We needed shower doors replaced and a mirror wall in the master bedroom. Their estimating team came in and a few weeks later they were installing. Their installer noticed two minor flaws, so they had those parts recreated. When done that Lady was thrilled. The mirrored wall had to be replaced because the heat from the Palisades Fire caused the old adhesive to soften, losing its bind, allowing the mirrors to pull away from the wall (breaking, cracking and causing the mirror to discolor(mirror rot). My project did not go well upon initial completion. I gave this company a 4 star. The owner called me and told me he would fix all the discrepancies. I was skeptical, but told him he could try. Well, the technician who came two days later, fixed all my concerns and I am very happy with the final project completion. I would have this company back to do another job.
