This past weekend, we checked out the outlet and were fortunate to find a nice brand new dresser for our home. Admittedly, some of the items here were banged up a bit so please make sure to triple check condition before committing to buy. I appreciate how the mover staff also loaded the dresser, which was quite heavy into our SUV. Knocking off one star though because the quoted price for delivery was almost $300 to north OC, which is a yikes price point if you ask me. The sales representative, Gigi, provided exceptional service throughout our interaction. A few days later, we texted her to inquire about the bedroom set, and she answered all 7 questions. When she did not know the answer, she informed us and later responded within a few hours. This marks our second purchase from the store; previously, we purchased two couches and a protection plan insurance. However, we had a negative experience with the insurance, which has caused us to hesitate before purchasing it again. We haven't made up our mind yet, still thinking about the protection plan insurance. Planning to pick up our merchandise in a week. 02/05/2026.
