My wife and I recently hired Graceful Kitchen and Bath to completely renovate the bathroom in our master bedroom. What can I say... Danny is trustworthy, a man of his word, and does fantastic work. Danny was recommended by a neighbor of mine and I trusted my gut after meeting him in person. I could not be happier with his results and I am defiantly having him come back to my house to finish up a few projects in the future. One of the best aspects of Danny's work was his communication and cleanliness. He was very upfront with me on everything, he communicated when he would be coming and going from the house and what the next steps were. We did air gap installation where they had to drill a hole on our granite. We are very satisfied with how cost effective, quick and efficient they were. Took us a while to get this done because other places/plumbers don't really do the drilling of the granite, and we're so glad we found Grace's kitchen that did it all for a very good price! Grace did our kitchen last year and it is beautiful. Not only that but because of her diligence and knowledge we were done in less than 40 days start to finish, results not typical. She was also able to direct us to an electrician, granite guy and tile guy. Don't want to leave out her great handyman Danny. We were looking for a kitchen remodel, met with multiple contractors but Graceful kitchen stood out. They were the only one that presented a visual 3d plan with their estimates as well as shared their vision & project plan for execution. As date for starting the project came near, we were given milestone dates with multiple professionals lined up for the work. Grace would project manage the work to the minutest details. Every milestone was either met or finished earlier than planned. In addition, every one of their professionals were very courteous and always ensured the kitchen was left clean once they left for the day. The whole kitchen was completed within 5 weeks, some of our friends that went with other contractors were delayed with unfinished work for over 3-4 months. Grace helped us update our 44-year-old kitchen! She was a pleasure to work with. Great, easy-going personality and is punctual. We had told her that we were in no hurry to renovate. I didn't want to get rushed into choosing materials and Grace was very patient with us. I was very particular with the look that I wanted and she patiently worked with us, providing us with many cabinet and counter options. Her cabinet and counter installer crews are amazing, very talented guys! They were very polite, also punctual, and provided us with advice and suggestions, which we very much appreciated as this is the first reno that we've ever done. Grace is also very considerate of your budget. She helped us save money wherever possible and she never pushed any product on us. We did some of the demo work ourselves and she had no problem with that. She scheduled the work that we did ourselves with her crews' work timelines so efficiently that it only took 7 weeks from demo to install. The process was very seamless! Danny and Grace helped us remodel mom's bathroom, transforming it from a very cramped and dangerous space into a bright and airy ADA-compliant shower. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Danny is a real professional: excellent communication throughout the process; always kept us in the loop whenever something unexpected came up (which always happens during a big project like this) and always found smart solutions to deal with it. At the start of the project they didn't completely tape off part of the house and so some dust got settled on the furniture, etc.; Danny felt bad about this and contributed some $$$ towards a house cleaner! In general we had an all-around fantastic experience, and the final product is stunning. Our small kitchen island came out amazing! I didn't want to open this review up with what we experience before meeting Grace but, it needs to be said. I spoken to several other companies in person, over the phone, and they looked absolutely clueless to what I was asking. I was told my project is too small and they don't need to take on this work. Grace took on my project and understood my project when no one could or would. She was very polite, punctual, and easy to work with. She understood exactly how we wanted to utilize our space.
