Thank you, Stone Age Tile, for the outstanding customer service, quality craftsmanship, and care throughout our entire experience. For several months, we searched for the perfect bathroom countertop and visited numerous showrooms and businesses before finding Stone Age Tile. From the moment we walked in, Larry was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He patiently answered all of our questions and guided us in selecting a beautiful stone countertop that matched both our style and budget. The fabrication and installation process was completed quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. We are extremely happy with the final result and highly recommend Stone Age Tile for anyone looking for quality tile and stone work. read more

"WARNING! Warning! REAd. read!! I would not recommend Stone Age based on my experience. I paid for a high-end Cristallo quartzite installation, but my countertops were left with visible cracks, chips, dark seams and areas where the repairs remain VERY noticeable. I gave the company multiple opportunities to provide a proper resolution, they came 2 times in 2 months and work did not remedy the poor fabrication! they have been unwilling to cooperate and replace the damaged parts. I had a book match peaces and their offers are to peace parts together! The drawers didn't even close! Their main fabricator stated that it was heavily chipped due to lack of man power! For a project of this cost, I expected high-quality workmanship, accountability and professional customer service. Instead, I have spent considerable time dealing with damage and unsuccessful repair attempts. I have photographs and written communications documenting the condition of the countertops and my efforts to resolve the matter fairly. As of the date of this review, the matter remains unresolved. They offered to replace a few parts that would no longer be booked match to my counter tops! And drawers that don't even fit! This place is a rip off and wouldn't recommend these people to anyone! I wouldn't spend a PENNY HERE! read more

I came here 10 years ago with my buddy Kris on the hunt for very specific tile. It was a very small show room so he told me to follow him into the back that was marked "Employees Only". Needless to say since I'm a law abiding citizen that was the end of our microsecond friendship! Today I'm in the search for new tile, and I'm blown away with the remodeling. It's so majestic, like an Italian Castle of some sort! Upon entering I was greeted by Tina, she was very kind and attentive. Caanan (Kane-en) helped me select the right type of tile and even gave me a sample. I'll post an update once my tile is installed! read more

I had the most amazing experience. Having Canaan help and guide me through this kitchen countertop was simply stress free. He is easy to work with, insightful and creative. The whole experience of picking the right stone for my dream kitchen to measuring and fabricating was flawless. His team did templates and fabrication just fell in place with everything else going on in a kitchen remodel. I most definitely rate them A++. Francisco and Noe and Canaan are fun to work with, very sweet and wanting the best outcome for you. read more

The fall of 2024 we spent over 2 months, every weekend and many weekdays visiting all the stone slab yards in the Anaheim area. We were starting to feel discouraged in not finding the right colors and pattern we were looking for in granite slabs. One day we stopped at Stone Age and talked to a salesperson - Patrick. I showed Patrick pictures of our granite bar counter at home and told him this is basically the color we are looking for. Patrick texted my pics to Rubin at MSI (a highly recommended stone slab yard company on Batavia St. in Anaheim). Within 1 day Rubin found the right granite slabs that we were looking for. Rubin found 2 matching large granite slabs that would be enough granite to do both our kitchen counters and backsplashes, and our master bathroom vanity counter. Rubin was great to work with. Patrick gave us a fair price to fabricate and install the new granite counters in our kitchen and bathroom. Alejandro is a master fabricator and installer. He did an excellent job in making templates of our kitchen and bathroom counters. Afterwards I met with Patrick and other Stone Age employees to place the templates on the granite slabs and decide where to cut the granite slabs to best showcase the patterns on the granite and how to maximize using as much of the granite as possible. Patrick did a good job in this and in being a good project coordinator in organizing our project. Patrick also recommended a name of a very good kitchen sink. We took his advice and purchased the sink. The sink is excellent. On demo day Alejandro, Julian, and Eduardo did a good job in demo'ing the existing counters and cleaning up the mess. On installation day, under Alejandro's leadership and strong work ethic, Alejandro, Julian, and Eduardo did an excellent job installing our new granite counters in our kitchen and bathroom. I made several suggestions to Alejandro in specific areas where I wanted him to make the plywood sub counter stronger in front of the kitchen sink to prevent breakage of the granite. I also made suggestions to Alejandro in making the mounting of the kitchen sink much stronger. Alejandro listened to me and did as I requested. We are extremely happy with our new granite counters in our kitchen and bathroom. It is worth mentioning again that Alejandro does excellent work. Stone Age did an excellent job in fabricating and installing our new granite counters at a fair price and completing the project on the date they promised. read more

My wife and I were in the market for some porcelain backsplash and the place has an excellent selection of full slabs, partial slabs and even tile work on the inside. Larry was the sales person who assisted us and was a great help. no pressure at all, we came and left at least 6 to 8 times and every time very helpful. I would recommend Stone Age tile to anyone and we also go back when I look at redo my bathroom. read more

Despite the bad experience with a specific customer service person (described in my first review), I went back to Stone Age in Jan 2025 since I could not locate the marble I had seen at the store elsewhere. This time I was fortunate to meet Joelle Khalil. She was very knowledgeable and worked with me over the next few months to procure high quality marble, porcelain tiles and hardwood for my bathroom and floor renovation at competitive prices. I appreciated her customer service a lot. She left Stone Age mid year; I was very glad that I got materials I needed before she left. I would score my experience with her at 5+ but I think the highly inconsistent experience should still be a caution for those considering the store. read more

Second time customer of Stonage like their work and products till now. Not recommending them any more. I bought a new set of kitchen counters in 2020 Cambria quartz (supposedly the best) had Stonage do a very high end bullnose on the counters -- looked amazing. Noticed the bullnose was chipping about 1.5 years after purchase, install. Did not consider calling Stonage but called today. Was told warrant is only 2 years. Looked up Cambria's warranty it is lifetime. Wow this sucks after spending in the roughly 20k on the counters I am let down by Stonage. Well lesson learned. 1. Buy cheap counters if something goes wrong you are not out of pocket a ton and can replace them. 2. Don't get taken in by an amazing showroom and product. They don't stand behind their work!! Take care Stoneage read more

I was looking to replace some cracked stone tiles in my master bath put in by the previous owners and was driving all over Anaheim to the various tiles stores to find a match. Stone Age was great. While other stores were not that helpful because I was only looking to purchase five tiles, the staff at Stone Age were very helpful. David helped me find a close match and the store let me check out a sample to take home to try before buying them. I would definitely use them for future tile remodels. read more

My husband and I stopped in at Stone Age by pure chance on our way home from another store in Anaheim to look at their vanity options. I am so happy we did. We were helped by David. We ended up getting all our bathroom vanities and cabinets as well as quartz countertops for our bathrooms, kitchen and wet bar. I very rarely write reviews but feel I had to since I have NEVER experienced such phenomenal customer service as we received from David. From beginning to end, David was professional, cordial, responsive and helpful. Over the past few months that we have been dealing with him during our remodel, David has gone above and beyond. Our counters and cabinets look beautiful. Also Stone Age's pricing is reasonable and competitive. Don't waste your time at other places. Go to Stone Age. You won't be disappointed. read more

This company never not communicated with me about when/who will be showing up. I had to reach out multiple times on when they will be showing up. I was given a timeline and now the job will take longer. Workers showed up 2+ hours before they were scheduled to, and then showed up 1 1/2 hours before they were scheduled to and both times were expected to be able to start work. I get show up 10 to 15 minutes early, but 1.5 and 2+ hours early is ridiculous. The workers went through my cabinets and when I let the company know, they basically said so what. They damaged my wall and said it's my responsibility to fix it. Tina and George just don't give a dam about the customer and do not like it when they are called out. Horrible business and horrible management. I won't even go into how much their employee Lawrence lied. When they sent the bill through the mail asking for the money, they are so cheap they didn't even have a return envelope so I can send the check back. read more

Five stars! I did a kitchen counter remodel, 2 shower and bathroom floor remodels, and 3 bathroom countertop remodels with Stone Age over an 8-month period. I had a great experience with both the sales team and the stone installers. In particular, Rafael in sales did a superb job guiding me through my choices of materials and helping me with critical design decisions. He is delightful to work with and is incredibly knowledgeable, creative, patient, and professional. The 2 teams of installers led by Roberto and Alejandro that I used were very skilled and professional and completed beautiful work on time and on budget. I also appreciated all the helpful support from Ariana, Joelle, George, and Tina throughout the process. Update. Was promised cabinets today 1/6 but now after 4pm and still nothing. 3 weeks post initial delivery date of 12/13. So frustrating!

Just want to congratulate Stone Age Tile in Anaheim for an incredible experience for our Granite counter in our first floor bathroom. Rafael was our Salesperson who listened to our budget , timeline and detailed needs. We needed to get the countertop completed in short period of time to help complete the bathroom & make it more useful for my husband who had spinal surgery. Ariana is a master at task planning for the team! Ariana helped coordinate all folks involved in fabrication to expedite the job. Jorge & Jayru created the template and cut the granite to showcase the beauty of the granite. Rafael & Ariana were on top of all tasks and responded to all questions & communicated quickly. Rafael, Ariana, Jorge and Jayru were fantastic team players and a joy to work with. We recommend Stone Age and are grateful for the positive experience they made for our bathroom project. We used Stone Age 22 years ago for of our counters in kitchen and upstairs bathrooms. We are pleased to admit that they have maintained their focus, even after 22 years, to put the customer first & deliver an awesome experience from start to finish. Thanks TEAM!! read more

Fantastic product and service all around. Patrick (the sales rep) was wonderful, he worked with us and gave us a great price and honest service. Alejandro and crew did an amazing job on the install. We thought we had a problem when a pipe revealed itself in the backsplash area when we pulled out the old counter tops. Alejandro handled it like champ and cut a 45 degree plate right on site. Problem solved. Very, very happy with the quality and with the service. Would definitely recommend over 405 cabinets. read more

Really disappointed with our overall experience with Stone Age tile. My fiancé and I had chosen a beautiful porcelain piece for our countertops kitchen remodel. We were helped by Raphael who went over the initial process which was purchase the slabs, pay a deposit for fabrication and they would come out to measure, after measurement of the countertops they would contact us when the slabs were in and we would pick the layout of our countertops due to the variation of the piece, followed by the final installation. Everything seemed to be going well, we purchased the slabs, paid a deposit for fabrication and they came out and measured. On the day of measurement (Wednesday) I was sure to ask when we would be able to come out to complete the layout of our template on the slabs and was told approximately 10 business days. The next day (Thursday) we received a call from David at approximately 11am that we had an increase in square footage because we had chosen to add 2 bathroom vanities. In that phone call we stated that we would be in that coming Monday to complete the layout for our slabs. David said we can come in anytime just give him a heads up so our slabs would be ready to view. Not even 6 hours later did we receive a call from David that apparently there has been a miscommunication and "they have already cut both our slabs". Today we came in store to view the slab pieces that have already been cut without our permission as buyers and we are very displeased with what was chosen for us for our countertops. Although in many cases layout wouldn't matter, in our case as you can see in the picture below there is many variations in the piece that would be preferential and could make a difference in the overall kitchen look and layout. When discussing our overall dissatisfaction with their lack of communication and cut choices, they were apologetic and stated there must have been a miscommunication. we were then told to layout with our template what we would prefer on the showpiece. We worked with 3 different workers who agreed what we preferred over what was cut would work for our kitchen and was different from the pieces chosen for us. Later today we received a very aggressive & disgruntled call from Roger "CEO" which I only found out at the end of the call after asking whom I'm speaking with. He initially began with if we had proof of requesting to do a layout and that is assumed that in the industry "they know best and their choices are superior to ours" ..... we stated that multiple staff in the process of our purchase stated we would be a part of choosing the layout of our countertops due the variation of our pieces.... He continued to put the blame on us that this was only told "after" the slabs were cut and apparently the worker who came for the measurements told them "we didn't want to choose our layout for the countertops"... while the worker alejandro who came to measure was very pleasant and did a great job, his English was very broken and he could not appropriately answer many questions i had on site... so without confirmation they cut thousands of dollars worth of porcelain countertops without our permission... and as of now we're pending rectification ... as Roger said he had to speak with his sister. read more

Rafael was a great help in coordinating all the product I needed for a client. It made product selection easy.

First of all, I need to commend Rafael for his recommendations, his attention to detail and his responsiveness. His help has made this project go so much better than we imagined. Second, the variety and quality of stone products is excellent. I am hopelessly in love with my new kitchen countertop. Lacy was a peach to work with and showed me lots of options to chose from. She quoted me a price that was financially digestible. Ultimately, I selected a quartz that tickled my fancy. The guy that came to measure who was the same guy that came to install was super profesh. and nice. He and the other guy that came with him did a really nice job of installing and did not tear up my kitchen to do so. They cleaned up after they were done and made sure that everything was perfect before leaving. Unfortunately we've had bad results from Stone Age on 2 different projects. The first being our master bath. They used a laser to "template" instead of doing it by hand as they are supposed to do. They cut our pieces based on the laser measurements and when they came to install, they didn't fit. They had to comp us a new piece of stone to do it all over again, which took an extra few weeks before we could use our shower! Apparently the laser measurement was a new thing they were trying out and we were the gueniea pigs. The second issue is that when they installed the quartz countertop in our kitchen, they did not stabilize/support the sink properly and it is leaning toward the front causing cracking in the caulking between the sink and counter. Water gets up in this crack every time we do dished and drips onto the floor since the sink is leaning forward. I've emailed them about this as the dripping is ruining our cabinet and leaving big wet puddles after every sink use. Their response was this is "normal run-off that occurs when using the sink and washing dishes"...I've never had this issue before and had another installer take a look at it. I thought it was just the cracking in the caulking but he showed me how the sink actually moves up and down quite easily, so if you lead against the sink when doing dishes, as is common, the sink will start sinking forward, hence causing the drip. The wiggling of the sink is not normal and I think it's ridiculous they won't take accountability. My guy knew right away what the issue was and said the sink needs to be stabilized or this will continue to be an issue and the water leak could cause even more issues down the line. read more

and yet a month later after her last assurance (which was years after they built my cabinet incorrectly) that she would contact me to "make it right," still nothing . . . countless emails and even certified letter to her and yet Tina still does nothing. Customer Service Stuck in Stone Age. Joe in the stone section was very polite and patient at first. He answered our questions, and I left him my number so he could send me more info. The next morning, someone in the cabinet section told him we already had some granite slabs. It's true. My mom and I were looking for additional slabs to match the ones we already had. We just didn't explain the whole scenario to the cabinet lady who we also talked to that day. The next morning, Joe sent me this angry text. Yelp won't let post the screenshot, but word for word, he said: "I'm a little disappointed you were wasting my time yesterday. My time is important for people that need it, not for people that waste people's time. Good luck with your project. I won't be answering any more questions for you." I apologized for the misunderstanding and explained we were still looking for granite. He responded: "I will delete your number now because I have nothing left to say." Apparently, I had seriously wronged him, and the one hour of his time that we took up was precious time he'll never get back. But really, did I waste my time or did he waste ours? read more
