My review is about the management in this store. I shop at this homegoods a lot and in one of my many visit I started to notice the same man around me at all sections on the store while he was " watching a football game " on his phone but yet again always around me I figured out this has to be there secret shopper security. What's extremely uncomfortable was how much he seemed to follow me around , for reference I've never stolen not sure why he felt the need to follow me maybe this matter or not but I'm literally in a miumiu purse holding onto my Porsche keys . Felt so uncomfortable and disturbed left DO BETTER AND DONT HARRAS and to cherry on top I went into tjmax next door and guess who I see THE SAME FREAKIN GUY o should of said something but instead I checked out and left furious this was almost 2-3 months ago and I still haven't let it go SMH read more

I rarely ever do review but I had to today because the staff of this place are awesome! I came with my kid she is 2.5 years and she absolutely doesn't want to get down. I bought a heavy espresso machine which I was so glad to find it there after looking for so many different Homegoods. I was worried of how am I going to get the machine inside the car. Without even asking, the whole staff team offered to load that into my car for me if I drive to the front, they were concerned of how I would get it out while holding my kid. The whole team worked together and made it happen for me. Everyone was super nice and I was so thankful that I went there for the espresso machine. Thank you! read more

First time here at HomeGoods. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I guess they sell home goods LOL. Seriously, I did not know what they sell. After entering this store, my first impression was that it looked like a Marshalls or Ross. It wasn't until I walked deep into it that confirmed my suspicion. It's basically a store full of home goods and some interesting stuff from various brands. The purpose for my visit was to look for some biscuits or crackers. Yes, they have a section with gourmet foods and snacks. I didn't find any biscuits so I didn't buy anything food or snack related. I was so intrigued by this store, I stayed to walk around and see what else they have. A thought came to my mind... I needed a photo frame so I searched for that. I spent a good amount of time looking for the photo frame, but I eventually found one and bought it. Staff was nice. Prices were okay. Ambiance was interesting. Goods were in good variety and quite intriguing to say the least. Please keep in mind they don't necessarily have the same item stored at the same aisle and/or same shelf... they may be all over the place. It's like a scavenger hunt of home goods and stuff LOL. Don't be discouraged. See it as an adventure. If it's meant for you, it'll find you. Now I know what's inside a HomeGoods! Broken items still full price ALL OVER the store. I wanted to purchase a lamp priced over $100, but there was a corner that was clearly chipped with a piece missing. I couldn't find another one so thought I'd ask to see if they were going to discount the broken item. They initially said no then said they would take off .50 cents!!! What a joke... They aren't even supposed to sell broken items to begin with. Buyer beware make sure to try out and checkout your pieces to make sure they are ok before you purchase as well. They gave another person in line a hard time who was trying to return a broken item claiming they didn't know if the buyer purchased it broken or they broke it so they couldn't return it. I get it but also look around your store, not good. read more

A pair of tongs were broken before I even had a chance to use them. Other than that, the only other thing I've purchased was a silk plant which is fine. There are plenty of people on the floor ready to help you and checkout was quick. read more

Plenty of parking , all in the same walking distance to my other favorite shops , Bath and body , TJ max and Target. Lots of Easter decorations available, many artificial plants with vases to choose from . At this location they have many styles of furniture selection available , this store shelves are well organized and easily accessible to retrieve. Staff here are not friendly as their other location in Rancho Cucamonga . None of the employees on the floor and cashier acknowledge / greets their customers . read more

I've never been to a HomeGoods with so many broken items being displayed at full price. Virtually none of the rolling storage cubby's worked, all had wheel issues or were damaged. read more

All I can say is WOW! This store has really upped its game and it's looking super stocked and super classy now! I love shopping here. Before I would have to go out of the area to find a decent store but now this one finally looks incredible. End caps are displaying such cute coordinated collections and it just looks so much tidier and well organized. On my way out I met the new manager Silvia and she said everyone has been working really hard to create a wonderful in store experience. Well done Silvia! You are amazing. While shopping and waiting in line, I asked a customer service representative if she could help me with locating an item in the store or find out if they have the item at another store when she told me she can't because the line is long. I proceeded to ask her would she be able to tell me once I got to the front of the line and she said it depends on how long the line is. So because the line is long and there are several associates helping customers, you can't assist me as a customer to help me locate an item? Got it! I put all the items back and went to a different store. read more

This store has a serious problem with itch mites in the linen section of their store. Every time I walk by pillows or other products for bedding etc I have "intense issues." It's so disgusting. It feels like spider fungus mites are crawling all over me. These things replicate so fast by the time I get home I have very itchy skin and scalp. It's do disgusting and disturbing. Please stop buying infested products from unscrupulous countries and selling it your hard -working customers . No amount of air conditioning stops the fact that the products are contaminated with spider-like fungus mites. PLEASE STOP! I done shopping here. The bad outweighs the good. It's unsafe for me and my family. Oh yes they experience it too. We are to meticulous about our health and safety to be continually distressed in this way. Do better! read more

Great miscellaneous store. This is a combination of a Hobby Lobby and a T.J. Maxx store. They have a selection of rustic furniture as well as clothing for all ages and hard goods as well. It's a favorite with the locals and they are constantly changing the warehouse inventory. read more

Never seem to have trouble finding 'anything' at this store! They always have lots of interesting things to choose from, great furniture and appreciate the 'Ficks' paloma juice ;). Parking is in the same space as all the other stores nearby (Tjmaxx, Party city, Kohls, Dicks, etc..). The cashiers seem nice at checkout, and will help of you ask them, but there's no initial greeting upon entry - which I've learned to expect since living in Cali my whole life! But sure, if they added a few extra customer service techniques, then they would stand out from the rest! Other than that, never an issue shopping here and finding some kind of 'treasure'! read more

Checked in yesterday and today and I was really impressed by the quality of the Professional Organization at his Store! Eastvale Home Goods is so well stocked and I liked how they had a Beautiful and Attractive Booth advertising for Holiday Help Recruitment with offers to be interviewed on the spot by the Manager on Duty. I am looking to add additional streams of Income so the fast and easy Meet and Greet process with Upper Management was very appealing to Me. I asked a nearby store Associate to speak with the MOD and she cheerfully paged Assistant Manager Tony right away who met me quickly with a Happy and Fun Smile! Tony informed Me that the Interviews were only held until 5pm but offered to scheduled Me an Interview today at 1pm with the Hiring Manager Jared. I really appreciated Tony's Excellent Hospitality and how well-organized his Rhythm was. It made me look forward to meeting more of the Management Team! Today when I arrived for my Interview Ruby was such a sweet and likeable Company Brand Ambassador too! I told her I was here for an Interview and she paged the MOD Yevette right away, and warmly walked Me over to the waiting Area while asking Me about my day. I really enjoyed her Friendly and Honest Positive Feedback about working for the Company and meeting Yevette was delightfully refreshing too. I am a huge fan of HomeGoods and though the TJ Maxx next door is not one of the best, the HomeGoods more than makes up for it! It's a huge location stocked to the gills with furniture and decor for every taste and every budget. Unless I am in love with an item I'll stick to the clearance sections which they have quite a few of throughout the store. Parking is great and the check out lines not horrendous as most other locations are. Great location super easy to get to right off the highway, nice staff, in my regular shopping rotation. read more

The staff here is soooo rude to say the least. Went in an hour before closing and as I'm shopping there is an employee putting away go backs with her cart in the middle. I'm trying to get by and she can't even move her cart. Making it feel like I'm in her way. When I get to the register to check out the cashier was so racist. Almost as if I shouldn't have been shopping there. I wish I would of gotten her name. I bought a flower vase and she made no effort to wrap it. I can't believe how rude the whole staff was. Thanks for the sloppy customer service. We bought a table and placed it on hold cause we didn't have a truck that night. We designed the whole room around that table - we bought a couch from pottery barn and bought $255.00 pieces from home goods to decorate that table. We come back a week after with a borrowed truck to pick it up - I hear the employees mumbling in the back this is not the correct item but they still gave it to us. I checked it out and it was the wrong piece. We were referred to the manager by 2 different employees - I won't mention his name now - he the manger claimed that he wasn't the manger and he gave us a number to another lady and That lady then gave us a different number to the district area manger - Still following - anyway she couldn't find a matching table - in return she said we ll reimburse the table and she we ll give a $100 credit for the inconvenience. 3 weeks after And there were no reimbursement - I stopped by the store to get my money back and the $100 credit. The same "mysterious store manger" from the first time - goes no I made sure with the district manger and you won't get a $100 credit but you ll get 10% discount on your next purchase and regarding the decorative pieces - with a very bossy attitude - bring them back and we will credit them. We were asking him what have you done to fix all this non sense - we drove back 3 times to get this fixed - he got mad and walked out on us. No wonder he lost our table with this attitude. I could make this big situation and call your superiors but I won't. I hope you learn some customer service communications. And HomeGoods goodbye - I think you need to provide some staff training especially the mangers or so called managers. read more

The worst worst worst customer service I had in home goods. It should say no service, only bad attitude in this store, only one of ladies was polite who was tally clerk tonight. Let me tell the experience of tonight. I would like to return missing receipt, I am aware I had a item with a tag in my hand, when I entered the store I asked two employees who were fixing vacuum, could I bring the item shopping in the store first and return it when I would have be ready to check out. I haven't finish talking，she said went to cashier for return. But that wasn't the bad experience until I checked out. The cashier no any greetings' hello, hi, thank you, goodbye.' But I still said thank you to her at last. She had nothing, Instead, she used her saliva spilt the bags for me. how I should concern the unsafe behavior especially during the serious pandemic. How the well known company trained their employees. I was a regular customer, never happened in other store. I bought a round distressed wooden tabletop with a metal base from the Huntington beach store on 12/24. I live next to this store, so I took the table back to return here. The manager Maria L. refused my return claiming that my table doesn't match her description! Maria L. says her description of the table should be a wooden table but my table looks more like a garden table with scratches! She doesn't understand that the table is a distressed table with a wooden top & a metal base. She told me to bring the table back to the Huntington beach store, which is an hour and half away from where I live. Maria L. decides to call loss prevention to tell them that I have a table that doesn't match her description of a "Wooden Table". She described to the loss prevention team that I have a scratch garden table! Funny, my receipt says "Accent Furniture". She can't recognize Home Goods merchandise along with being unprofessional & trying to claim that this isn't a Home Goods Table! I had my receipt & price tag but she claims that the table isn't the correct table, so if this isn't the correct table, where & how do I get Her correct table? So unprofessional & How did this lady ever became a store manager when she can't even recognize Home Goods tables? Who hired & allow such unintelligent people to make decision like this? This is the table that I bought & now Home Goods Maria L. is claiming that it's not. Customers beware if you purchase anything from Home goods, take a picture before leaving the store (in case if you need to return), so these people can't refuse your return for their lack of intelligence. Update: My husband was very upset & drove an hour and half to the Huntington Beach store to return the table. He brought the table in & the sales associate turned the table over and matched the code hidden inside the table with the price tag & receipt. The sales associate quickly processed the return in less than 5 mins. There was no problems and no questions asked! They have several of these tables on the floor for $199! Ironically Eastvale Store Manager Maria L., did not look for this hidden bar code but decided to refuse the return by saying that the table didn't match the description! This raises new questions for me now as to how we were treated at this particular store! read more

HomeGoods is probably the next best store after Target that has ever existed in my lifetime. I would say about 70% of the things in my house is from HomeGoods. No lie. When they first opened this location up near our home last year, my husband and I literally went to this store every weekend, and always came out with something we never had plans to buy. This store beats out Pier 1 and Bed, Bath, and Beyond because it is so reasonably priced and the things that you find can be unique, so you know your friend's home isn't going to look like yours. They also have cute things for pets that would be hard to find elsewhere. Yeah, we walked out of there with a fake leather couch for our dog. Don't judge! We live in style, with the help of HomeGoods. :] I brought a friend here earlier this year who was relocating out to the East coast. She is now addicted. Quick tip for those who have never been...this is a huge store with a collection of random decor and bathroom/bedroom accessories. There is some furniture, but not many. Because most items are single, you won't find 100 things of the same item neatly arranged on a shelf. The store is arranged by color. So, if you want a succesful trip, you should have a certain style, theme, or item in mind. Or else you won't know where to start, and will feel overwhelmed. Happy shopping! read more
