Nick took the time to listen to what I wanted. He gave suggestions and his opinion but he listened. Although I haven't tried the shower yet since there is ongoing construction. He promised he will be here for us if we ever need him. He backed up his labor and material 100% thank you Nick for a job well done. I love our new modern looking shower doors.

Who knows how old that thin windowpane was in the upper half of that door, nor how many times had the wind slammed that sturdy door shut, but this time, it gave up the ghost and shattered glass all over my kitchen. Big, ugly, lethal looking shards. The door was essential to keeping the excessive heat and cold at bay. It was an inside door leading to an enclosed but uninsulated porch room, then to my garden. I didn't want a brand new, Home Depot door. This one was original to the house. I needed it to be fixed, and I needed it asap. So forget about my handyman hubby; his Hunny-do list is still longer than my Grandson's Xmas Wish List. Just sayin'. I looked for a referral from a trusted contractor we knew. And Jelco Glass (Nick) is the only name he gave me. Trust is most important. We brought the door to Nick, a real biggie decision that saved us about 1/2 of his original quote. Two days later, we were loading it back in our car. Tempered glass. Ah yes! Good for another century, and far less lethal should Mother Nature not play nice again. Sure, the door will need repainting. That will be another day. But the original quarter-round molding (with untold layers of ancient paint) that was holding the glass in, was carefully removed then reinstalled perfectly. My door is happy to have her ancient parts intact. I'm happy, too. Thanks Nick!

I took apart the back of the hutch and pulled a piece of mirror out and took measurements. I had to go to Ace Hardware so I said why not drop off the 41"x41" spec with Mark and get it another day. He literally cut it and prepared it while I was in Ace and called me that it was ready. He even packed it up with some boxes I got from Ace. He also took the time to tell me how to handle the mirror and secure it to the hutch. Amazing service and amazing customer experience. Thanks Mark

Our bathroom shower glass surround, turned out absolutely stunning! The glass is crystal clear, perfectly fitted, and gives the entire space a clean, high-end, spa-like feel. You can tell immediately that craftsmanship matters to them-every edge, seal, and alignment is flawless. The bar upper glass cabinet was just as impressive. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, and delivered something even better than we had envisioned. The installation was seamless, and everything feels solid, custom, and built to last. We also had them do some screens for us, which we were also pleased with. They also did a garage replacement window for us. Beyond the finished product, their service was top-tier. They were professional, punctual, and incredibly easy to work with. Communication was clear throughout, and they treated our home with care and respect. It's rare to find a company that combines this level of skill, attention to detail, and customer service. If you're looking for glass or screen work done right the first time, this is the team you want. We couldn't be happier with the results. Chris

From the beginning, Gerson was very professional and kind. He answered all my questions and showed me photos of previous projects. The windows looked like great quality, and the price was very fair. The windows were ready and installed in exactly two weeks. On installation day, they arrived on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up everything afterward. One window was for the restroom (frosted glass) and the other was for the master bedroom. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company with fair pricing and good quality windows.

Then he recommends that the doors open outward at the main entry, which that usually is not how it works number one number two in snow country we would never be able to get out in a good storm. When my wife brings up the fact that we won't be able to get out, he suggests we should build some patio covers. Fortunately, we have done a lot of research and the other door companies who came out validated our research, so sadly, we will be going with another company.
