Ordered 36 hedging plants and a bunch of other plants from this place (over $2000). We asked for ficus and they sold us on prunus Carolina Cherry for some reason, maybe because they were dying. All the plants had brown edging and spikes them. Once they were delivered we wanted to swap out for ficuses within 2 days. Spoke to Junior and he was willing to swap them out for even pricing while we still have to pay for half for the restocking fee. Drove all the way to the nursery in Corona, and they took back their word and wanted me to pay $5 more on top of restocking fee so $10 per plant. Dishonest business, don't buy from here! You might get dead plants and the people there will twist their words like no other. read more

I have to say that the customer service I received from Quality Growers was excellent! Not only is their knowledge of plants extensive, but each grouping of plants outside had a helpful little card to identify the plant, it's particular needs, and its specs. Plus, you can't beat their prices! I visited Quality Growers last week looking for Loropetalums. It was a Wednesday, and I needed 8 of them by Saturday, and none of the nurseries I called that day had more than three. Quality Growers was out of the Loropetalums as well, but Araceli offered to call around to see if she could find them for me by Saturday. She was so determined to track down the plants I needed, and I was ecstatic when she called to tell me that she found them and could get them to me by Saturday. Quality of the plant they sent were very bad compared to Home Depot or Lowe's. I got 15 gallon palms almost half the height if compared to Home Depot's 15 gallon palm. Other 5 gallons plants quality were just as bad. I thought bulk purchase from grower at about 10% less cost is better than from the big store. But I was totally wrong and get a big lesson. read more

I've been shopping around all local nurseries and Quality Growers by far offers the best value!! The location is kind of hidden, but easy to find using Google. I checked three other nurseries in Corona/Riverside area and Quality Growers was 30% less than the lowest. After calling and comparing the prices I was expecting a poor selection, but they have a ton, better selection than all the others! Save yourself some time and add check this place out! Really BIG Nursery with lots of different kind of plants and trees. Needed 12 Brush Cherries for a hedge which we were able to find here that looked great and at a reasonable price. Both the Secretary in the office as well as the nurseryman who loaded our truck were very nice and very helpful. He was also very knowledgeable about plants and the correct way to load them. He managed to get them all in our pickup without any damage on the way home. Highly recommend this nursery. read more

Four reviews don't usually motivate me, but based on the content and nearby location I figured it warranted a look. I stopped in yesterday looking for a triangle palm and started wandering around. Tons of plants and trees and, as the other reviews indicate, the place is huge. I soon realized that if I kept wandering a search party may be necessary. Headed to the office to ask for help and some beautiful, fairly priced, 25 gallon triangle palms were right by the walkway. Appreciated the quick, friendly and helpful customer service and that they loaded the beast of a palm right into the truck for me. I went by the previous reviews & gave this place a try, after trying another in Corona the day before I found off Craigslist. This place blew the Craigslist place away. Quality lived up to its name! All of the plants were healthy & well taken care of, Araceli & her father were extremely helpful. He walked me around the property helping me pick out carpet roses & day-lilies. We ended up with over 30 plants in great shape & at a affordable price. Plus, they loaded them all in my truck while I in the office! Araceli also helped me track down & order the 40 creeping thyme in flats I was looking for, at 1/2 the price I had previously found it for in Orange! They have several grow yards where we were able to pick out exactly the palm trees, and other items we wanted by tagging them and had them delivered.
