If you need to purchase bbq island don't come here. I guess my money is not good enough. I had estimate for a bbq island and fire pit from Ed. When he gave me the pricing for both told him I was going to hold off on fire pit and just interested in bbq island at this time. He didn't seem to happy about it, but said he would text me new pricing and dimensions the next day. Waited and nothing, so after 3 days texted him. He responded he would send. Still nothing. Decided to call him a day later, and sent him text. He responded that he was out of office, but he would text me in afternoon. Crickets, no phone call or text. I guess if you're not spending $11k they are not interested. If you are in need of bbq island go to Corona Bbq Islands, way better service and prices. read more

I've had my eye on a particular bbq grill for a while now. I wanted to purchase from a local shop, as opposed to a big box store. I walked in with cash in my pocket, I wasn't greeted or even acknowledged. Pretty abysmal service from the get-go. Walked around to see what was on display, to see if they had what I wanted. They did have them on display. Still hadn't been acknowledged or greeted, I ran into a guy from the back and requested to check availability for a grill. He found a "sales guy" to help me. He wasn't much help, or very friendly. All that was left was the floor model. I would Have preferred a brand new untouched one, but would have totally taken this one. In fact, With a better attitude, I may have been swayed to purchase a different brand/model, and even price range. Guess we'll never know. Definitely can't recommend this place though. read more

Worst experience ever you will loose your time and your money they keep my $2,500 deposit because after almost 3 months of waiting and no comunicación from the i was told they don't have the tile I order and if I don't change it or choose another one that they do have, I will loose my deposit. I order a barbecue island worth $8,000 after 3 almost months of waiting and me calling them about 10 times with no returned phone calls I was told that what I order is not available anymore and that I had to chose something g us that they do have available. I told them I wanted what I order exactly the way I wanted and that I was not going to pay $8,000 for something I don't want or like so I was told by the owner he will keep my $2,500 and to do what ever I wanted. I was referred to here by my pool company that is currently building my pool. I went into store last month to look at some BBQ designs and patio covers and was given a card by James and discussed pricing and told to call back when I was ready to get started with an estimate. We went into extreme backyard designs for some backyard furniture for our newly upgraded backyard. We came late one evening and got pricing from a man named JUAN and asked if we could come back another day as we wanted to think about it. We asked how long our verbal quote would be good for (because they don't do paper quotes) and Juan told us about a month or two. So fast forward a couple days later to today and I went back to purchase the furniture with the exception of the two lounge chairs. We were paying cash so the price for everything was $6000 out the door. The price we were given for the loungers was $1150. Now I don't know about y'all, but my calculator says that $1150 from $6000 equals $4850. This guy Juan magically changed the price to $5400, and let's not forget that also all of a sudden the custom cushions are NOT included. Funny thing is, he had said they were included not even a few minutes prior! So we try to ask why and he said I was paying with card, we said not a problem we'll pay with cash. He said the "PRICE CHANGED TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT, AT THIS POINT I DONT CARE, I DONT HAVE THE TIME OR THE ENERGY TO ARGUE WITH YOU, THE NEW PEICE IS WHAT IT IS TAKE IT OR LEAVE, YOUR CHOICE. So we left. Honestly, I've never been spoken to like this before by a business salesperson so it was a little shocking. I will also like to say that it was approximately 545pm and he was about 3/4 finished with his BEER. When I told my friend he was drinking a beer during working hours in a business establishment, she didn't believe me and had to see for herself. And to each his own, if JUAN wants to drink beer, or even drink on the clock, fine that's his choice- just don't treat customers like trash. Poor management to allow such behavior by their staff. Great service great place! I bought my BBQ last year and it has been amazing. I got the whole island set up with a pergola. When I got there the set up I wanted was no longer on the floor but they remembered me from the year before and remembered that I liked that island. They found the pictures and the we customized it from that point. It took about 6 weeks to get because of some customized options and the grill being on back order. It was perfect. They came in and installed professionally and were done in about three hours. I am going back for chairs this month and look forward to another great shopping experience.
