Within a short time, the cushions began to deteriorate significantly -- seams frayed, filling broke down, and the overall appearance became shabby. These were lightly used and kept in a protected outdoor space. For comparison, I have inexpensive cushions purchased years earlier from another brand that are still in mint condition despite the same exposure. This clearly shows the issue is not due to normal wear and tear, but a failure in product quality. When I reached out for help, I was told the only solution was to buy new cushions at $500 each -- totaling $2,000 out of my pocket. This is completely unacceptable for a product marketed as "premium" and "durable." I expected Gensun to stand behind their merchandise. Instead, I've been left with costly, unusable cushions and no fair resolution. I will not be purchasing from Gensun again and will be sharing my experience so other customers know what to expect.

To top things off the replacement sectional has splinters and small rocks coming out of the cushions daily.
