2023 update: there are just too many little things to ignore, after having done our 3rd property with them. First, because our properties are not in OC, but the surrounding counties, they won't send someone to come and properly measure the space. So the estimate ends up seeming reasonable but then doubles upon work completion. Then there are always extra charges that if you don't read your invoice carefully, they will 'mistakenly' put on there. I've caught a couple of errors. Finally, no one has mentioned this, but their labor warranty is only 6 months. Some of the quarter rounds they've installed for us have started to peel away from the walls, not even a year in. And of course, there will now be a charge to send someone out to repair as it's after 6 months. Not a huge deal, but I hate to be nickeled and dimed so we won't be taking that option. Docking a star for these little annoyances that have come up throughout our various projects, though will probably end up hiring again due to their speed and short lead time. read more

I purchased some LVP flooring from Mira at Incredible Floors. She is the one who came out to measure and provide the estimate. She is very knowledgeable not only in the flooring material, but also in the installation. To be short, Incredible is the best product at the best price and the installation was incredible. I did look around a lot and have purchased flooring before, never with as good a process or results as this time. I have a condo in Garden Grove that had old porcelain floors. Mira gave us the quote, which was very competitive and well-priced for such good quality product. However, when you are replacing a floor there is no way to tell how level the sub-floor underneath is until you remove the old floor, so it could be hundreds extra to thousands extra when the time comes to level the floor, which is critically important. Don't waste your money if you are not willing to level your floor. Flooring companies charge by the bag for floor leveling compound, and many times they over charge for this, so I kept an eye out. My sub-floor was a disaster because of the previous tile installation. Incredible charged for exactly what I received, which was 11 bags, and that was priced extremely well compared to other companies. Also, in the kitchen there was an area that was squeaky when you walked on it. It was not squeaky with tile but now with LVP for sure the squeaks would be heard. The reason for the squeaky sub-floor was because when the condo was built in 1989 they nailed in the sub-floor to the beams instead of screwing it in and the nails came loose after so many years. Normally, that would be expensive to correct, as you would have to remove the concrete layer on top of the wooden sub-floor, and possibly the sub-floor itself, but the floor installer was quite experienced and knowledgeable, and was able to estimate where the squeak originated, and he removed just a small portion of the concrete to expose a loose nail. Once he did that, he was able to put in 3 screws that fixed the problem. That saved a ton of money and made a huge difference in the floor. Not only did he fix the squeaky floor that I pointed out, he found 2 others himself that he fixed. That is going above and beyond. They put in the baseboards and caulked all the holes. That made it easy for the painter when he painted them. So the final product was a 10 + and I am very happy. Also more importantly, Mira the sales rep, did every single thing that was promised, from early delivery of the baseboards for painting, to the installation date and time, etc. etc. She kept her word and communicated throughout the whole process. I could not be happier and Incredible should get 1000 stars for honesty, professionalism, excellent craftsmanship quality and going above and beyond. read more

I shopped around for awhile for vinyl plank flooring and came across Incredible Flooring. I had the pleasure in working with Mira, who was very helpful and made the process very easy (she communicated great, provided helpful hints to complete the project and referred the floor installers, Ever and Luis). My wife and I ended up purchasing vinyl plank flooring (Republic Flooring), having the existing flooring (carpet, laminate and some tile flooring) removed vinyl plank flooring installed, existing baseboards removed and new baseboards installed. Upon the install of the flooring, the floor installers (EVER and LUIS) communicated with me and were VERY professional. EVER and LUIS' finished product on the floor and baseboard installation is AMAZING!!! I would HIGHLY recommended you use them, and trust me, you will not regret it. The only reason why I cannot give Incredible Flooring 5-stars is because "the boss, Juan, add-charged (i.e. job site destination charge, material destination charge, 3% credit card charge and another miscellaneous charges) a couple of things that I believed were a little overboard. Since I did my own room measurements and the sale was based on my estimates, I asked Juan to have someone come over to make sure my estimates were correct. Juan mentioned someone would come over but that NEVER happened (it appears there are other reviews about Juan on Yelp I never noticed). Luckily, my measurements were pretty spot on and everything went smoothly. The question of would I recommend Incredible Flooring........the answer is YES. I found this modest place on Yelp for Vinyl flooring at first but ended doing a lot more work with them. They installed the tile flooring in our new store as well as our laminate wall. At first I was skeptical, but the final product did live up to their name! Both Fred the owner and his assistant Juan are responsive and professional. Came here looking for a vanity I found on OfferUp and was met with a variety of flooring. We ended up looking at flooring - carpet, wood, etc. for future projects around the house. This is an update review about the comment from Incredible Carpets. 1. Completion Form: The moldings at the entry and around the fireplaces WERE NOT DONE when we signed the completion form on 11/4/13. The completion form was SIGNED UNDER DURESS. On 11/4/13, Incredible Carpets installer decided to place baseboards before the floor moldings, so he does not need to cut the baseboards around the moldings. He started installing baseboards on 11/5/13, and thus he did not put the moldings for the entry and 2 fireplaces until 11/6/13, the date he finished the baseboards. However, he insisted that we sign the completion form on 11/4/13, so Incredible Carpets could pay him for the floor he installed. Also, the installer told us that Shawn would not accept our request of holding the payment until the moldings are done. 2. OVERCHARGE of INSTALLATION on the UNOPENED/UNINSTALLED boxes of laminate: Over-measurement of the floor results in purchasing extra, unused, unopened boxes of laminate wood and an OVERCHARGE of installation labor for this non-installed laminate wood. We had requested a refund for the overcharge, and Incredible Carpets responded in writing that they will not refund the overcharge based on their store policy. Why should a customer pay for labor that was not even performed? We are filing complaints to Contractors State License Board against their store policy and the overcharge. read more

Good news: You found Incredible Carpets and Flooring and can now stop searching for the "right" company to contract. Yay You! These people are awesome. Smashing. Splendiferous. Put simply, the best. We purchased a 3 bedroom condo from people (who I can only assume) gave up on giving a damn about taking care of any aspect of it. They smoked indoors so there were ashes, burns, stains and the most hideous smell coming from the floor (and walls --but that's a different story). I had a short timetable and a conservative budget. Sam and Fred (shout out to Sam and Fred!) came out on a Saturday, brought two samples from the store I'd said I liked, measured from top to bottom, and got me pricing that day....their crew started Monday...and were finished in less than a week. Oh, and they also worked around the painters on site (we essentially had a week to get things done before moving in). During the process, Sam kept me informed every step of the way....I think I love him now. I tried to talk him into running away with me so he could whisper sweet nothings about affordable flooring everyday in my ear, but alas, he's young and ever the professional. :) They have a customer in me for life. It's rare to find a place that sells carpet tiles, especially at a fair price. They do work on commercial buildings and when there is a surplus, they sell them here. I put them in multi family apartments upstairs and I'm glad I found Incredible Carpets and Flooring. Sam is great to work with. Juan came by and helped me as well. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He also helped me load up my truck and shared some information and tips about different types of flooring. Within a few mins of working with Sam and Juan, I was on my way with 500 sq ft of commercial carpet tiles. Pay cash so you don't have to pay the 3% credit card fee. Great company! My husband and I both work nearby and swung by during our lunch break just to see their inventory and maybe get a quote. We ended up putting in an order that day and booking our installation because we were completely floored (no pun intended, but I'll take it anyway) at the price we got for the flooring we wanted. The installers were super fast (1 full day + 3 hours for ~1,200 sq. ft.), clean, courteous, prompt... every great adjective you can use when talking about installers - these gents were IT. I had a wonderful experience with Sam at Incredible Carpet. We did a full reno before we moved in and Sam's team did 3300 sq ft of wood laminate, carpet, and ceramic tile. This house had so many problems with uneven sub floors and uneven concrete downstairs. But Sam's installer Pedro did an outstanding job fixing all these issues and making it seem as though they never existed. We've lived in the home for 6 months now and I'm so impressed with how well the laminate is standing up to our toddler slamming toys down on it.
