I had a great experience working with best carpet warehouse! I have used them for years: bought carpet remnant that was bound into a rug about 10 years ago, lvp that matched existing flooring I had 4 years ago and most recently wall to wall carpet and installation. There was a manufacturer defect with the carpet and the manufacturer would not stand by they product, but Best carpet was determined to make it right and they did! Dee, the owner was wonderful to work with to resolve the issue. She offered a few different options, one being to completely replace the carpet! I have had the carpet 10 months and paid for best padding they had, 2nd best quality carpet and does not wear well at all, dirt is a huge problem showing and only me and my husband live here. This place deserves negative 5 stars and a law suit. This place is a SCAM I have only had my carpet for about two years now and because of the poor quality of the workmanship the carpet is buckling all over the place throughout the office. I looked up what was supposed to be done when installing this carpet and everywhere online clearly states that the carpet should be stretched by a machine before laid or installed. I was here practically the entire time they were installing only to have left for some lunch and I can say two things for sure, neither of the two guys used this machine amd in fact neither of the two even had this machine on there pickup truck. Completely unprofessional won't return calls and is not at all interested in fixing the issue. As such do not shop at this business as they are not at all worthy of being in business. read more

Had a bad experience here. Talked with Zack. Thought I had and honest deal with $25/yard carpet, premium pad, install, and disposal ($75) for a total of $937.06. I left to check out another store and called back and ask If he could do $850 out the door and I dispose if my own carpet(It was already rolled up and half way out the door). He said yes and when I came back with the cash he flip flopped on his word and changed my premium pad to the cheap stuff. He also said the installer might charge me more after he confidently told me I needed 23 yard. This guy will tell you one thing and deliver another. Be very carful verifying what you get. Its not worth it. This guy(and maybe place entirely) are not honest and they'll do the bait and switch. This guy is a dirt bag. read more

I have used best carpet along with my Mother and other family members in the past. Dee is on it she can get you anything like the rest of the 20,000 sq foot showrooms on St.collage (tile row) without the inflated price to pay for those showrooms, They all buy from the same wholesalers anyway. Don't let her warehouse fool you she has never ending samples if you don't see it she can most likely get it. Her installers are all excellent TJ came to install wood in my home let me tell you this guy is so meticulous about his work they took one full extra day to install just to make sure we liked the work when my wife came home that evening and extra time for the adhesive to dry before installing more "that's attention to quality"and I like that. Ali his worker installer showed me how picking different wood out of the cases for areas that are seen more like hall ways and the entry areas makes a great improvement on you're installation. Mario came to set tile in my home his crew is awesome the floor is beautiful and instillation was done to perfection all tiles are flush and level all cuts were made perfectly I can't thank him enough for the quality job done also on my fireplace. I have to say that I am sorely disappointed by this company. I thought I had found a real gem of a place. They don't have the biggest selection of carpet, but I found a good quality, soft carpet that I liked for my bedroom that was also reasonably priced. I can't remember the name of the gentleman that helped me in the store, but when I made arrangements to have my carpet installed I had told him that I live in a condo. When I said this, he said "oh okay, then I will have one of the licensed installers come out." That was a bit concerning to me, but I was happy to have a professional come out. Sadly, a year and a half later (I had the carpet installed in February 2020), the carpet is buckling in multiple places. DO NOT SHOP HERE! read more

Appearances can often be deceiving, so don't be fooled by the storefront. I family friend who is a flooring distributor sent me to Best Carpet to meet with the owners. In the midst of a home remodel and all sorts of vendors we had shopped all over. Greeted by a warm hello, owner Dee and Tommy worked with my wife and I like we were family. Our exhausted kids made things difficult, but Best Carpet made it easy. We were able to find the perfect laminate flooring and get it ordered. When the install was done I had several boxes of extra material. I had passed the point of no return on the flooring, but Dee knew how much my family needed that cash back. Her relationship with her vendors is outstanding. She was able to get an exception for the return and write me a check the next day. Customer service like I received is the reason they have been around for so long. I would and will recommend them to any friends and family looking for carpet, hardwood, laminate or tile. Dee was amazing!!! She was able to find a product that was packaged for a large Flooring company under a different name. Several other flooring companies were not able to find the floor I needed. Dee was even able to have her contacts assure me that it was in fact the exact same flooring as the one the Large Company uses uses. It is just packaged for retail sale under a different name but indeed was the same product. She saved my bacon!!!! Fast Forward six months, I needed to redo my Kitchen floor as the Large flooring company installed my laminate floor without properly letting me address a slow leak in the kitchen. She was able to find the trim pieces I needed to bridge the size difference between new floor tiles and existing laminate floor where two rooms joined. read more

Dee at Best Carpet is knowledgeable and helpful when I needed flooring for my rental home. It was on a raised foundation that had some flex to it and the laminate I chose did not lock together during installation as expected. Dee took it back & replaced my order immediately with a similar looking laminate with something she had in stock while the installers were still at the job site. I didn't even have to reschedule the install so I didn't have to inconvenience my tenants more than necessary. She dealt with the manufacturer on the return. We have purchased flooring from Dee for years and we just had our master bedroom installed with a very beautiful wood laminate. The installers, TJ and Ali, were very professional, friendly and worked around us. The estimate was that the project would take 2-3 days and was fully completed within 1 1/2 days. For a small amount of $$ they also stayed around and helped us put our very heavy furniture back into our room. We are very happy with quality of their work and the flooring is beautiful, also very easy to clean! I am not impressed with this company at all. My Parents in their mid-eighties just had their floors done by these guys and the process has been deplorable. It was a never ending series of missed installation dates and excuses . The installer could not figure how to finnish the wood stairwell in a accepable way. Stairs are not a new invention as far as we know !! The flooring installer took advantage of two nice elderly people and left them with a very hazardous stairwell condition for weeks, not just one or two . When the manager of the company ( a family member of ownership..) was notified that the installation was not moving forward she backed the installers 20 years of flooring experience over the customer complaint . The 3-4 day flooring job took weeks and we were lucky our parents were not injured by the careless and very poorly supervised installer. Keep in mind these are two retired people, access is not an issue.The wood selected was not a special ordered item and trim for the stairs is poorly matched . This job was started then abondoned to a slow piece by piece process . The job clearly not being tracked by Best Carpet Warehouse at all. My father is a very fair man of the finest standards , and paid the bill even though he was treated so poorly . Were it me, I would have made them meet me in court. They should be ashamed to treat the elderly or any customer this way. This was a total shit show and the management is fully culpable . Shop elsewhere read more

We have been customers at Best Carpets for about 10 years. We were referred to Best by friends, who used them for years Aside from having the best prices, they stand behind you 100%, if you have any problems. When we recarpeted several years ago, the carpet manufacturer left a petroleum by-product in the carpet, resulting in a defective carpet, which sucked up dirt. Best Carpets helped us with our claim, and we ultimately were able to recarpet, at no cost. Best said that they would stand beside us, if we had to go to court, which we did not. The carpet manufacturer ultimately agreed to replace our carpet. A couple of years later, our home was in a wildfire and Dee (at Best) helped us make a wise carpet choice, which we love. We also purchased 1,700 sq. ft of Anderson wood flooring, for the first floor. Soon after laying the wood flooring, we noticed that the color was drastically fading. We called Best, and they called the Anderson rep. Once again, Best stood beside us until the manufacturer replaced the entire floor. It took several months of dealing with Anderson, now owned by Shaw, and Best could not have been more supportive or helpful. So, we may not have had great luck with the materials that we've selected, (or else products that are made in America aren't what they used to be) but dealing with Best has been a lifesaver. They could not be more professional or give better service. One last thing, my contractor could not come close to the price of the flooring that Best was able to quote us. We found a carpet color and price that was more than competitive. The owner was very nice and held the carpet for us while the house was being redone. I absolutely LOVE my carpet from Best Carpet Warehouse! My house does not have a lot of natural light and the samples I took home at first did not look good but Dee was very patient and helpful let me borrow as many as I needed until I found the perfect color. It's also incredibly soft and the thicker padding is very nice. It's amazing how the new carpeting really freshened up and beautified our home for less money than we expected. The installation experience I had was very professional. The installer even noticed that I had taken the closet doors off the tracks in two of the bedrooms and he asked me if I was planning on replacing them. I said I was not sure yet and he told me that he would be happy to remove the old tracks for me and lay the carpet to be continuous all the way into the closet (it looks quite nice that way!) and if/when I decided to put new doors on, he told me to call him and he would cut the carpet around the new tracks for me, at no additional charge. In the future I will recommended Best Carpets to all of my friends looking for flooring. I also made note that they still keep rolls of linoleum in stock and lots of smaller cut pieces for carry-out which I have not seen at the larger retailers. read more

This was our first and last purchase from BCW. They have a good selection of carpet choices and reasonable prices. However, the installation was nothing short of a nightmare. First off, after dropping my dog off at day car so not to be underfoot, I came home to find our brand new carpet laying on the front lawn, whilst rain was falliI'ng from light sprinkle to a full blown rain fall. Unless I mentioned this obvious issue to the installers, they would have let it sit out on the lawn and soak. I then came upstairs to find our mahogany end tables sitting outside in the pouring rain getting destroyed. Outrageous ! these guys were clueless, had I not told them to move them indoors they would have left them outside for further destruction. As it stands, they're damaged. The installers pulverized the base boards, gouged the walls and the ledge of the wall, I mean huge chunks of cement out of area which will have to be plastered, filled and painted. The doors were left filthy and gouged as well. They left the padding from the old carpet thrown in the backyard, which, continued to soak with rain throughout the day. In brief the installation was a complete and total disaster. The following day, after the installation and the catastrophic mess left behind, Dee, the owner of the shop rang to collect the remaining balance. She asked how the carpet looked, I replied the carpet looks nice, however, the installers caused major damage and left a huge mess behind. She feigned concern and offered to send them back out to "repair the damage"? I replied that I did not want these people back in my house again-EVER. Clearly, if they're this clueless, why would I want to visit further disaster on myself. So lesson learned, bypass the marginally less "discount" and go with company's that stand by their work and offer genuine customer service. With all the remodeling we have done over the years, I have never experienced such poor, sloppy, careless workers. We now have to spend several hours, days and weekends repairing the catastrophic mess Best Carpet Warehouse has left behind. read more
