From start to finish, working with Bella Stone was an absolutely amazing experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality workmanship, outstanding customer service, and a company that truly cares about its customers. After our kitchen suffered significant water damage that required a complete gut renovation, we decided to take the opportunity to redesign and update the entire space. We knew we wanted quartz countertops, and after researching several brands, we fell in love with Cambria for its beauty, exceptional quality, and lifetime warranty. We visited several quartz showrooms before finally finding Bella Stone, an authorized Cambria dealer. From the moment we walked in, Katherine made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to explain the products, pricing, and the entire process while answering every question I had. Although we experienced a couple of minor accounting issues along the way, Sarah handled everything quickly and professionally, making the process completely stress-free. The templating team was outstanding. Watching Adrian and his crew measure and create the template was fascinating--they were efficient, precise, and true professionals. Adrian even noticed a weak spot in the plywood supporting our cabinets and took the time to discuss a solution with our contractor before installation. That level of attention to detail and genuine concern speaks volumes about the company's commitment to quality. Installation day was equally impressive. The crew made moving and installing those heavy quartz slabs upstairs look effortless--even though I know it was anything but easy! Their craftsmanship was exceptional, and the finished countertops are absolutely breathtaking. I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Juan (who I believe is the owner). When our budget became tight, he was willing to work with us and help make our dream kitchen a reality. That kindness and flexibility meant so much to Jimmy & I. Then came one final surprise that truly showed Bella Stone goes above and beyond. After the installation, Katherine called and said she had some "bad news and good news" and asked which I wanted first. It turned out there wasn't enough leftover quartz from our slab to make the circular cutting board I wanted. The good news? They offered to make it from another matching piece of quartz anyway! That level of customer care is rare and incredibly appreciated. Bella Stone exceeded our expectations in every way. Our kitchen looks like something straight out of a magazine, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you, Bella Stone, for your professionalism, craftsmanship, and genuine care throughout the entire process. We absolutely love our new kitchen! Jimmy & Shawyne Fisher read more

We found a Cambria quartz counter top here that I absolutely LOVE for one of our bathrooms we remodeled last year. The lady helping me was nice. We are now currently remodeling bathroom #2. I came back here in hopes of finding another quartz in either black or white or a combo of the two. I found another Cambria that I REALLY liked. (I forgot to take a picture of it but it's called Hemsworth; I added a screenshot of it). Unfortunately, we think it will be too much white and wanted a mostly black countertop. The lady helping me this time was also nice. There are a lot of options here that I recommend looking at for your remodel. read more

Bella Stone did a great job! From start to finish they were extremely punctual, thorough, and helpful. I gave them my vision and they gave me suggestions to improve what I thought were great ideas and their suggestions made the results even better. I'm extremely pleased with the results. Counter tops require a keen eye for design as every job is different, and I feel their attention to detail and thought that went into the process to make it look flawless. This is a distinctive factor for this company. Juan and his team know what they're doing. I would recommend this company if you're looking for quality work. read more

Work quality is ok and a little above average. Communication, customer care, and attention to details is none existent. We were told that we required 6 full slabs. We did our own due diligence and estimation and came up with 4 which ended up being more than enough. Our work had a few problems and defects and they never returned a single phone call or text so we ended up getting someone else to fix it. They did call after 2 months to try and schedule something but it was too late. Pricing is on the hight side but we chose them expecting premium quality work and service but unfortunately did not. read more

I found Bella Stones via yelp. I really like the look of the Silestone calcetta eternal gold from the pictures on yelp. So I contacted Sarah. A few days later, Juan came to my home to give me an estimate. He mentioned that it was a family business and that they only deal with stones. I was felt comforted by this knowing that this is all they do so they must be good at it. Bella stones is a one stop shop. They do both demo and installation. On Demo day, they took away my existing countertop. Considering the profound impact removing the countertop from the cabinets, there was minimal damage. The drawers became crooked after the demo, but my handyman was able to adjust the drawers so it looks good as new. Adrian and his assistant started putting new wood on the surfaces. Then they started measuring the countertop. Adrian is very articulate. He was able to explain and address my concerns. They did not want me to be without a kitchen for too long so the installation day was 4 days after demo day.I was struck by how polite the workers are. I was very impressed by their workmanship. They cut the big pieces at the warehouse and did fine tune cutting outside our house. They worked hard and I was impressed that even had energy to clean up afterwards. They did both my countertop and backsplash. Some things I noticed about their workmanship: Seams: They are very clever when it comes to the seams (which occurs when they have to put two stones together). They try to make it as inconspicuous as possible by joining the two stones at a point where it is just white with no veins. Also for my backsplash, they put the seam where my outlet. (I have seen photos on the internet when they don't do that. The veins are joined abruptly). Sink: They did a beautiful job undermount for the sink. Plummer: They had a plumber come over a few days to install my new sink. They highly recommend getting a new sink and reinstall the garage disposal and set up. I found some minor things that needed to be fixed. Even though I paid in full already, Adrian stayed over two hours to make sure everything is sparkling clean and beautiful. Overall, I highly recommend Bella Stones. read more

I had the BEST experience with Bella Stones! They were professional and efficient from start to finish. My small project could easily have been brushed off, however they went above and beyond to make my vision come to fruition. The results of a new stone-top for the sideboard with a waterfall edge is phenomenal! The craftsmanship of the manufactured piece is truly flawless. George kept me informed of every step. The installers were professional and clean. The installation came out beautifully. The bathroom countertop looks awesome too. I highly recommend Bella Stones. Should I have any future projects, this is the team I'm looking forward to working with again. read more

The Bella Stones team is fantastic. We had four different countertops installed and they look really great. In fact the kitchen countertop with backsplash up to the ceiling looks like a piece of art. The beautiful grain continues from the countertop up the wall and around the inner sides of our large interior pass thru opening between the kitchen and the family room. We had some stone left over and will have Bella Stones help us with more projects. read more

I saw Bella Stones on an approved list of Fabricators that was given to me by a slabyard I was purchading quartz from. Among the list, Bella Stones name was highlighted. My husband is a contractor and I'm an Interior Designer. We chose Bella Stones to fabricate the quartz top for our kitchen island. The end result turned out perfect!! We were very pleased with all aspects of dealing with this company. They were professional and completed our job with a fast turn around. I highly recommend Bella Stones for your next job. I want to thank Sarah, Juan, Adrian, Eric, Ernie, and all the supporting members of the team at Bella Stones on the beautiful granite countertops and backsplashes for my 30ft x 14ft kitchen! Bella Stones was one of six or seven referrals I received from Bedrosian Slabs. I sent a total of 3 quote requests to various referrals and after meeting Sarah and Juan at Bella Stones gallery, I felt most confidant with their business operation. I pride myself on making good choices, and when it comes to home renovations, sometimes luck comes into play. I don't know what was involved, but I'm so happy with myself that I picked Bella Stones! Working with Bella Stones felt effortless. I received a quick response from Sarah on my quote request. She helped me procure 3 granite slabs at a discounted rate. The entire process from initial quote, contract approval, template, corner sample approval, installation, and clean up was 10 days. The quick turnaround was beyond my expectations and I was thrilled to finally have my kitchen completed. My project did have it's challenges and the team and I worked through them with timely response and clear communication. Please enjoy the pictures I posted as references. They don't do justice to convey the scope, scale, care, and professionalism from the team at Bella Stones. read more

I was referred to Bella Stones by Vadara, our Quartz manufacturer. We wanted to replace our builder backsplash with a matching slab of Vadara Quartz (our existing countertop). They secured a slab and worked to map out the best pieces for the most visible sections and fit as many pieces with the single slab. They had excellent communication the entire time and were able to make the process very smooth. Our backsplash project came out great. From templating, layout, to installation everything was great. We are incredibly pleased with how everything turned out. Would definitley use them again for future stone. Thank you Bella Stones! read more

Bella Stones was recommended to me by Arizona Tile from their list of installers and I couldn't be more happy with the work. Their scheduling of the job was done in record time in order to accommodate my needs. The crews were very professional arrived on time and left leaving a very clean bathroom area where demolition took place. Any questions that I had were addressed in a very prompt and professional manner by Sarah the owner I would not hesitate to recommend Bella Stones to any of their future clients. read more

We walked into Bella Stones after reading some reviews online. We spoke with Sarah and she seemed great! We were looking forward to getting the countertops completed in our house. She gave us a rough estimate before we left the showroom and it seemed reasonable! Sadly that's where our "good experience" ended. After numerous phone calls, emails, voice mails and even texts Sarah failed to follow through. It was very disappointing to have to start all over with another company from scratch. read more

Bella Stones was so wonderful to work with! They carried the stone that I needed, gave me a competitive price and was able to install in record time. They recommended the best layout of the pieces on the slabs to make the joints between pieces as invisible as possible and took advantage of the material's movement for optimum impact. Their customer service was excellent, making sure I was happy with the results. Thank you Sarah & Juan and entire installation team. read more

We pay a visit to Bella Stones over the weekend and boom here is Sarah rushing to accommodate us. Service wise is excellent. She was able to show us and tell us the different kinds of stone and their origin. She can sell it for half if we don't need the whole slab. Sarah also gave us the prices to give as an idea on things in case your ready to buy one. She hand her business card and a form. On our way out, me and my friend was discussing that this is a good customer service even if the price is higher but the bottom line is the quality of the service they can offer. Right! Definitely worth checking this place. read more

If you are looking for a place to ONLY purchase a piece of quartz and have it cut, I would recommend Bella Stone. They have a GREAT selection of full slabs of quartz and an awesome roller system so you can pull out the slabs and see them in their entirety. The employees are nice, they were easy to work with and their prices are great. Unfortunately that is where the favorable review ends... I would definitely NOT recommend any of the contractors they use for the installation and finish work (backsplash, grout, caulking etc..) were sloppy, not high quality work and I just didn't feel they were skilled in their trade. Its only been 2 months and my grout is already cracking in places, its crooked in other places, and the pencil edge is not straight and does not match up, They gouged my wall in a couple spots and left a random gap in a corner and got grout all over my freshly painted walls in multiple spots in the kitchen and got white caulking all over my freshly painted grey walls in the bathroom and bar area. If I had to describe my experience to anyone I would say it was a MESS! read more

I've used these guys twice before, both times communication was not good, now it's nonexistent. Not sure how you stay in business like this. Nobody ever called me back, Gladys replied to my email saying she'd send me an estimate... nothing. read more

Bella Stones has good customer service. Workmanship on my job was sloppy, botched. I paid a lot of money for my beautiful Cambria Quartz. Bella Stones did a bad job cutting and installing countertop, shower walls, and bathtub surround. Measurements and depth of quartz are inconsistent, placement was wrong, design or pattern mismatch, which is an important detail that should have been incorporated when installing. Costly mistakes are a difficult fix. My eyesore remains. Hiring Bella Stones was a huge mistake. Workmanship and installation on my job are terrible. Hire with caution. read more

Bella Stone has done our kitchen, three bathrooms, fireplace hearth, flooring and our new laundry/craftroom. We keep using them because of the quality of work from beginning to end. They are flexible with our schedule, had a wide variety of quality products to choose from, and the installation was fantastic! Having used them so many times, a word of advice, be patient. They take their time with the measure, building the templates and installing the finished product. They are not slow at all but they will not rush to sacrifice quality and we appreciate that. read more

I was pleased with recommendations for materials. Juan, who made templates, is an expert. However, I only give 3 stars due to installation. In addition to leaving a large gap against one wall, when cleaning countertops after installing, the acetone splashed on my brand new cabinets. It is going to cost me several hundred $$ with cabinet maker to repair. read more

We wanted to get quartz countertops for our kitchen that we're remodeling, and Bella Stones was very easy to work with from beginning to end. We specifically wanted to look at Aurea slabs, and Bella Stones was the only place in the area that had the whole slab sample for us to choose from (rather than small samples that always look nothing like the real thing). Their service was quick and efficient, and it was a pleasure working with them. Highly recommend! read more

We just had counters installed in our Kitchen, 3 Baths, and a hallway nook by Bella Stones. We went with Cambria Quartz - which is absolutely gorgeous. We love the look of the counters! Bella Stones was a pleasure to work with for our project. What I most appreciated about them was their honesty. We had 3 companies quote us for our project and Bella was very competitive. But what really made our decision to use Bella was their representative, Juan, who made us feel very confident in their abilities and professionalism. Sarah was also a pleasure to work with. I appreciate the responsiveness and willingness to wait for our cabinets to be completed - which took weeks and weeks beyond what was planned. Our project was a whole house remodel/addition and we have had our fair share of dishonest contractors. Bella was straightforward in their estimate, which was very competitive, and they were straightforward with the time frame, which they delivered on. The final result is really really nice. The seams are nearly invisible and the installers were very professional, clean, and nice. Thank you Bella Stones for our countertops! I know we'll have tons of great memories with our new kitchen and baths! read more

I installed brand new modern kitchen cabinets and was underwhelmed with the countertop showrooms I visited in Orange County. That is until I happened to walk in to Bella Stones! They had full slabs on display in the showroom and it was a different feel compared to other showrooms. I thought this place had to be very $$$ but it was the complete opposite. Their prices for the material and labor was very very competitive. Sarah was very nice as well with no sales pressure. Well I have the countertops installed now and I couldn't be happier.
