    Jenn the manager gave me Home Depot's corporate number to call. She was not considerate, helpful or even concerned with the fact the company she manages installed a washer that is now ruining my house. Flooded my living room, ruined my lights, and stained my living room ceiling. Hopefully no mold and additional damage comes from this. Please call the number she gave me for yourself to understand why I would never trust her again! After leaving me on hold for 45 minutes; I went in to see how this could be fixed. She said in 4 days. But she isn't helping me anymore because I said I am legally asking Home Depot to fix this. Obviously!!! @homedepot please call the number and check if this is who I contact to fix the problem your employees created! 1-800-466-3367

    Young and dumb! It's a true indication that now the norm of companies, higher, warm bodies, not knowledgeable don't know much, but they surely take a stance in showing they can stand, wear their orange vest, and say that they're an employee. Going in the self check out line Have a 10 foot piece of baseboard, they scanned the board for the barcode on the back I have my tape measure out tell him it's 10 feet and he says oh we have to measure it on our tape measure that stands upright. Really? Prior to that I'm looking for a soda. That's not in the container refrigerator and move my cart to a place where I have to play hide and seek to find it! Really? Home Depot you need to get on customer service and more extensive training on how to treat the customer so that they wanna come back! You guys suck here!

    Incompetence, negligence, poor management, training, or a combination thereof? I placed a curbside order on November 1, 2024. I could not pick up the order HD confirmed the blocks' pickup via email. I contacted the store four times about the blocks I didn't receive despite being charged. Needing more help, I visited the store, but no manager was available I contacted corporate support on two separate occasions. Home Depot has not yet made a good-faith effort to correct its negligence. The Home Depot has debited my account but has yet to issue a refund for the blocks I have not received. Details: I placed a curbside pickup order of 110+ concrete bricks ($232.07) online on November 1st, 2024, for pick up by November, 8, 2024. I received email correspondence from HD confirming the order's pickup. When my contractor arrived to complete the masonry work, we realized neither of us had collected the order. I contacted HD customer service on November 24th to report the problem. I requested to speak with a manager; however, none were available. The associate explained that loss prevention would review security footage, and a store manager would subsequently contact me to discuss a resolution. crickets On November 29, I entered the store, reiterated my account of the incident, and requested to speak with the manager. The manager remained unavailable; however, a lead appended a note to the file and confirmed that loss prevention would contact me within 24 hours. crickets On December 4th, I contacted HD for an update. The associate informed me that loss prevention would be in contact the following either that evening or by morning. crickets On Friday, December 6th, I contacted corporate headquarters to seek help with my problem. Jose responded to my telephone call. Following my explanation, Mr. Jose placed my call on hold before transferring it to the Home Depot branch associated with my issue. WOW, and this is corporate help? After a reiteration of the same story to the associate Jose connected me to, I received confirmation that the store manager would respond the following day. crickets I followed up with corporate on Monday, December 9th, continuing my inquiry. Tyren? said he would move the case forward, reach out to the store manager, and that the Corona store had 72 hours to reply. The issue remains unresolved after over 80 hours. This is unacceptable; it's disappointing, stressful, time-consuming and should have been addressed by now. This reflects poorly on Home Depot's business practices.

    Attention Shoppers! Halloween has begun! They have all the best decorations and they beat Lowe's and Halloween City prices! They are the best at Christmas decorations and pretty much any holiday that can offer outdoor decorations!

    Update!!!!! They picked up the trash from my driveway Monday afternoon at 1:30pm so if you count the first day which was Thursday with the one worker (that's all they sent) started the job til Monday that's five days for what we thought was 1 day installation and they said 2 days. After three days of installation when they said it would only take one I'm not really happy to report that the trash is still on my driveway and no one has contacted us to let us know when they are getting it. Also the one worker that worked on it installed the baseboards with staples!!! That's right not long thin nails but short wide staples. I added the pics below... NEVER EVER EVER GET YOUR carpet installation from this place. They contract out through Romanoff renovations, which is the most unprofessional unreliable installers of carpet ever. I appreciate all the work that the expediters at Home Depot have been trying to do, but the constant failure upon the contract that we agreed upon for one day installation baseboards to be in stocked, have not come through. I am severely disappointed in them that I promise. I will let everyone know what a bad experience we are having with them. We were supposed to get our carpet installed in one day on a Monday and it is Thursday. They still haven't started installation and they said they're definitely gonna need to do it tomorrow and possibly Saturday morning. But they took my money with no problem in one day.

I looked around at the usual major hardware locales and did some research online where I came across P&C. At P&C, I was helped by the owner who took her time to show me what types of succulents and trees she had which were many! The colors and types of succulents she had available in many sizes were amazing. I had never seen those colors in nature. At the end of my visit, I walked away with $160 worth of succulents which included, 30 small succulents, 2 large succulents, and 2 queen palms. Weeks later, when I had to drop by the Depot, I compared prices and found the savings to be extensive. One palm tree alone would have been close to $100. A great local spot to visit. Great service and wonderful selection.
