I'm incredibly grateful for this team. The tech scheduled to repair the window was polite, knowledgeable and early! Javier knew exactly what needed repair and what didn't, he made sure to spot for hidden rot, and paid close attention to every detail of placing the glass. He cleaned the corners, tightened joints, and handled the glass cutting carefully --no stress, no cracks. He was knowledgeable of the old construction of my windows and was skilled with the glazing. He repaired the window from the outside and was in and out in under an hour. The whole process was easy peasy. They came in, measured, offered suggestions, then went away and ordered the custom doors, returning when our renovation was ready for the shower door install. There was some confusion on the first install with the quoted price quite a bit higher than a competitor bid. We found out they quoted us based on their most expensive option, which we really didn't need. This could have been a mix up with the contractor. Anyway, after discussing with them they brought the price down to be competitive. We were very pleased with their work and service that we went with them on our second door.

The owner of Shower Royale contacted me right away. He asked whether he could come over in an hour, which was greatly appreciated so that he could talk to the contractor. Once he arrived, he was very cordial and polite. He got right to work measuring the area and then provided us some great options and prices - including finishes. He said he would need 3 business days to a week to get the glass for us once we ordered it. Because we were waiting to hear back from other vendors, we didn't commit right away. Days later, after a couple of disappointing missed meetings with another vendor, we reached out to him. He said he would take a Venmo deposit to order the glass. Two days later, he called me to let me know he had the item and could come over the same day to install it - which was awesome. He came over and installed the item within an hour. The glass looks wonderful. My wife loved it. We had a great experience with this vendor - especially with the price, quality of product, and the finish options.

The window was put in 27 years ago, so I wasn't sure if it was repairable or if I'd need a whole new window. I called several window repair companies. Another guy showed up 90 minutes late and I didn't have confidence in him. Then I found Kevin from All Pro Glass. He came right out, knew what he was doing, measured and said he could absolutely repair it so it was just as before. Awesome. About 6 days later, his partner Moon arrived on time with with a new dual-pane piece of glass.
