We had two shower doors installed by Exquisite. Their install was quick, professional and they made it look easy. And both shower doors look beautiful. The process was easy. They came in, measured, offered suggestions, then went away and ordered the custom doors, returning when our renovation was ready for the shower door install. There was some confusion on the first install with the quoted price quite a bit higher than a competitor bid. We found out they quoted us based on their most expensive option, which we really didn't need. This could have been a mix up with the contractor. Mission Viejo Glass did a bad install on my custom shower . They refused to fix their bad work. My sister recommended this company. They came out told me what was wrong with the original install. They then ordered me the parts needed to make my shower door not leak. Edgar and Brandon came out today and put in the new parts and added items that mission viejo glass should have done. Found Exquisite in Corona prior to beginning my master bath remodel. When it was time for shower doors, I called and Manny was very professional and answered all of my questions. I asked him to put me on the schedule to measure thinking it would be 4-6 weeks out. To my surprise, Manny said he could have someone out to measure that Friday which was three days away. Ray showed up on time. He showed me pictures and provided product info. Then he proceeded to do the measurements. He was knowledgeable and personable. It took him about an hour to get the dimensions and when I asked, he told me I would get an estimate in a couple of days and the lead time was 2 -3 weeks. I received an estimate the next day and thought it was a good value. After I made the deposit for the work I waited to get an installation date thinking it would be weeks out. I was surprised to get a call within a week for an opening this past Saturday. That's about two weeks for the time me and Manny spoke to the completed job. Sam and Josue showed up on time and got right to work. These guys are true skilled professionals. They worked as a team, one anticipating the other's needs. The install was completed accurately and quickly. They left the area clean and ready for use the next day. This is fantastic service! We remodeled our bathroom about 15 years ago and part of that project was a frameless glass shower enclosure. Recently, one of the hinges started making a loud banging sound so we called the original company that did the fabrication and installation. After a few tries with no reply, we gave up. Luckily we found Exquisite Shower Doors. Manny was great to deal with. I sent him photos and he arranged to have all the hardware replaced (both hinges and the wall brackets, which were corroded) with shiny new hardware plus a corner bracket that was missing. I was going to go with the same glass door company that I used 7 years ago for this bathroom remodel. But this time, this other company was pushing hard for me to purchase Enduroshield despite me saying no, three times. So I started hunting for another glass door company. After using Yelp's multiple quote conversations, I arranged 3 estimates. Exquisite gave me the most overall good vibe. Their professionalism and confident knowledge of design and installation won me over. There was an equally high review company in the running, but they didn't seem too eager for my business (never got back to schedule a consult appointment.) Manny offered a fair price and actually beat the other estimate bid I received from another company. The glass arrived ahead of schedule, and the installation time was correct, in fact 15 minutes under the time estimated to complete. I recommend always getting at least 3 estimates for a permanent job. But if you don't want to waste time sorting through companies, you can chose Exquisite and have the confidence the job will be done with professionalism and done right. They were never pushy towards scheduling and never pushed anything I didn't want. They were straight up honest and gave me exactly what I wanted with no hassles.
