Our old shower doors spontaneously shattered one night so I was looking for replacement. I contacted 3 vendors from yelp. I found frameless enclosures very friendly and hard working. I got better and taller door for a reasonable price. They also gave me very good deal on additional shelves. Doors come with standard spotless coating. They look great as compared to older doors. Two bathrooms shower doors and 3 shelves each were installed within half day. Team was in time and courteous. I recommend them for good price and service. read more

We've used Go Frameless for both of our bathroom/shower remodels and they did a great job from start to finish each time. Eddie was responsive and professional, and provided us with an excellent quote. He even replaced the rubber seal for free on the shower door he installed a year ago. We would most definitely call them again if we had any more bathrooms to remodel. Thanks to Eddie and his team for a seamless process. read more

What an easy and painless experience! After getting a couple quotes, I wanted to get at least one more and saw the amazing rating and reviews for Go Frameless, so I decided to message them on Yelp for a quote. I got an immediate response. I sent the applicable info (measurements, glass preference, etc) with a picture and Eddie provided a variety of quotes based on different options right away. Go Frameless has the lowest price and great quality, good responsiveness, and their team is simply easy to work with. I would highly recommend them! read more

We were looking to do a shower repair and needed to remove our frameless shower door and reinstall it after the repair was complete. I had called a few other shower guys and I either did not get a reply or was told they weren't interested in the job. I reached out to Eddie and he responded right away and stated that they would be happy to do the project. He was easy to work and provided excellent communication. His guy, Gerardo, showed up on time and the work is seamless. They even replaced a few parts at no extra charge to make sure the door looked like new. This just shows that they go above and beyond. The professionalism was refreshing. read more

I am happy to write the first "Elite" review for Go Frameless. In this case, 47 five star reviews, but many of them from yelpers with only a few reviews, or very few friends - makes it hard to know if the overall rating is deserved. I'm here to let you know that Eddie and his crew provide a top quality product, fair pricing and great service. Go Frameless Enclosures is a legit 5 star business. Gerardo came out and measured our shower, he explained our options regarding thickness and ultra clear starphire or standard glass. He did this in an informational manner - pro's and con's and in no way tried to push upgrades. While measuring he noticed an issue with our shower that needed to be addressed and suggested we contact our granite installer. This meant that they would have to come back and re-measure - it was obvious that his priority was our best interest - it was much appreciated - we did have our granite installer come and make a slight adjustment. After the adjustment, the owner Eddie came for the new measurements. He showed the same dedication to getting us the right product and a perfect installation. Gerardo returned for the installation - the enclosure looks great - our tile and stonework in the shower are beautifully displayed. In addition, I had them make some glass shelves with a few challenging angles - they came out perfect as well. Price is appropriate with other quality frameless companies - my brother just had Eddie bid his new shower, they were $50 less than the other bid he received. When a business treats customers they way they do, then provides a great product at a reasonable price, great reviews come their way - and guess what - they get really busy!! I spoke to Eddie several times over the process, he always responded to my texts promptly. He let me know that his crews are working long hours to keep up with the demand. So like a great restaurant you may have to deal with a little wait. By the way, they are fully licensed and an email copy of the invoice was provided for my records. Good contractors are in demand, and these guys are definitely worth the wait if that occurs. Another 5 star home improvement provider - I've already highly recommended them to others! read more

Eddie the owner is very professional, honest and courteous. His Forman Jimmy and his crew did a excellent job installing shower and mirrors. Very professional and courteous among everyone I encountered with this company. Timing was very accommodating which I really appreciate. They offered me various options and were honest. I almost had to pay twice the price with a different company, but Eddie was honest and told me what I really needed and it was already good enough for my purposes. I didn't remodel my bathroom and I just need something simple. Punctual and offered early morning appointments and I could still go to work. Efficient. They originally didn't get back to me until way later and I almost went with another company. I think the original response time was a fluke because all the subsequent conversations were super fast! Right off the bat, I was given so many reasonable, actual options I actually had to sort them out on paper and I was able to ask follow questions and Eddie helped me narrow down what I REALLY needed but is still high quality. I'm glad I went with Go Frameless because the other companies made it sound like if I didn't go with their lowest options (which weren't many with the lowest starting above $2000), I would have shattered glass or something. That worried me. But then I found out the ones sold at Home Depot were not that thick either and just the basic ones were already thicker than my original glass at home, so anything modern now in 2022 would be a safe upgrade. So I really didn't need all that extra extra premium option. I also really appreciate the staff being courteous and respectful about the masks. Everyone has a different view with masks but it's similar to wearing shoes in the house. Not everyone will request shoes to be taken off. I think proper courtesy is follow the customer's lead, if the customers are not wearing a mask and don't care and don't ask you to wear one, then fine, but if the customer is wearing one, I'm glad they were polite and courteous to keep a mask on for me without me asking and didn't randomly take it off themselves just because I didn't say anything. Not everyone will say something because you ARE working on a project in their house and we don't want it to be sabotaged. So, thank you!! I love my new beautiful shower doors and they give the whole bathroom a completely new and fresh vibe. read more

Eddie and Jimmi really worked hard on a great product for a very reasonable price. Our shower enclosure turned out great for a fraction of the price from other vendors that I got quotes from. 10/10 will use Go Frameless Enclosures again. Go Frameless Enclosures is the best! I asked most of them on yelp for quotes, and no one can beat the price from Eddie for starphire glass. He s really good at doing the customized design like mine. Eddie was kind enough to work closely with me to give me an extremely fair and reasonable estimates. Eddie educated me on the various options I had and encouraged me to head toward the right direction. It was very responsive all the time, he answered all of my questions and met all of my needs. Eddie completed two of our bathrooms, one sliding glass and the other fully-enclosed. He also works closely with my contractor to help ensure that things are done correctly. All of the people I go frameless are friendly, professional, and attended. There is no secret that they are extremely busy, but they always manage to get back to me as promised when I had any follow-up questions, even long after the work was done. I have referred them to several people and they have always been more than satisfied with their interactions. Thank you Eddie and the rest of the crew for everything! read more

Eddie and his installers more than earned this 5 star review. From the initial phone conversation, I knew I had chosen the right company. Eddie measured, offered options without pressure, and quoted a reasonable estimate within my budget. My door was ready sooner than promised which was an added bonus. The two man team arrived on time, were polite and went right to work. The installation went perfectly. Eddie even contacted me the following week to ask if I was happy with the outcome. Believe me, you don't find that kind of customer service anymore. This company is to be commended for getting it right. Had an amazing experience working with Eddie and his team. I don't leave yelp reviews unless it's a good review. I don't leave bad reviews bc I don't want to hurt anyone's business, that is not my goal. He was very responsive when I reached out for an estimate. Works quickly and very professional. Jimmy came to measure the next day and he was also super nice and professional. If you're looking for a company on yelp, work with Eddie, you won't be disappointed. If you are even Considering going with frameless glass do yourself a favor and call Eddie from Go Frameless! The service and price was in a completely different league than any others. Let me start by saying I called 15-20 frameless glass suppliers and only got a hold of 5, with 1 returned call. You would think people want to answer a call for business sake! Eddie called me back right away. I asked for ballpark estimates based on what I needed, and timeframe for installations. Every single company I contacted gave me a 3-5 day estimate to measure my shower, with an additional 7-10 days for delivery and install! Oh and estimates were 1300$-1700$ dollars!!! So I got to talking with Eddie from Go Frameless, he came next day to measure and was able to work some magic and get me my glass doors installed in only 3 days!!! Eddie also pointed out a flaw in the finish of my shower with regard to the water grading away from my shower drain vs towards my shower drain. That's something me and my contractor had a talk about. His price for my doors was below 1000$ too! I couldn't believe the price discrepancy in these companies!!! The installation was done very nice and I'm now the new owner of these great shower doors/wall! read more

Absolutely fantastic all around. Eddie helped us measure our shower door and worked through a bunch of scenarios with us. He walked us through the types of glass we could select and an assortment of hardware options. Best of all, we remodeled our bathroom over a year ago and our wall, which we tiled in entirety, kept settling in and expanding. I contacted Eddie several times to help adjust our door several tomes and he sent his crew out to help us everytime even after a year. Each time his crew came out, they adjusted our door so it closed perfectly and added new rubber seal. Great customer service! read more

This review is for their customer service and professionalism. I was looking for a reputable company to provide and install a wall mirror for my powder room. I have sent inquiries to a few companies on yelp and Eddie from this company replied quickly. He was nice And gave me the quote. With all the great reviews, i decided to moved on the project with his company and messaged him the next day. He came out and did the measurements on the same day. He told me he will be installing the mirror the next week, probably the end of the week. I agreed and totally understandable. Didn't hear from him at all, on Wednesday, i texted him to follow up, no response. Thursday, no response. Friday, I called him and left message. No response. Then I texted him to call me back. End of the day, no response. So I decided to move on with another company. He is nice but to me no response is unacceptable and unprofessional. His company also didn't meet the schedule that was originally provided to me and did not provide me any update. read more

I cannot recommend enough that you call Go Frameless. We wanted to have our old shower door replaced (think 70's gold frame and frosted glass) and most people we reached out to we either never heard back from or they couldn't do it. It is a small size opening in our 1940's cottage. Anyway, after reading amazing Yelp reviews I reached out to Eddie and sent a photo along with rough dimensions. He was able to quote we a price via email including delivery and install, and gave me the breakdown of glass options. He usually doesn't service my Studio City area regularly but was doing another job out here and was able to rush my job... plus his delivery/install price didn't change a cent from what he has quoted me upon realizing my location. Measurements, Delivery, and Install happened in less than a week! Hardware was included much to my surprise and he gave me lots of color and style options so we were easily able to find something that matched our other bathroom hardware. From measurements to install and delivery he and his team were communicative, on time, and professional. It looks AMAZING and I only wish I had found Go Frameless sooner. It's a small change but it has really elevated and modernized the space, and at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier or recommend this business more!!!! read more

These guys are the best. Like family. Impossible to find a team like this in Los Angeles. I am so thankful that they were willing to come out to Century City from Fullerton to make a custom glass stair rail for me. It came out so nice and I still take the time to just stare at it because I like it so much. I want these guys to open an office in Los Angeles, they would kill it. It seems like a lot of property owners in the Westside have already caught on to their high quality work because they have a lot of jobs up here. Eddie and G are great all around guys that stand by their work and are a pleasure to work with. Their price was better than what my Korean contractors had quoted me (and much better than the glass contractors out here in the Westside) and they used higher quality glass and posts (the posts for the glass looked better than what other contractors had shown me because they have good welders). They are super busy but very responsive and worth it! The next project I will ask them to do for me are the bathrooms and I am very excited about it because I know that it will come out great. Professional and fun guys that do excellent work. Can't say enough good things about them. Looking forward to working together with them again soon! read more

Sent Eddie a message on Yelp and he replied extremely quick and supplied photos and prices of the options for my bath/shower door setup. Went with a Starphire Bypass(Barn Door) Frameless Setup in Brushed Nickel. Process was super simple and Eddie came in one day for measurement and once the glass was built (less than a week) he came over to install and took about 75min. Excellent job, super happy with the high quality install. All edges sealed and he went over how to properly care for the glass. read more
