Very patient and friendly helping guide me thru the app. My cashier Camilla helped with my purchase and was stuck and tried multiple times and ensure me that they will figure it out for me. I like her attitude as well. She called the manager Veronica to help out and she was great too. Assured me that everything will be fine and kept trying to scan my rewards on the app. We got a third guy David, who is normally in the paint department, was extremely helpful and had a great attitude. He knew how to operate the My Lowe's app on the phone. So after all 3 staff members I got my purchase completed. Woot woot teamwork!!! Overall I like coming to this Lowe's location as it's always stocked and filled knowledgeable staff. I've always had a pleasant shopping experience especially at this location. Today was a Halloween bag freebie with an extra Lowe's reward money so that was an extra perk. Definitely a 5 star experience!!! Plus they have all the holiday decor and inflatables on display today.

I did not retain the receipt. But harbor breeze is only sold at Lowe's it's, an exclusive brand. I did everything in my power to get the fan replaced. Called Lowe's customer service tried to get an RA number, spoke to a supervisor. Took the fan to Lowe's and spent almost 2 hours at the store speaking to five different associates including a supervisor. Ended up walking away with nothing. Very upset with Lowe's. I am a avid customer and purchase many items on a regular basis. I am a property manager with several properties that I own and manage. I buy items at Lowe's and home Depot regularly. After this type of customer service, I will no longer purchase things at Lowe's. Lifetime warranty on an exclusive item, requires proof of purchase from Lowe's. That makes absolutely no sense!

The guy helping me was dismissive, unhelpful and would not exchange or correct the color. He told the workers and me the agave can be cut the long trunk and plant right in the ground, and I let him talk me into that, what I know about plant, if the plant guy say so, it will be fine, now 2 month later they are all looking dying. Also before he cash out the check he says next day he can bring some other plant to let me see if I don't like the looks of the stuff he dropped off, but of course he went to cash out the check right after he leave my place, then after he cashed out the check he won't pick up the calls and reply to the text. I tried my best still only used 6 agave he dropped off, so basically I paid $1,800 for 6 agave? The only reason I trust him because he was my pool guys plant guy, so end up my pool guy agree to cover this guy's ass, take back and credit me that 6 agave I didn't use. But my front yard still look bad, but I already paid and planted so i stuck to something I don't want.
