual install. ALL were respectful, professional, kind and honest people! Can't say enough about how refreshing and comforting it was to deal with them after our home rebuild (after a fire) and sadly, encountering some bad contractors along the way! Now, after working with him, I can confidently say that Lucero's Windows and Doors is the real deal. Because our home required a custom-sized door, James came out twice to take measurements. After about two weeks, the custom entry door arrived, and he completed the installation in a single day. He told me our home was one of the oldest he's worked on, and the walls were very different from newer builds. Despite the challenges, he made everything fit perfectly, and the final result looks fantastic. We no longer feel a draft under the door, and it swings smoothly without any issues.

Just to provide some context, we needed to replace 2 sliding doors after purchasing our home. The sliding doors and screen doors were from the original build decades ago and very hard to open/close. I worked with Addy throughout the entire process, and from the initial meeting to the installation day, everything went smoothly. They require 50% deposit once measurements are taken, and it took about a week or so after payment to install the sliding doors. Our sliding door installation needed to be rescheduled to a further date since it was raining on the original date of installation, but Addy was very proactive about communicating that and making sure I had all my questions answered. The day of installation, the installer came, removed the sliding doors, and even was kind enough to help us remove an existing shutter frame that I could not pry off on my own. He worked fast and efficiently, and both sliding doors were installed in 2 hours. The 2 hours included taking off the old sliding doors, putting in the new ones, and making sure everything worked perfectly and looked great. We're extremely satisfied with the installation, pricing, and ongoing communication with Addy and her team. The new doors let in so much more natural light now, and they slide so smoothly and easily. Three of our replacements were for original 30+ year-old single-hung windows which were no longer functional because their balances had failed. The replacement Simonton windows have a better design that obviates the need for such balances, which was of added value to me! The total window order, measured and made to order, was received by JWG within 3 weeks and installed within 1 week. JWG Windows arrived just minutes before the scheduled time for installation. We were fortunate to have a second installation crew (Alex and Ricky) join the first crew (EJ and Cody) during the installation process, which allowed the entire job to be done within 2.5 hours. These two teams operated smoothly together in good spirits, were respectful of our property (using drop cloths in each work area) and cleaned up the work areas. After they were installed, EJ demonstrated the windows' operating features, provided me with the manufacturer's warranty and answered my questions.
