We discovered Summerset Casuals at the Sacramento home and garden show. We just took delivery of our furniture--a hightop table, chairs, umbrella, sofa and firepit, etc for our new outdoor deck at Lake Tahoe. Rosie did a great job helping us with our order. Antonio and Omar of Antidatrucking delivered and installed punctually on July 3. They did an amazing job at the end of a very long day for them AND all had to be carried upstairs!! Do not hesitate to use them for any job you might need! read more

Good selection great prices delivery was awesome. They delivered on Fridays and even offered to bring half my order that they had because we were waiting on the rest of the shipment. My cushions came out awesome!! I got to pick all my own patterns and mix and match!!! The foam they use is heavy duty! Definitely the place to shop for furniture on your backyard! read more

So, I purchased a set at the Barret Jackson auction in October 2024. My wife and I enjoyed the service and selection we got at the show. I thought about it overnight, read all the reviews and pretty much I didn't see any poor reviews of the furniture they sell so we purchased. I was told a couple months on delivery, but given the reviews, I expected it to take longer. It was winter in Colorado so I wasn't concerned. After a couple months I called Tony. To his credit he answered the phone and texts from me every time, was always pleasant and helpful. The furniture and accessories kind of trickled in, but by the end of month 4, I had everything. I little glitch with some missing hardware, but Tony got it out to me. bottom line, I liked the sale, I'm very impressed with the quality and would definitely buy from Summerset again. I'm really at about 4.5 stars due to the time of delivery, but I expected it to some extent. Overall, I'm happy with Tony and Summerset, their high quality furniture, great service and would not hesitate to buy from them again, just do so knowing it may take 3-4 months to get everything in. Don't stress about it, it's worth the wait. read more

We ordered a patio set at a Home Show and was excited for it get here. We love our new furniture! So comfortable and stylish! Daisy and Antonio were great, kept me informed on their delivery time and assembled everything so quickly when they got here. They cleaned up afterwards. So pleased with their service! read more

We bought summerset casual set because we thought the warranty was stellar. Once we received the set we noticed some warping and the frame wasn't smooth. We called the store and they told us to work with the warranty department. A few of our cushions have complete shredded to the point that we cannot take them out to wash the covers. I so regret our purchase and wish we would've went to Costco where the guarantee the quality of the item. We spent over 3K bc we thought this was a sturdier product and it has not held up (despite being on a covered patio with covers). Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!! read more

We purchased furniture in 2019 and all of the wicker pieces are falling apart. I filed a warranty claim, and I received a notice that it was approved. Since that time over a month ago, I have called 20+ times and no one answers and they do not respond to emails. I am not sure if they are still in business, but if they are, I would not purchase from them! They do not honor their warranties. read more

Bought my Patio Furniture at their warehouse in Ontario at a sale I seen on Facebook, I was skeptical but went to check it out with the intention not to buy anything because I figured would probably be too high of prices! From the moment I stepped in the warehouse I seen the ticket prices and couldn't believe it and the first piece I seen I had to have it. After I set my eyes on my outdoor dining table which was an amazing price no lies I was greeted by Tony and he asked my budget and what I was looking for and before I knew it he put some pieces together for me and made me an offer I couldn't refuse and I just went over my budget by a little over $300 but that was because he threw in my front patio 3 piece set for cheap!! In all reality I would've never got all that I did for the price I paid!! The delivery guys were AMAZINGLY respectful of my home and set up every piece all the way down to tying all my cushions securely and asked how i wanted it and even leveled my chairs for me!! Just have to say honest to god I was floored!! Look at all my pieces!! I highly recommend this business!! read more

The delivery driver was awesome. The furniture is beautiful. Everything before that was awful. It took over a month for our furniture to be delivered. We NEVER received any updates on the status of our delivery date. We called several times and was promised that our future would be delivered on a certain weekend. It was not. We had to call to find out the status yet again. Even though the furniture is beautiful, We wouldn't order from here again . read more

If you're looking for quality customer service and timely delivery, this is not the place for you. My husband and I found furniture at the Home & Garden Show. Tony was very nice and helpful. We were told it would take 4 weeks to receive our items. After purchase, there was no communication, which I'm not used to after purchasing something that costs thousands of dollars. I had to start calling at the 6 week mark to find out what was going on. If your company takes longer to get furniture out, fine, but don't keep selling the idea that it's on the way. A week or so later, we were offered to have some of our furniture without cushions, so it's not usable. We finally received the rest today. However, they used a cheaper vendor to deliver so they wouldn't open the boxes upon delivery. I had no clue if they were damaged or not. This is now 9 weeks since purchase. No apologies from the company. Just go to Lowes or Costco. It's the same quality, and you get it sooner without the hassle read more

We are very happy with our patio furniture. Tony helped us furnish our entire backyard and assisted with the design and choice of colors of the cushions. The delivery men were awesome. We recommend Tony and his team to anyone looking for quality patio furniture at a good price. read more

We met Tony at the Ontario Home and Garden Show. He was so friendly and funny, we felt like we had known him for years. The patio set he sold us was more beautiful than expected. The price was reasonable and the quality was outstanding. We are so happy with our patio furniture and we will be buying from Summerset Casual again. If you are in the market for patio furniture, I highly recommend this wonderful Company. On a side note, I have to mention the gentleman that delivered our patio set. His name was Antonio and he was so professional and friendly! He worked quickly and efficiently. He made sure I was happy with everything and cleaned up and hauled away all the boxes and packaging material. I had to call the company back to let them know what a GEM Antonio is! We purchased 2 chaise lounges with wheels that also has custom material, pillows and 2 side tables. The chaise lounges originally were delivered without wheels as originally ordered. Though once I informed Tony, he immediately replaced them with chaise lounges that have wheels and are overall better quality chaise lounges than the chaise lounges that I had originally ordered for the same price. Tony and his staff were true professionals throughout the entire process! Therefore, I've gone ahead and ordered another 3 chaise lounges and a side table. Thus without a doubt, I would reorder from Summerset Casual and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone looking for an excellent quality of outdoor furniture, excellent customer service, and an excellent price for the quality received!!! Thank you Tony Regards, Lolita read more

I have bought more than 20 pieces from Summerset Casuals over the past 6 years. As other reviews said, the company is difficult to deal with (in fact, the dealer I originally used dropped Summerset Casuals because he said they were just too hard to work with), but the furniture looks good - at least initially. Unfortunately, it doesn't hold up at all over time. The warranty is five years and in the sixth year, six of the pieces were so bad that they were unusable. I contacted Summerset Casuals who said that I was out of warranty, but that they would provide me with "partial warranty coverage". It turns out that this meant discounting the replacement chairs by just $50 (on chairs that cost more than $300). I passed and will never buy from them again. read more

I went to Sommerset to replace a bar stool I bought 8 years ago that had developed a crack. Tony and all the staff ( special thanks to Rose and Rosie) helped in every way possible for me to purchase a beautiful outdoor living room set..I would definitely shop here again and I encourage all my friends to do so.. We are very happy with our new patio furniture. We purchased the aztec circular set with accents tables and also a loveseat. After meeting Tony at the Pomona home show and seeing the quality of all the products offered, we knew that this was going to be a great experience. Tony explained all the different options, products and prices thoroughly with no hidden charges or mark ups. His friendly approach and honesty was refreshing. The ordering process was quick and simple and our furniture arrived in about a week. The delivery went smoothly and everything was set up in the location requested. We realized that the wrong furniture covers were delivered with the furniture a few days after delivery. We contacted Tony and informed him of the mistake and he quickly fixed the problem. We are enjoying our new patio as well as our friends and neighbors. We have recommended Tony and Summerset Casual to all interested in purchasing new outdoor furniture. Thanks Tony for making this experience awesome. Semper Fidelis! read more

Our furniture is beautiful and well built. We love the fabric, color, and quality of the set. Our deck and patio are the talk of the neighborhood as a result of the patio furniture. UPDATE 4-7-17 I have increased the star rating per Tony's request. We are very satisfied with the quality and look of our furniture. We can't wait for Easter to show it off. The issues that we had were in communication and administration. Customers should not have to deal with these issues. We would recommend hiring good clerical staff to deal with the phones and paperwork to avoid these issues in the future. UPDATE 4-6-17 My furniture arrived. The delivery people were very nice. The delivery order did have the wrong name on it so that was the problem. We are happy with our furniture but we probably won't buy from an expo again. You do not get the personalized service that you get when you purchase from a store. UPDATE: 4-517 I finally spoke to Tony on the phone and everything seems to be straightened out. They had our last name wrong on the delivery slip so when the delivery people called and asked if it was the Riley residence, we naturally said no. Our name is nothing like Riley. We have a scheduled delivery date of Friday so we are keeping our fingers crossed. We purchased furniture from Summerset Casual at an Expo from this company. A delivery date was set up. They did not deliver the furniture as scheduled. We have left messages and those have gone unanswered. This seems to be nothing more than a scam. Now we will need to fight to get our money back. Too bad. The furniture looked like good quality. I would like to add that I never spoke to you on the phone. We want our furniture. We bought and paid for the floor sample and expected delivery on Monday. What happened? read more

My contractor gave me the name of this company and a person to contact. Her name was Josephine. I went to so many patio stores all over Orange County and was completely frustrated and discouraged. I didn't know what to buy and I didn't want to make a mistake so I did what I always do, I prayed. I asked God to help me because he is the ultimate decorator ... He paints the sky, makes unique animals, fish , birds and humans. Within seconds of my prayer Josephine called me and told me she would come to my house and tell me what I needed to fill up my new patio. When she came, she brought a catalog and had a fabric book. She took measurements of the entire patio and then made suggestions. We worked together to create such a beautiful outdoor living space. I felt relieved but was a little afraid because I never sat on the furniture. I took a while ordering because I changed my mind a few times because I was customizing my cushions using different fabrics on the piping and coordinating fabrics on the cushions. Through it all Josephine was extremely patient and every time I texted her she responded immediately. I paid for the white glove delivery, which I would recommend. Because the furniture does not come assembled and the 2 ladies who put everything together (Rosie and Monay) were wonderful. I finally sat on the furniture and it was so comfortable and the cushions were beautifully made. My furniture was delivered quickly, and it was quality. I would highly recommend this company! Everyone who comes in my backyard cannot believe how beautiful everything looks. I would also recommend Josephine, she's very talented sweet... She gets the job done and takes pride in her work. read more

We purchased the Aztec Circular Sofa Set, with the beautiful titan deep cushions in Jockey Red!!! We also got the Aztec Accent Tables an of course the 52 inch round Aztec fire pit with reflective Copper Glass. We made our purchase at the Garden Show at the Sleep Train Pavilion in Concord. We met Tony the owner of Summerset Outdoor Living. From the beginning he made us feel welcome, important and that our business mattered. He spent a lot of time explaining the different outdoor furniture choices as well. He asked us a lot of questions such as type of yard i.e. Patio, lawn area, pool etc. This helped us make a great choice for our yard!! Our Set arrived when promised. While the covers were back ordered Tony made sure we had high quality covers until the ones that matched our Set arrived. We initially had trouble making contact with the office staff but that was remedied quickly an we appreciate how well our questions were handled. In today's world great customer service it most important to consumers. Family members are planning to hit the next Garden Show to meet Tony an see all the Summerset Outdoor Furnishings. We highly recommend Summerset Outdoor Living!!! Thanks Tony B&R Shaw of Concord read more

We purchased a patio set from Summerset Casual at the Santa Clara home show. All was well. After a minor miscommunication, and a surprising rain storm in the Bay Area, we needed quick resolution. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again. read more

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! I purchased outdoor furniture, fire pit, kitchen island with grill and when these items were delivered the grill was missing parts, fire pit's door was broken and the ice bucket and bronze ice glass were missing. Contacted the company numerous items (emails, phone calls) and each time promise/guarantees were made to get these taken care of.... now almost 2 years have pasted and still NOTHING.... I have dealt with everyone in the company including Tony Rodriguez... I am still in the same spot as I when purchase. Makes me wonder why they went from Summerset Outdoor Living to Summerset Casual, how many other people have you ripped off? You had no problem taking my money you should have no problem making things right. To include all the extras that was promised to me by one of your employees. read more

Very competitive pricing and great service. Ordered on Friday and received shipment within two weeks (this allowed the cushions to be made). Packaging was great with no dings or damage. Not really a retail location but the warehouse experience was fine. Very easy to see the various selections. The quality of the furniture frames seemed to exceed anything that I saw on line and I could actually see, touch and sit in as opposed to pictures on the internet. Prices easily beat the internet prices and you could see what you were going to get. Cushions are made in house with a superior filler. No upcharges for different fabrics or piping. If they had the fabric in stock it was all the same price. You got to see rolls of fabric not pictures or small swatches so getting the right colors was much easier. The pillow shop (in house) produced pillows of the highest quality that met or exceeded any manufacturers that I saw and again was very aggressively priced. I strongly recommend Summerset Casual and their great staff led by Tony. I know that outdoor furniture pricing is too high but this furniture was really a great value for great quality. I forgot to mention the market umbrella that was made with the same fabric as the seats. The umbrella was well made and looks great. read more
