Very professional and courteous among everyone I encountered with this company. Timing was very accommodating which I really appreciate. They offered me various options and were honest. I almost had to pay twice the price with a different company, but Eddie was honest and told me what I really needed and it was already good enough for my purposes. I didn't remodel my bathroom and I just need something simple. Punctual and offered early morning appointments and I could still go to work. Efficient. They originally didn't get back to me until way later and I almost went with another company. I think the original response time was a fluke because all the subsequent conversations were super fast! Right off the bat, I was given so many reasonable, actual options I actually had to sort them out on paper and I was able to ask follow questions and Eddie helped me narrow down what I REALLY needed but is still high quality. I'm glad I went with Go Frameless because the other companies made it sound like if I didn't go with their lowest options (which weren't many with the lowest starting above $2000), I would have shattered glass or something. That worried me. But then I found out the ones sold at Home Depot were not that thick either and just the basic ones were already thicker than my original glass at home, so anything modern now in 2022 would be a safe upgrade. So I really didn't need all that extra extra premium option. I also really appreciate the staff being courteous and respectful about the masks. Everyone has a different view with masks but it's similar to wearing shoes in the house. Not everyone will request shoes to be taken off. I think proper courtesy is follow the customer's lead, if the customers are not wearing a mask and don't care and don't ask you to wear one, then fine, but if the customer is wearing one, I'm glad they were polite and courteous to keep a mask on for me without me asking and didn't randomly take it off themselves just because I didn't say anything. Not everyone will say something because you ARE working on a project in their house and we don't want it to be sabotaged. So, thank you!! Gerardo came out and measured our shower, he explained our options regarding thickness and ultra clear starphire or standard glass. He did this in an informational manner - pro's and con's and in no way tried to push upgrades. While measuring he noticed an issue with our shower that needed to be addressed and suggested we contact our granite installer. This meant that they would have to come back and re-measure - it was obvious that his priority was our best interest - it was much appreciated - we did have our granite installer come and make a slight adjustment. After the adjustment, the owner Eddie came for the new measurements. He showed the same dedication to getting us the right product and a perfect installation. Gerardo returned for the installation - the enclosure looks great - our tile and stonework in the shower are beautifully displayed. In addition, I had them make some glass shelves with a few challenging angles - they came out perfect as well. Price is appropriate with other quality frameless companies - my brother just had Eddie bid his new shower, they were $50 less than the other bid he received. When a business treats customers they way they do, then provides a great product at a reasonable price, great reviews come their way - and guess what - they get really busy!! Let me start by saying I called 15-20 frameless glass suppliers and only got a hold of 5, with 1 returned call. You would think people want to answer a call for business sake! Eddie called me back right away. I asked for ballpark estimates based on what I needed, and timeframe for installations. Every single company I contacted gave me a 3-5 day estimate to measure my shower, with an additional 7-10 days for delivery and install! Oh and estimates were 1300$-1700$ dollars!!! So I got to talking with Eddie from Go Frameless, he came next day to measure and was able to work some magic and get me my glass doors installed in only 3 days!!! Eddie also pointed out a flaw in the finish of my shower with regard to the water grading away from my shower drain vs towards my shower drain. That's something me and my contractor had a talk about. His price for my doors was below 1000$ too! I couldn't believe the price discrepancy in these companies!!! Spoke with Jaime and had scheduled and appt for Monday. Jamie was great he responds to everything I ask. However, their technician Eddie is this an absolute moron. I told him that this is the only day I am off and he cannot come no longer bc he's already in of. Our appt was between 3-4. He called at 2:30, called him back 10 min later and said he cannot make it.
